Virtually brand new and very comfortable room although room is obn the small side. Convenient location

Beautifully redone. The rooms are great and comfortable, and the staff is very proud of what try have. Only complaint is the hot water took for ever!

During my four-night stay over Thanksgiving 2011, the room was clean and quiet, the bed very comfortable, and the furnishings modern but cozy. The staff was friendly and helpful with directions. The hotel is conveniently located. I plan to stay there again next time I'm in the area, and would strongly recommend the hotel to others.

Stayed here for convience to the patriots game. Was extremely pleased with the hotel and room. Close to everything and easy access. Only draw back was the hour to get back to the hotel after the game... but it was worth it. Will definately be staying again.

excellent price for nice clean hotel and room.

Nice place overall, great fitness facility. Just sopped in overnight as we had a wediing in the area! great price and very good breakfast!

First, we thought we were calling Sheraton's direct line; turned out it was Hotels.com, and we were not told it was such until we were well into the call and making a reservation. I was really pleased with this hotel and strongly recommend it. The room was ideal for my needs on a business trip with a very comfortable bed, a good desk and chair and a nice TV!

Excellent accomodations and service. The hotel's restaurant was also superb.

Very courteous staff, very clean room, and a comfortable bed. The only negative about this hotel is the location - it is located on one side of a busy divided highway. Not the most attractive part of town.

The hotel itself was great. The bed was very comfortable, and the staff was nice. I went to the onsite bar "One Bistro" and the bartender was horrible. She was coughing directly into her hands while putting clean glasses away. She also didnt wash her hands inbetween wiping down tables, loading the dishwasher, or portioning limes/lemons. It was just […] very unsaitary, and very disheartening to see that level of quality at such a nice hotel. I'd recommend the hotel to anyone, but I'd stear clear of the One Bistro. Læs mere

My room was small but since I was alone, it was fine.

This new 4 points was clean and well appointed. Good in hotel restaurant+ good, quick room service. Very nice and clean public areas. Front desk very poite and helpful- Helped with in coming and outgoing faxes and FedX. Nice modern room design with lots of room. Set back from main road- quite and secure.

For some reason our GPS would not pick up the hotel street number, so we had a little problem locating the hotel. We drove up from SC to attend a funeral and family lived in Stoughton, so the hotel location was a short distance from there and easy to go back and forth. Room Service was wonderful. I had to request a replacement burger because it was […] too well done for my taste and received it in no time flat and with a smile! The room was small but wonderful - 1 queen size, very comfortable bed and pillows. We loved it! The only problem I encountered was with the shower. Could not turn on the shower without getting drenched with cold water...handle is only assessable from one side. Only right side shower door is movable. Very inconvenient especially for a short person who cannot reach the shower head to turn it another direction until water warms. My husband had to turn on the shower for me each time. The 1 person room was small, but very comfortable. The housekeeping staff was very helpful and made sure I had everything I needed. The continental breakfast was enormous!!! Great food at the the restaurant too!! Well worth the value I really enjoyed the trip!!!

Queen room was a bit small for two people, but overall good. Hotel is well kept and has a ton of parking. This hotel is on a one-way street so it can be a bit of a pain to get to/out of the hotel depending if you need to go N or S. Excellent hotel in the Sheraton chain, recently refurbished with awesome Staff and amenities like a Gym, Pool and complimentary unlimited Internet connection in rooms and lobby etc. We were residents there for 5 days and it was more than ideal for our wedding anniversary celebration. The hotel was hard to find when using Google Maps. The hotel's address is not easily located. I had to surf in the internet to the actual hotel's website and learn their directions from my smartphone. When I was ready to go sleep, I had a hard time finding light switch to turn off the lights. Finally, I gave up and walked to hallway and turned lights […] off. Next morning, I noticed there are light switches right behind lamps itself. It's very small and hard to find. I wish I had more time at the hotel. I went down for a concert so was not there long. The bed was amazing, the comforter was the warmest I had ever felt.

I was looking for an easy trip into Boston and needed and inexpensive hotel. This was perfect. 15 minutes from the mbta red line and then 25 minutes to south station. Very clean and updated rooms. Outstanding beer selection! Highly recommended.

Downplayed the extent of "renovations". Workers hammering/drilling late at night and early in am. Comforter had food stain. Reception unapologetic for multiple inconveniences.

We were quite happy with our room and service. There were some renovations but it wasn't noisy or disturbing. The only issue we had was the Wedding guests who were not staying at the hotel took up all the parking spots that the guests should have had. Other than that, we had a wonderful time.

There was remodeling going on. We were not informed at the front desk. We were a little surpirsed at what we saw when we stepped off the elevator. Runners on the floor, exposed sheetrock on the walls, cardboard taped to the doors. I feel a discount should have been offered.

What a disappointment - great place to stay if you are a lone corporate traveler and arrive at 11 pm and leave at 6 am. Trial lawyers have ruined this hotel for the kids - Kids have to be 17 to use the whirlpool or gym - doesn't matter if their parents are by their side - it is NOT ALLOWED.....at all.....EVER!!! The pool is barely 5 feet deep, is […] locked up when not in use, even at 10 am!!! You must go to front desk to get it opened, and then be watched constantly by hotel personnel. Corporate Suits roam the hallways, shushing anything above a whisper. Oh and half the hotel is under construction, don't plan on sleeping past 8 am unless you can do so amidst jackhammers and hard hats roaming the hallways. Smoking is banned OUTSIDE the hotel as well - God save the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, as they legislate our personal safety and hold noone accountable for their own actions. I couldn't wait to leave, and my son asked me to never take him to a Sheraton again. Læs mere

My experience was mixed based primarily on the fact that they are undergoing a serious renovation while I was there. The hotel is going to be very nice when it is finished - but right now may not be suitable for some.

The hotel is in the process of being renovated and they should not place people on the floors that they are renovated for the price they ask. It is totally unacceptable to stay in a room where dust and soot is all over the furniture was all dusty causing coughing and sneazing this is an unhealthy atmosphere. While the rooms are a little tight- we stayed in a queen regular room- the rate was good and the staff was EXTREMELY nice and very helpful. This is just a few miles from Patriot Place/Gilette Stadium, and great shopping, but the hotel is quiet and relaxing. The pool area is fantastic! Total cabana feeling and theres no chlorine smell- i cant be sure […] but i believe it might be a salt water pool, which leaves your skin feeling great! Læs mere

What can I say? This hotel is awesome! The rooms are huge, modern, VERY clean and well appointed. The front desk staff go well above to make sure you are taken care of. Easy check in/check out. TONS of FREE parking. Free internet in the room (NOT wireless). Make sure to check out Joe's or Sky down the street for some great food, ask the front desk for […] directions. Hotel is right off the highway so easy on/easy off. Honestly, I really cant think of any reason to fault the hotel.
