Friendly, helpful staff. Clean building. Soft beds and sheets. Good location that's minutes away from food, shopping, and entertainment. Fair prices. Clean pool. The breakfast buffet was great. Great hotel and staff; very willing to do whatever it takes to make the guest happy! Also, a great location, close to any kind of restaurant and shopping.

We stayed overnight in this Hampton Inn on our way to Orlando, Fl. The bed was SO COMFORTABLE and the breakfast was exceptional. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

A quick over night stay before an early morning departure. Very convenient to restaurants an excellent shopping mall and fuel for the rental car. This hotel is maintained to high standards and our room was spotlessly clean however the cleaning staff did miss the coffee maker used by the previous guests.

Excellent hotel, with great service from the staff. Delicious, hot breakfast.

The room was very clean, warm and well designed. The beds were very comfortable and included warm, lovely bedding. The bathroom was large an included all the items a un-prepared guest may need. We will return t this hotel chain.

The shuttle service was awesome! We got free rides to a great mall, dinner, and the airport. We never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a ride! The hotel is located in a nice, safe neighborhood so we could go for walks. Breakfasts had way more choices than the typical hotel breakfast. Front desk people were very helpful. Hotel was undergoing a renovation. Shuttle services was very good. Price was a bit high. Would like to see a lower price. It was close to where my business meeting was. Staff was courteous.

Every thing went well.

It was our last night before a very early flight. Love the free shuttle service! The staff is friendly and very accommodating. The business area is set up to make it easy and secure to print your boarding pass. The pool was great for a late night dip. Under renovation, loud sounds all day, smell of paint constant. The breakfast was okay if you must eat there. They ran out of food an hour or two into the breakfast time. Great beaches and a nice Hampton Inn. If they could quiet down the cleaning staff (which yelled down the hall all morning long, every morning and the walls are THIN) and calm down the fan in the AC wall unit (like a tornado in the room each time it kicked on) this would be a great stay.

The attendants were very helpful and considerate. They treated me very well.

The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. The only problem I had was the noise in my room, I didn't know where it was coming from but it interfered with my sleeping, but it didn't affect my daughters' sleep which was good. Overall, we had a pretty good stay. I will probably come again next year.

Great mattress.

I have loved this hotel for many years. It is in a great location for me as my sister lives just five minutes away. But it would be fantastic if one was flying out of Pensacola as it is right there. However, no noise from the airport could be heard. I will always choose this hotel when I come to Pensacola. Have never had a bad experience with Hampton Inns, but this one is particularly clean, helpful and convenient to the airport! The breakfast was GREAT and kept us from having to go somewhere to find breakfast, then return the rental car, and then fly. P.S. - the carpet was brand new and the bathroom products were so nice!

Very convenient to restaurants, 2 minutes from the airport. The outside of the hotel looks ok, but the room was very nice inside. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was very nice. The beds were doubles and not queens. I did not realize this upon making reservations. They are a little small for two adults. The bathroom was very nice and clean. The continental breakfast was the best I've had at a hotel.

We accidentally booked this hotel instead of their sister hotel on the beach. The service was good, they tried to book us a room at the beach without any problems. You can definitely hear the planes from your room. We heard them until about 10:30 p.m. The continental breakfast is great and it's about a 20 minute drive to the beaches from the airport […] area. The whole staff was very friendly and eager to answer any questions. The shuttle driver was very helpful with airport information. They had ready-to-go bags for those who left before the continental breakfast started. The rooms were very spacious and had very comfortable beds and showers had great water pressure. Charming hotel, friendly staff, GREAT BED, nice bathroom decor, very clean, good breakfast, very close to Cordova Mall and several other restaurants. I really enjoyed my stay

Great location if interviewing at Sacred Heart Hospital. While I rented a car you do NOT need to. The location is close enough for the shuttle to take you in the AM. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again if I am in there area any time soon.

Sehr nettes, freundliches Personal, sehr saubere, neuwertige Zimmer. Grosse Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet. Nah am Flughafen, trotzdem ruhig. Würden jederzeit dort wieder übernachten.
