Great hotel, customer service was awesome and the Jacuzzi suite was an added bonus for a getaway with my husband.

Very friendly, helpful staff and super location for Denver stays. Nice decor and lots of nearby amenities. This location has excellent triangulation of highway travel to quickly facilitate your Denver and Golden city travels.

The Hampton Inn seems to always design their rooms with little things in mind to assist the traveler. There were electric plugs in the lights which were very convenient. Everything was perfect! Yummy breakfast, great deal, nice staff, clean room and modern furnishings!

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was very relaxing and we especially liked the in-room jacuzzi. The hotel was very quiet and the staff was extremely nice. The breakfast was very good and not the usual cereal, bananas, and apples. We will go back!!!

This hotel was a great deal. Very reasonable rates. The breakfast was a definite plus & included fresh fruit--not just apples and bananas but fruit salad too. My wife and I went to a wedding near by. We were looking for location and price more than anything. The outside of the hotel looks normal and boring, but the inside was really great. The rooms were very well done - we had a Jacuzzi tub in our room. The staff was wonderful. I highly recommend this place.

We stayed here before a show at Red Rocks and it seemed like most other people at the hotel where there for the same reason. It was a really easy drive down 40 to the show and we were also close to Golden, which is a nice little town and a great place to grab a meal and a beer. This was one of my favorite Hampton Inns. The staff bent over backwards helping with finding places to eat, etc., the rooms were clean and the beds were up to the very comfy standard typical at Hampton Inns. I'll be back.

The service was fantastic. We had to drive all night to get to a Colorado School of Mines Football game. So we arrived early the morning we were to check in . The staff was super and let us check in way eary so we could get a nap before the big game. We will definitely stay there again.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Hampton in Golden...once I finally found it. Do not rely on your GPS to get you there! You may want to call in advance and get directions from the staff. Location for the purpose of our stay was satisfactory but there was nothing in walking distance and the streets were not walk friendly. Hotel was average.

We found this hotel to be perfectly located, with many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Also convenient, 5 minute drive to downtown Golden. We loved this hotel. It's $11.00 for a taxi to/from Red Rocks Amphitheatre for a show. The staff was great and the room was clean and comfortable. Our only complaint was the noise level. A no fuss no nonsense experience,clean rooms , capable helpful employees, a complimentary healthy breakfast before leaving, the Hampton Inn at Denver West / Golden has mastered catering short term visitors needs.

Went gambling room was clean but the front desk needs work. The girl was left alone during check out time because her boss and another worker took a break. She was short and rude. I asked for extra towels and they tried to give pool towels for the room and had to wait an hour for extra shampoo and cream rinse. Carpet was very frayed near the entrance. Shower had mold around the edges. I would never expect MOLD around a shower in a hotel room that cost this much or that was run by Hilton. This was very disappointing!

I was not overly impressed with this hotel. The first night, I realized that the toilet was not working. I had to open up the tank and try to use my plumbing skills to fix it myself. I luckily got it to flush, and went down promptly to the front desk and asked them to send maintenance up there and make sure it was checked out. I was disappointed in the free breakfast - only because I'm eating gluten free, and most of their food was pastry. They only had omelets on Friday, and the rest of the days had egg Frisbee like things. They did have tasty potatoes! They also offered fruit juice and yogurt. Also, the part of town that it's in doesn't have much. You're by a Subway and a Home Depot and Kohls, but everything else is in driving distance to Colorado Mills and Denver West. Very enjoyable! Room was clean and nice sized. Jacuzzi was wonderfully relaxing. Bed was awesomely comfortable. Would stay here again, no questions asked!

Some reviews mention a lack of nearby restaurants and shopping options. This must be old information because it certainly is not the case now. There is a large shopping area with many dining options just minutes away. We didn't spend much time in the room (because we were out Colorado) but it was clean and in good condition. The king-sized bed was […] super comfortable. Though we didn't need or use it, the sofa was a full-sized pull-out bed which would have been great if we needed extra sleeping space. The free (yeah!) breakfast options go well beyond the stale donuts and bad coffee at so many other hotels. We were pleased to find omelets, sausage patties, waffles, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, a selection of bread products, and several varieties of coffee and juices. Don't expect a 5-Star breakfast experience but it's more than enough to get your day started. Just a couple of miles down the street are several restaurant options (including a Mimi's Cafe if you want an even better breakfast option), a shopping mall (which we didn't have a need to visit but looked nice), and a Super Target (in case you need to pick-up something you left at home). The hotel is in a convenient location to the motocross races we attend. We have stayed at the hotel for the past two years during race season. This was the first time I used Hotels.com, and everything that they advertise is correct. I was able to book a room at the last minute, the service I got at the hotel was great and made booking with them very easy and pleasent. Hampton Inn has great beds - the most important thing to consider, at least for me, when traveling. This hotel is close to Red Rocks Colorado which is good. However, you have to drive to find somewhere for dinner, etc. The breakfast is good.

THE ROOM WAS CLEAN AND THE SERVICE WAS GOOD. THE BATHROOM WAS SMALL, BUT THE ROOM WAS ADEQUATE. I FELT VERY SAFE IN THIS HOTEL AND THE STAFF WAS VERY PLEASANT

Hotel is very close to Red Rocks which makes it a good choice to stay at if you have traveled there t see a concert - as I did. It also is easy on and off the major highways. Hampton Inn always has quality beds for a good night sleep which sets them apart from similar and even higher cost hotels. We were there to see a concert at Red Rocks, so the location was wonderful. The room was comcortable and the staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly.
