I reserved a smoking room. Ok so I know people are not smoking anymore but I am. When I expect to be able to sit in my room and smoke that is what I want to do.I did not find out that there were no more smoking rooms available until after we had checked in and gone to the room..... I look for an ashtray and then look and see the no smoking sign on the […] door. So I went to the desk and the lady tells me all the smoking room are booked and she is sorry, You know it does not make me mad when I know in advance that there is no smoking rooms but honestly I would have found one at another hotel. If I were there for a longer stay I would have asked for my money back and gone somewhere else. When I reserve a smoking room that is what I want. Læs mere

Clean comfortable room in a quiet area easily accessible off KS Turnpike/I-35. The only thing I would fault is that the rooms still have small "old-fashioned" box TVs instead of flat-screens that are becoming more prevalent in hotels nowadays.

please post reservation sooner. frustrating to make a reservation and when you get to the check in process they have no idea who you are even when i have a conformation number.

You get what you pay for. There were multiple hotels that were available to rent, but I liked the convenience of having a kitchenette in the room. When I first entered into the room it was a little smelly (I'm a smoker), but it reeked of stale cigarettes. The hotel needs to get a better ventilation system. The only problem I had was the bed was too firm

It was overall a really comfortable stay. The staff was pretty friendly. When entering the room the biggest problem I had was the big red stain in the middle of the floor.

FILTHY ROOMS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THERE WERE CATS WALKING ON THE 3RD FLOOR, THE HALL SMELLED OF URINE. MY ROOM AND OTHER GUEST IN MY PARTY HAD ANIMAL HAIR ON THEIR BEDS. THE FRONT DESK CLERK WAS NICE AND CHANGED LINEN AND WAS APOLOGETIC. WOULDNT RECOMMEND ANY OF MY FRIENDS OR RELATIVES TO STAY AT THAT NASTY HOTEL.

The hotel needs add breakfast, newspaper and better welcome guest workers.

Even though it had smoking and non-smoking rooms, the hallways were permeated with the smell of cigarettes, and the smell would follow you into your non-smoking room. If you are sensitive to it, this place is not for you. This hotel was ok for the night, but if you plan to spend a lot of time in the room you might want to look elsewhere. The room was clean, the staff was helpful and the kitchenette was convenient. Our ac didn't work, which we didn't figure out until after we were unpacked and slept without one because they couldn't repair it until Monday, Finally, we got moved the next day to another room. The pool was not open and we had to call several times to complain of people running throughout the night yelling and screaming.

I loved the kitchenette. The pool was clean. It was quiet. You pretty much have to do your own housekeeping and get your own towels. They charge for the wifi. Staff was nice but it was messy trying to check in even though I had reservations a month in advance. Overall ok. The only problem i had was the bed was firm
