Vi boede der 2 nætter i forbindelse med en længere tur på hele østkysten. boede på værelse med 2 dobbeltsenge med god plads. Forholdene var OK, det var rent og pænt. Der var dejligt stille om natten. Nabolaget er dog i et område hvor man ikke går ud som turist om aftenen. Selv det lokale supermarked lige ved siden af var aflåst om aftenen, man blev […] låst ind, og så blev der låst igen. Det var ikke så hyggeligt, men vi oplevede ellers ingen uro eller ubehageligheder. The staff couldn't have been more helpful or courteous. Very good service - and the room was not only clean but larger than I expected.

Service by staff and their friendliness is undeniable. However, for a hotel room to smell so much like an ashtray is terrible. I understand that previous hotel patrons may not respect the no-smoking policy but, when you check in late with a confirmed and paid room, you want the minimum. Helpful, friendly staff. Rooms were quiet and comfortable. Enjoyed the pool, although traffic noise was heavy there. I'd definately book another stay there.

This is a great hotel right off the Florida turnpike in South Miami. I got a top-notch modern, clean, comfortable room, excellent service, and a great hot breakfast ... everything was the quality I'd expect from a room that cost almost twice as much in a City like Miami. The room had all the amenities... hairdryer, fridge, microwave, flat screen TV, […] free wi-fi that worked great, alarm clock, nice furniture, a couch and a huge comfy king-size bed. The room and hotel were very clean and everything was in great working order. The breakfast had all the usual cold hotel breakfast room food, plus hot eggs and meat, a waffle maker, an a good assortment of fresh fruits and yogurts. A worker kept everything fresh and full, and a manager was checking the breakfast room as well. The hotel is nestled in a shopping center that had a Publix grocery story, a CVS drugstore, a liquor store, a couple decent little sit-down restaurants, plus a couple fast food places. All you had to do was walk across the parking lot. Great stay. This was our 4th time staying in this hotel. Good breakfast. Another good thing is the free internet. The only complaint is the internet wireless range. I brought an ipad with me and had to use it in the bathroom because it couldn't find the signal in the room.

Stayed here so we could get early into the Everglades and everything was sold out or super expensive over by everglades city. Hotel was clean and staff were friendy. Bathroom could have done with a bit of a modernization and breakfast was basic but generally good value for what we paid.

I travel to South Miami periodically and have stopped staying at a pricier chain hotel in favor of Comfort Suites. It is convenient to my appointments, is clean, quiet and comfortable. The free breakfast surpasses the pricier hotel for variety and is convenient to 3 of my favorite BBQ and Cuban resturaunts. The hot tub is also a great benefit!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We were there for at least a week. The rooms are spacious and the beds are so comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. Had breakfast every day, Good value for money. We were pleased and will certainly recommend to our friends.

Overall a very nice stay. Access to the hotel can be challenging during peak traffic hours. The irons are attached to the ironing board not allowing full use to the flat end of the board. Staff very helpful and freindly! Hotel is very quiet being so close to the turnpike. Several places to eat with in walking distance.

This hotel is convenient for my occasional business trip to Miami. The staff is always pleasant, the room is always clean and the free breakfast is better than most. It is also close to my favorite BBQ and Cuban resturaunts. It's hard to beat for the price!!

The rooms were great, clean and smoke free. the Staff was great. The was no Wi-fi signal that was usable from the fouth floor up. Soldiers were walking the hallways to get a better reception. I just came down to the lobby to use my computer.

We like the services, and it was very clean. The coffee at breakfest was fresh. Will go back again.

We really enjoyed our stay! Staff was very outgoing and helpful and the rooms were comfortable, clean and everything worked well. Good access to major roads to get places easily, with nearby places to eat. Would definitely stay here again!

My stay at the Comfort Suites in Miami was not bad, however it could had been better. The staff was not friendly at all, the a/c in our room kept shutting off and there were maintenance issues with the room, the breakfast was very bland and such. However, the bed was very comfortable, the room was clean and the hotel was not too busy. Our stay was overall […] not a bad one. I would rate it a 3 out of 5. I would recommend that they focus more on customer service. They relied too much on the location and hotel itself and seemed not to care at all about customer service. If the customer service had been better I'm sure none of the negative aspects would had been remembered because they were not that major...with the exception of the a/c unit shutting off. Especially since I work at a 5 star resort and casino I know what service can be and should be and they did not even come close to any decent level of customer service. Upon check in the lady at the desk was very unpleasant and rude and seemed very annoyed that we were even there. And throughout our stay the various people there seemed to be the same. It was one guy however, that was somewhat decent to us. But I guess he was not nice enough because I can not remember his name. Læs mere

I PERIODICALLY TRAVEL TO THE SOUTH MIAMI/KENDALL AREA ON BUSINESS. THIS HOTEL IS CONVENIENT TO MY BUSINESS, IS VERY CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE. THE FREE BREAKFAST IS VERY GOOD AND IT'S CLOSE TO MY FAVORITE EATERIES. I ALSO ENJOY THE HOT TUB AFTER A LONG DAY.

Clean rooms that have comfortable beds with lots of pillows. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Great free breakfast. Close to my favorite eateries.

This hotel was really clean and the beds were comfortable! We came to the area for the NASCAR races and the hotel was only about 20 minutes away from the track! It seemed to be in a good area! I would recommend it!

Everything was really good with this hotel. We enjoyed the breakfast, adn the room was nice, the staff was very friendly

Hotel sits in a busy grocery store, post office, gas station strip with lots of family restaurants and next to expressways. Surprisingly, it was not noisy. Lobby was small but pretty and there's a pool. Staff was not super friendly. Clean, good size room and bathroom - comfy beds and pillows. Wet bar sink, fridge, micro, sofa and coffee table in room […] were a plus. Avoid being on the first floor. Good A/C except it rattled on and off and theTV was as big as the fridge. The shower water pressure was a joke - hardly any. But, the complimentary self serve breakfast was GREAT: scrambled eggs, ham, waffle makers, cereals, breads, danishes, juices, and coffee in a nice big room with a big flat screen. Good hotel for the price. Roon was clean. A little noisy due to close proximity to the highway.

I highly recommend this hotel. It is clean, quiet, with polite front desk service, and very confortable beds. However, the TV had limited choices of channels and the remote control did not work.

Personal ist sehr bemüht, Hotel ist sehr sauber. Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden.
