We enjoy the service and the Handicap accommodation. Service is very good. Staff is always helpful. We lovethe amenities, location and cleanliness

This hotel was very nice and the staff was very friendly and accomodating. The location was also very convenient to access.

Hotel was exceptionally clean and desk personel were great - Serious maintenance problems, tho - Room key did not work at all for pool entrance and worked poorly for outside entrance - Night stand lamp had defective switch and could not be used - Very un-handy

Very nice place - clean and spacious. Great staff -- very personable. Variety of restaurants close. Next door steakhouse which is connected with the hotel is pricey, but has amazing food! The food served at breakfast at the hotel is good as well, although a little pricey. Everything about the Hilton Garden Inn Cleveland/Twinsburg is an outstanding hotel. I was there in July and I had flown all night from SF to Chicago and spent 6 hours in Chi town so I was tired. Stayed overnight on our way home from Michigan to New Jersey. Front desk was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Rooms were very clean and well-appointed. Beds were comfy. Also located within walking distance of a few restaurants, which is very convenient after a long day of driving. Location is literally a stone's throw from I-480, but our upper-floor […] room did not pick up any noticeable freeway noise. Although you have to pay for it, breakfast the next morning was very good, with a wide variety of choices, and well-worth it. One of the main reasons I enjoy this property is the proximity to my business when traveling to Twinsburg. I do look forward to enjoying breakfast before work in the sun filled dining room. During the week of my stay renovations to both the dining room and lobby were underway making entering/exiting the hotel difficult. Eash day breakfast was served […] in a different windowless conference room giving the feel of attending a seminar - I understand these renovations will make for a much better hotel - my point is -I wish I would have received an e-mail in advance informing me of the work being done before my arrival. I have stayed here repeatedly. Very nice and clean. Quiet and near nice places to eat. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The fitness room and pool are small but adequate for my needs. I just wish there was a sauna. The breakfast was nice. Real food with a very personable staff.

We had a lovely stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. All of our needs were met. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I liked this hotel a great deal. We wanted someplace close to I-80 as we passed through Cleveland so as to get a head start the next day, and we had a full car---we feared staying in the Downtown. This location was convenient to the highway. But there was also a very clean fitness facility and pool, a fireplace that was lit, and wine and beer were available […] in the lobby. Restaurants were open nearby so we could get some food easily and then we sat with friends from Cleveland in the lobby by the fire with a beer. Room was spotless, bed was comfortable, the whole thing impressed me enormously. I'll definitely stay here again if I'm driving by and need a stop in Cleveland. And our car was safe too. Læs mere

I was very impressed with the overall beauty and elegance of this hotel--lobby decor, the playing of classical music, conference facilities, etc. This environment exceeded my expectations considering the rate that I paid at the time of my stay. The only disappointment that I encountered was the poor workmanship in the repair of the ceiling directly […] above my bed. It was mildly irritating to have to look at something so ugly in otherwise beautiful surroundings.
