"Would stay again"
Bottom line is that we would definitely stay here again. We were very close to Colonial Williamsburg, taking only five minutes to get to the visitor center. The staff were very friendly, especially at the front desk and the host and hostess for breakfast and dinner. The complimentary light dinner (M-Th) was a great deal. They had one selection each […] night, but a salad available and we could not complain since it saved us hundreds of dollars from eating out every night. The pool was well maintained and the kids loved it. The cons: the kitchenette is tiny and had little room for storage. There was no dishsoap and only some of the housekeepers left dishwasher soap. The vanities had no storage. Students staying above us were pounding on the floor one night - the insulation between rooms is only okay. That being said, we were happy with the hotel. "Home wood suites"
The experience was very nice. It is located vey near Colonial Williamsburg. The only bad thing was we had to ask for soap for the dishwasher and to refill our coffee. These are things that should have been done automatically.
"Comfortable for a business trip"
I recommend this hotel, all suites with alot of space. Very few options for food, snacks, drinks after hours.

"Book it !!"
Very clean hotel. Was greeted as soon as we walked in the door. Very friendly and efficent staff. Breakfast was very busy however the staff did the best they cound keeping up. And all with a smile. We spent Christmas week here and would come back THANKS!

"Perfect location"
The room was okay, but the HVAC was so noisy that it was hard to sleep at times. The complimentary breakfast and dinner was also limited and not the same at other Homewood Suites.
"Not up to Homewood Suite Standards"
Have stayed at several Homewood Suites and this one is the poorest in furnishings, cleanliness, customer service. If you have been to other Homewood Suites (specifically Del Mar or Seattle), you will notice a small step down overall. It looks like they may be renovating, so you might want to check back in 6 months. "Great place for our family"
We loved staying here. Our first floor suite was very close to the pool, the eating area and the work out room which worked great for our family of older children. It is also conveniently located to Colonial Williamsburg and lots of shopping, including an outlet mall.

We loved it! The hot breakfast was convenient and very good. It saved us a lot of time and $ not having to eat that meal out. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool. "Served Its Purpose"
We reserved a two bedroom suite, but they said they were booked and wanted to put us in two separate rooms. We booked the suite because we have two children under three. The alternative would not have worked. Also don't think about checking in early. They did not let us. "Very Convenient to Colonial Williamsburg"
We enjoyed our stay here tremendously. The two room suite was ideal for our purposes. The staff were very helpful and friendly. This hotel is one of the closest to the Colonial Williamsburg Visitor center and is well-appointed. Enjoyed the indoor pool. "Homewood Suites in Williamsburg"
Our party was 8 persons and we shared 2 rooms. The kitchen and bath were functional, there was enough storage space and it was well cleaned every day. Breakfast was good enough and plentiful, seating is limited but you could collect and go to your room. Seamless checkout, free parking and a few minutes from Busch Gardens. "Hotel Service was bad"
We had to ask for extra towels and linens for the sleeper sofa. This request tooks two hours because the linens were delivered to the wrong room. By this time our grandchildren were fast asleep on the floor. We ask for a wake up call at 6 am. We received a call at 2 am, 2:15 am, and again at 2:30 am. No call was received at 6 am.

The only minus in our stay was that the person who checked us in was apparently not having a good day and was bordering on rude. Otherwise, the stay was excellent.

I was initially worried about making reservations site unseen, however this was a really nice hotel. Had a 2 BR suite with another couple, plenty of room, very comfortable. "Loved this hotel!!"
I loved the suite this hotel offers for a family stay. The kitchenette was wonderful for preparing baby meals and it was great having a separate area to play and relax in. The hotel was extremely clean, comfortable, in a great location and a great value. My family and I will definately stay here again when we return to Williamsburg!!

The room exceeded our expectations for the price we paid. It was spacious, clean, and nicely furnished. The breakfast was perhaps the best free hotel breakfast I've ever had.

Rooms were very clean & comfy! The hotel's halloween/autumn decorations were very festive and pretty! We stay here from time to time, when there is availability and have always been satified. The staff is very friendly as well. The only problem with the hotel is the breakfast area, they run out of everything from food to plates and the garbage was overflowing. "Nice hotel for familes"
Stayed for 4 nights and had a nice welcoming check in. Room was clean and the kitchen was well appointed. It was nice to have both the free evening meal and breakfast right there at the hotel especially with children. We were able to save money by using those services. Room was clean and quite spacious for the money - very nice room layout (we were […] in the 1 bedroom suite). Th major conmplaint was the air conditioning - it worked just fine but it is in a closet in the bedroom area and if noise bothers you when you sleep you might want to stay away as it sounds like a gigantic fan is shoved into that space. This is a great hotel if you are traveling to Williamsburg and need a larger suite type room. We had the 2 bedroom suite which offered tons of privacy. The hotel room was spotless, the beds super comfortable (my son said more comfortable than his bed at home) and it had a full kitchen. The hotel staff was extremely nice and helpful. The breakfast was […] your typical hotel breakfast: sausage, biscuits, pancakes, waffles, cheese omelets, cereal, bagels, muffins, etc. It was tasty and plentiful. They also had a small store that was stocked with snacks and drinks and was open 24 hours. The hotel is convenient to Busch Gardens (5-10 minutes) and all other attractions in Williamsburg. "Great Room for the money"
Nice clean room--very convienent for a large family. Morning breakfast was the only complaint--lady that was the server was lazy. There were no clean plates, glasses, or utensils out--we had to find them ourselves. We arrived 1 hour prior to closing and all the hot food was gone and she would not bring any more out. Otherwise good hotel.

"Great Hotel for Williamsburg fun"
The hotel was in a great spot central to the most popular sights. Plenty of dining options within a short walk or drive. Only compaint was a broken toilet. Staff addressed the issue quickly, but wasn't properly fixed on the first attempt.
