Godt og rart hotel. Ingen særlig luksus og lidt afsides beliggenhed. Til gengæld pænt og rent, god service, samt gratis wi-fi på hotellet. Tog fra lufthavnen går lige til døren - bogstaveligt talt. Meget fine sporvognsforbindelser til centrum, men absolut også overkommelig gåafstand.

Små (rene) værelser og begrænset morgenmad, men opvejes af super beliggenhed og god service!

Hotellet er af ældre dato, men er i fin stand med hyggelige mere moderne værelser. Værelserne er ikke de største, men der er hvad man har brug for. Personalet er rigtig søde og vil gerne hjælpe med både det ene og det andet. Hotellet ligger super centralt med sporvognen kørende lige ude på vejen (Dette kan høres når de bimler og bamler med klokken, men ikke noget der der irriterer, mere som en hyggelig lyd à la "nu kommer sporvognen igen".) Hotellet ligger super centralt, lige ved Union Square. I området ligger der mange små caféer, dinere, butikker osv og 300 meter nede af gaden ligger der en metro station (en Bart) hvor man kan tage toget til yderområderne. På samme sted er der et hav af busser som kører alle steder hen i byen. To af SF´s tre sporvogne har også endestation lige nede af gaden. Alt i alt et rigtig dejligt hotel. Vi var i SF et par dage inden vi rejste videre syd på. Hotellet var helt ideelt. Både pga at det var hyggeligt, med i høj grad også pga beliggenheden. Det var nemt at komme ud at spise, nemt at komme i butikker og shoppe og nemt at komme til både tog, busser og sporvogn. Helt klart et hotel vi vil anbefale og et vi gerne ville bo på igen hvis vi skulle tilbage til SF.

We enjoined our stay very much
"extremely gracious staff"
From front desk reception to a maintenance worker in the elevator, staff were welcoming and helpful. Room was spotless. Sole criticism is the price of breakfast. I will stay here whenever I need a hotel in the areaand eat breakfast elsewhere!

"Good value, good location."
Four Points in Emeryville is a good choice. Overally good value, the location is good with the Bay Street shopping area a block away where you can find restaurants, movie theater and lots of shops. The beds were a bit firm for me, but we had a good stay and I'd stay there again in future.

"Emeryville localation, free parking"
I've stayed at this hotel several times now. The hotel is not quite up to the standards of other Sheraton Four Point hotels. Definitely get a bay side room. On the latest stay there we didn't and it was no where near as pleasant. The staff are generally helpful, the pool is small but heated. Parking is free and convenient.

"The Four Points"
Very dated and the bed linens were not pressed they were very wrinkled. The staff was extreamly helpful and friendly and the location was great as was the view. .
"Emeryville Hotel near San Francisco"
Was expensive. Prefer Hilton House, but the rate was alot more per night. The buffet breakfast is NOT worth it for the price. Staff really nice. We were allowed to check in 3 hours early without paying more. That was really nice, since we were exhausted! The housekeeping staff on the 3rd floor could use some lessons on customer service.
"Super Comfortable"
The front desk staff were very friendly and we had a very clean, comfortable room.
Everything was great. Room Service and amenities except that they say they have blackout curtains which they do, but they don't go all the way around and leave a huge gap between window and wall so light comes right in. Would never stay here again.

I stayed four nights at the Sheraton Four Points in Emeryville, CA on a business trip. I had to go to six different locations in the Bay area, from Santa Rosa, to San Francisco, to Oakland, to Fremont. All were within easy reach by car or BART. "Very small room"
We booked the room for 4adults and 1 child of 16 years old. We were given a room with two double bed. The beds although was clean but too small for three persons to sleep in. One person in our group had to sleep on the floor. The toilet was very, very small. We stayed at the Sheraton Cerritos at LA before we came to SF and that hotel was wonderful and […] at half the price we paid at this "pigeon hole". Not worth the money Læs mere
"New Years Eve hope skip and a jump to the city"
When I first checked in my door key did not work and I had to go down to the lobby 2 twice. Then finally the clerk was kind enough to come up to my floor with a new set of keys and let me in. Other than thatClerk was very helpful in gettting us a cab to ride over to the city for New Years Eve celebrations. It took only 10 mins and he picked us up when […] we were ready and took us back . "Sheraton 4-Points - The Complete Hotel Room"
We chose the Sheraton for a long weekend stay in the Bay Area attending family events. The location was excellent, very handy to all the places we needed to get to, but what we liked best was that the room had everything we needed. The basin/vanity area was well-lighted and had a magnifying mirror, which was especially appreciated for applying make-up! […] The little soaps/lotions were good. Love the free bottle of water every day! And it was my favorite brand. Everything about the room/bath seemed pretty new and recently updated. Had all the Wi-Fi/TV you could want. Comfortable bed. It was great to have the convenient little restaurant right there. We ordered Room Service breakfast one morning to save time, and it was delivered perfectly and was very tasty! "Great place to stay when visiting the Bay Area!"
This is the second time I have stayed here. From the moment you walk in, the staff makes you feel at home. The employees are very friendly and the room is very comfortable - lots of little touches. Also, the parking is fee and the location is convenient to the Bay Bridge if going into San Francisco and there are movie theaters, shopping and restaurants […] almost right next door. Quiet, clean and comfortable place to stay. We love that there is no parking fee. The staff were friendly. My daughter left a necklace and it was mailed back to us right away. Thank you.

Clean, attractive, ample parking; very good room and amenities. Nice property and best accomodation for visitors going to adjacent communities where lodging is dodgy. Very convenient to all freeways. However, intersection is major thoroughfare with heavy traffic, impossible to get to stores or eateries across the street unless one walks the distance […] to intersections. Impossible by car (if going elsewhere after) due to no left, no U turns at all corners. Very friendly, helpful, courteous front desk. "good location in baybridge"
good service, nice staffs, good location, good maintenance , free parking, free internet....... only bad thing is: my wife found some hairs in the pillow from other people....
"Hair in bathroom"
The bathroom was extremely small. There was hair on the floor and on the toilet from a prior guest. Beds were comfy. I was worried about leaving my car in the neighborhood. A light breakfast with muffins, juice would have been a nice bonus. I thought it would have been noisy near the freeway on the back, but it was not.

Stayed there a week on business; no complaints, and the room had an ethernet connection (yessss) as well as wi-fi.

Very small restroom and the tub was a little dirty, but not horribly bad.

A great location but surrounding area is not like what we expected. The comfortness of hotel needs to be maintained as one of its price hotel. We stayed on the 4th floor but we were hardly fall to sleep because of the noise from the street as well as from the ventilation system.

"Very nice hotel!"
I loved everything from the staff, to the little bar in the lobby, to the location. A mall is located right behind the hotel. So shopping, restaurants, and movies were all within walking distance. The staff were super friendly! I loved my 3 night stay very much.

This is conviently located and very clean. Many shopping options to outlets, movies, restaurants and walking distance within 5 - 10 minutes. A perfect easy access to SFO bay area spot!

hotel is located close to shopping and restraunts 40 bucks gets you a taxi across the bridge to san fran.....
"Rude staff and leaky air conditioner"
We were in a hurry to get to a wedding and the staff was too busy with something to look up and assist us quickly. Then when we got to the room to change, my grandson left his shorts on the floor in front of the air conditioner. When we returned, the shorts were soaking wet as the air conditioner leaked and the whole carpet in front was wet. The maid […] came and put a towel down in front of the unit.
