I stayed at this hotel for one night. The room is clean. There is a nice water slide. Also there is complimentary coffee station and nice complimentary breakfast. However, I do find the hot tube a bit too hot. Not suitable for kids. There are parking spots but the parking spot's width is a bit too narrow for van.

The room was spacious and comfortable with a sitting space in addition to the bed. The hotel is within easy walking distance of shopping, restaurants, etc. Only complaints: 1) Early wake up call not received as requested for first morning (good thing I was up already) 2) Very noisy kids running in the hallway the first night 3) Radio came on early […] on second morning (I did not set it) I would stay here again. The hotel was extremely clean and the staff wise friendly and informatvie. Location was perfect. The view of the mountains on the bavk side was unbelievable. I would stay there each and every time I visit Canmore. I have recommended it to people travelling in the area and they also really enjoyed their stay.

Breakfast was very good but train tracks were right outside our window and kept us awake for both nights that we stayed there. Could not use security lock on door. Did not line up. Shower was very small, bathroom was behind door, and no counter or shelves so every thing was a pain in this room. Weekend get a way was not what we had hoped for.

Excellent breakfast, clean, great swimming pool with slide. Microwave was also a great advantage of this hotel. I would stay again in the future.

The hotel was clean, the complimentary breakfast was good, with a decent selection of hot and cold items. The hotel also sold lift-tickets for the three banff area ski resorts.

I've stayed here twice in the past few months and have not been disappointed. Large rooms, kitchen, water slide and nice buffet breakfast included.

We were surprised to see how nice this hotel is. I guess it has been renovated, because everything is new and of good quality. Rooms are small, but ok. Continental breakfast was good. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

Stayed overnight on a trip from Alberta to BC. Hotel was a Ramada (brand sets some expectations) and was the least expensive of the hotels we checked. Hotel could be much better than it is. Nice pool area, nice breakfast area. Maintenance and cleaning seems to be just adequate. A typical ski type hotel that looks like it has had rough use.

Very nice Hotel. Excellent house keeping. Rooms were maintained very well. Breakfast provided was Excellent. Swimming Pool and Hot Tub were really enjoyable place for children. Gym was also good. The Hotel do provide Car Pass for entering into Bannf. With this, it works out to be cheaper to stay in this Canmore Hotel instead of staying in Bannf. We […] stayed in a room on Railway line side as it has Queen size beds instead of double beds on Road side rooms. If the Windows are shut properly, train running noise reduces considerably to a level it did not disturb our sleep. House keeping staff were courteous. Reception staffs need to smile more. Staff were friendly, over all a great weekend. I would recommend to others as the hotel was very clean comfortable, including a nice breakfast at no cost. I will re-book again next year.

Very clean room, excellent courteous staff, close to all conveniences, good hearty breakfast included with room, we would definitely book again.

The hotel was fairly decent but the rooms appeared to be half cleaned with the pillows left on the floor but the bed re-made and the decorative sham also left on the floor. Rooms were not dirty just dishevelled. Staff were friendly but gave horrible directions to the dog park and didn't give a map to describe it's location. I was very happy to stay here, nice breakfast, clean nice room, nice location and great price. I read a lot of reviews that said you MUST book on the non-train side of the hotel. I personally did not hear any trains on my road side room. The breakfast was nice and a bit better than average. The attendant worked very fast and made sure everything was […] topped up. My only complaint is the slow internet and I could not print off anything. There is a pay for internet kiosk but it has no printer attached. I travel on business and it would be nice to have an option of printing off documents. Maybe there was one but it did not seem like it. I really liked the hotelexcept for a few issues the room was clean the bath room was a little small. The breakfast was a little far from our room and we had a room on the same side as the rail road tracks. Itseemed like a train went by time.every hour and i did wake up every time. I would stay there again but on the other side.

Not all that impressed with the cleanliness of our room. Found an apple from a previous tenant under on of our beds. Bathroom sink was cracked and pool was showing signs of excessive rust on venting pipes and pipe supports. Not up to Club Wyndham Standards

Room was clean and quiet. We stayed in a room on the road side as opposed to the railroad side. The washroom with just a shower was a little on the cramped side but serviceable. The complimentary breakfast was good and the pool with slide was popular with our child.

This hotel is fine, except for the fact that the bathroom made us not want to use it. Usually a hotel has immaculate bathrooms, but the hair on the shower walls was quite the turn off.

This is the best place to stay in the Banff / Lake Louise area. You are not far from the park, you get a park pass, the rooms and breakfast are great.

We were only there for a few short hours - just to sleep and be on our way. We arrived after dark and left in the early AM while still dark. Convenient location - not far off the #1. Quick check in, clean room, and a breakfast (included) with assorted variety of foods - both hot and cold.

Stay at the hotel was excellent... from the friendly staff /cleanliness of the hotel to the Continental Bkft that was very impressive. Would definitely stay again

Although the price was very decent, the Hotels.com staff assured me that our stay would be in a SUITE. It was not, and the room was very small for my family of 5. The bed and the pull out sofa took up the whole room. The Hotels.com staff should get to know their advertised hotels better before they mis-sell rooms. I had done my homework and called the […] hotel personally to see what the room vs suite prices were like and expected (and accepted) the room to be small. I am in no way upset with the hotel, but am disappointed with the staff on the phone at Hotels.com for not knowing the info. Læs mere

Just spent 3 days in this beautiful holel and setting. Room very clean and well equiped. The breakfast was very good along with the service and staff. Located in a very clean and neat little city. Would definatly stay there again if in area

Typical hotel, decent room, decent location, friendly staff, all for a reasonable price - so I'll likely be staying here again in the future. The only quibble I have/had is Parking, as there are a limited number of stalls, they're quite small and it's all exacerbated by the fact that a lot of people don't know that those yellow lines (that mark the […] stalls) actually means "Park vehicle BETWEEN lines" and in fact DOES NOT mean "Park your vehicle on, partially over, or completely centered above line" Læs mere

cheap but you get what u pay for - noisy - good breakfast. ok for 1 night stopover if your on a budget

My husband and I did not sleep all night....6 trains went by and sounded like jet planes even with my ear plugs in. The room smelled stale and the pillows were like wood blocks, the bed sheets were itchy and we just were not comfortable at all. The only good thing was the free breakfast...the breakfast room was 90% brighter than our room and the food […] was pretty good. When I booked the room I asked about the train and the woman said "oh it's not too bad!".....WRONG answer ...be honest I would have at least stayed on the other side of the hotel! Læs mere

We werevery pleased with the hotel, the amenities, and the location. We weer visiting friends and did not need to be "down town". We did not have children,but we saw a large number of families having a great time! It was a very enjoyable stay.
