The hotel is lokated near a freeway. 25 minuts from downtown Houston and 25 minuts from IAH. Yiu just call the schuttle and they will come pick you up, as fast as posible. The hotel is great, and the staff is very helpfull. Nice rooms and a great breakfast. if you go out the hotel and to the left, there is a bus that will take you direktly to Houston Downtown.

"Comfort Suites Bush"
We were told that there was a shuttle all the time day or night. When we arrive it was 12:49am and when we called for the shuttle we were told NO Shttle until 5:30am. Then told we would have to take a taxi. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!

"Excellent overnight hotel"
The hotel is close to the airport, has a good breakfast compared to others and hte rooms are well insulated against noise. The bathrooms are clean. Enough TV channels. Perfect for an overnight stay between two airplanes.

"Air Conditioning"
The air condition was too noisy and the auto on/off didn't work. The air condition in the 3rd floor hallway wasn't cooling. Also the bed sheets were clean by full with cuts and scratchs looked they are very old. In general the hotel stay was comfortable. I loved the breakfast quality.
"I would stay in this hotel in the future"
My experience was very nice. I was traveling to another country and stayed only one night, but the experience was nice. I would definetely recommend this hotel if you want to stay when your flight departs in a different day.

We checked in our room and it had a bad odor. We turned on the AC and left for dinner. When we came back the odor was stronger. I went down to ask for another room. The receptionist was curt and asked why we didnt request another room earlier. I explained we went to dinner. She wasn't very nice about getting us another room. "convenient to airport"
very convenient to Bush IAH and to interstates for downtown Houston. Not much of a pool. Unfortunately, right in flight path of departing planes, making it at times quite noisy
"Staff Needs Improvement"
The hotel staff weren't that friendly. You have to call once your flight gets in, they don't run every 15 or 30 min to the IAH like other hotels. It took them 45 minutes to pick me up. I called two times asking where it was and was told it's on it's way. I spoke with other guest who had the same problem. The driver didn't help me with my bags, never […] even got out of the van! The ride to the hotel took 5 minutes so I don't understand why it took them so long to pick me up. The front desk girl wasn't very friendly. She was short to the point it was rude. I stayed for two nights on business. One of the nights I was there the front desk got robbed!! Yes, robbed!! They don't have a pool. You have to go use the pool at the hotel next to it. Their breakfast was okay, nothing great. I had to call down to get the internet password and again the front desk girl was rude about it, like I should of known what it was. Læs mere
