A good location for the 2 day training seminars,. Staqrbucks coffee provided, a beautiful mall located conveniently accross the street and numerous restauraunts within walking range of the room.

Hotel was under extensive renovations/construction and I was not made aware of this fact during reservation. Room had a used tissue under the bed; the ceiling above the bath tub and the wall near the shower curtain rod was very dirty and appeared to have some sort of growth on it. The coffee mug was chipped, dirty and had missing glazing over a imperfection. […] I booked the hotel because it had a pool, however the pool was closed my entire stay and staff were not aware of the issue, duration of expected closure or initially that a pool closed sign was even hanging on the entry door. In addition, due to renovation the check-in desk was in the front entry way and the woman who helped me was far from pleasant. On the bright side I was allowed to delay my check out time by a couple hours free of charge. Læs mere
This is an older hotel that was not very clean. Additionally it was under construction. (perhaps it will improve when the construction project is complete ???) I found a hair on the sheet when I pulled the covers back. The other bed sheet had old stains that did not wash out. we were very satisfied with our stay, despite being under construction, the breakfast buffet in the Tuscany Room was delicious and the staff was more than accomodating thank you

Female staff was very pleasant, while the ,male staff in hotel and restaurant were not professional at all. Rooms need to be updated, pool was dirty, but they are a good size. Not my first choice.

"london- convenient to 401 and downtown"
Four points is in a perfect spot just off the 401 on Wellington. The hotel is currently under renovation to expand their meeting room facilities, however the disruptions due to re-routing of foot traffic were minimal. The room was as expected, the only issue was the mag locks on both doors at entrance C would not work; I had to walk all the way back […] from the back of the hotel to the front desk to explain the situation. Theresa was most helpful and accompanied me back to the C doors and dispatched a serviceman to replace both door locks which was done within 30 minutes. I would recommend the hotel and I will stay there again soon! Læs mere

We booked through Hotels.ca and the price quoted was per room so I don't understand the $15.00 extra charge for the second person. Other than that it was an excellent room and the Breakfast buffet was good too.....especially our server.."Aggie"
"Nice place to stay"
This is my second time staying at a Four Points, both are very pleasant experience. Courteous staff, clean and comfortable room. Location was great, have a mall, Best Buy, Canadian Tire, Wal-Mart, nearby. Easy access to highway 401 and gas stations. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room was very clean and appeared to have been recently updated. Very happy about the location and ammenities. This was a family trip of four, including two smaller kids, and we found the room more than comfortable.

This is the second time that we have stayed here and enjoy very much. Nice rooms, just across from the White Oaks Mall.Friendly staff: all around nice place to go. My husband loves to use the sauna and indoor pool. A plus for him! The Kennedy's from Wyoming, ON

"Booked online everything went well"
Booked one room for a Sat night and attended the Plunkets Farm Car Show. Front counter staff very accomodating with directions and supper suggestions. C T
Nothing really to rave about. Was a bit dissapointed about the quality of the room. The bed has certainly done its days. I had to change room as there was a used wash cloth and soap in the bathroom. Was wet so seemed freshly used considering i checked in at midnight. However they were good about changing it. They could at least served complimentary […] breakfast. Got better deal at Comfort Inn hotels. It was simply the basics... somewhre to rest your head and take a shower and leave. Would I re-book there? certainly not my first choice. Læs mere

the hotel fell short of my expectations for a Sheraton I expect more The location is close to a major highway, easy to find, but quite a distance from the centre of town, however ample shopping facilities were close. Overall , my stay was neither good nor bad, just average. PS The staff were excellent, very helpful and attentive

1.De petits détails ont dérangé notre séjour: des fourmis avaient pris possession d'un bonbon laissé par l'hôtel avec un carton "Enjoy your stay". À la 2e plainte, on nous a offert une aurtre chambre. 2. L'hôtel est en rénovations. Une journée où il a plu, des morceaux de plafond de leur tunnel de construction se sont mis à tomber + nous devions marcher […] dans l'eau pour aller à la réception par l'Intérieur. 3. La machine à liqueur nous a donné une bouteille d'eau presque bouillante, ce que nous avons rapporté.
