This hotel was surprisingly nice. Some age showed, in the bathroom particularly, but this was offset by a nice sized room and comfortable bed. I expected a Continental breakfast but got a full American breakfast! Fast, free internet was also available.

I stayed here in January and was very happy with everything. On this visit I noticed the small details were missed. Remote control not in bag, extra blanket and pillow in closet no longer there. Decent breakfast turned into I think I will just have toast.

For the typical price of a room elsewhere, I got a good size suite at this hotel. The room was clean and functional. The hotel staffs were friendly and courteous. The kitchen staff who worked the breakfast area was super nice as she kept making the hot waffles for guests. The hotel is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Check in-easy. Room was clean and updated and nothing broken. Needed a tub stopper-brought up to my room within 10 minutes. Stayed for 7 nights and every day beds would be made and things replenished (towels, tp). Breakfast was not so great. Fruit was bananas/apples, yogurt and granola, toast station, cereal station, apple and oj and coffee (which was […] gross). They did have eggs and sausage but the eggs were like those MRE's (military fake dried eggs) which were gross even with ketchup on them and the sausage was really greasy and grizzly. The best part of the bfast was the mini waffle station-those were YUMMY! Laundry facility was a joke. One on the first floor and one on the 3rd floor. The first floor laundry room was just that, a closet of a room. One washer, one dryer and soap to purchase-$6 to do one load. The washer coin machine broke and I had to get someone to come fix it. The dryer was fine. I forgot to get my stuff out of the dryer before leaving and called the front desk and ask if they would just throw my stuff in the bag I left on top and said they would, but when I returned that evening, the clothes were still all over the counter in the laundry room. My fault for leaving it but they said they would get it for me and didn't. Check out was great and super easy. Overrall, I would definitely stay there again for the quality of the room and responsiveness of the staff but not for the bfast..plan something else. Læs mere

I stayed in a suite and I liked it. The layout was good, it had a small fridge, microwave, bed was king size - comfy, living room area, good size, not too old, got a good deal so I was happy. Breakfast in the morning was good also. Parking was easy. I recommend.

We were very impressed with our room and the service. Staff was extremely friendly and always on the alert to help you. Went out of their ways to draw maps for you, etc. Close to outlets and just a hop, skip and jump from Disneyland. Very nice continental breakfast, although they do need a new receipe for their eggs. From Check in to check out it was a VERY good experience.The breakfast menu could be changed up a little but there was ample supply of most everything. We got a great rate & had a nice king bed in our suite & ejoyed our stay immensely.

I have stayed at quite literally hundreds of hotels around the world and I must say I was blown away by this hotel on several levels. The value of what you get (HUGE accommodations, comfortable bed, awesome pool area, free full breakfast) for the price I paid blows me away. The hotel was pretty nice for the price. The room was clean and well maintained. Only a few complaints though: they charge a $39 early check in fee if you check in before 3:00; the gym equipment is poorly maintained; if you ask them to book you a taxi, the end up calling an executive car service who charges outrageous prices. Explained to front desk clerk that I accidentally washed & dried my debit card & it declines on occasion but if you swipe it again, it will go through. Paid for room charge with no problem but it declined for the $250 hold for "incidentals." Clerk refused to swipe it again so I had to give it to them in cash. I spent approximately $500 for my room stay […] & I think asking him to try it again was not asking for too much. I even logged in & showed him my bank balance but he would not do it. Location off hwy and Disney were good. I believe there is a jail near by, didnt stick around to find out. Counters, linens, paint updated, but carpet was horribly stained. Maybe a "green" renovation with soap dispensers, but not really newly renovated like website led to believe. Be careful with No Refund Policy.

Easy access to freeway and outlet shopping. Excellent wifi speed. Comfortable bed but very uncomfortable pillows by any standard. Also found water bug in bathbed during my 3 days stay.

Refigerator did not get cold. Water in shower only got lukewarm. Hard to figure out the heating controls. Otherwise, a very spacious suite. Friendly staff.

I think it was a good hotel for the price we paid. like they say, you get what you pay for. We asked for more towels and they made me go all the way to the front desk to get them rather than have someone bring them up. Hotel has a beautiful courtyard and pool area. I really liked how it was designed. The breakfast was ok, same food everyday, but did have a variety. The bathroom sink fixture was awful and very old and the tub never drained had to stand in water. You can hear the noise of other guest the walls must be thin. The hotel is in a great location. I was able to go over to Disney on the side streets, near the stadium and easy shopping if you forgot something. It was very nice place to go to after a 4 hour out-patient surgery,and only a mile away from UCI Medical Center. Had a room with a separate bedroom which made staying in bed a breeze.... separate TV too. "Other half" was pleased too with the amenities. A comfortable place to stay and would come back and stay again if business or pleasure brought us […] back to the area again. Its in a Quiet business area where you will feel safe, and a breakfast also included. Had a good stay. I booked this hotel because I wanted to visit Disneyland and also some friends who live in Huntington Beach. It was a very convenient location between the two, right at the junction of several major highways. The front desk staff were very helpful!! The complimentary breakfast was good. I L-O-V-E-D the space in the suites. I was exhaused upon arrival and was able to shut the bedroom doors and go to sleep while the others in my party were able to stay up, relax and watch TV. Perfect for us!

Excellent location, very clean and secure. I had a suite and the flat screen in the living room did not function. Could not get in touch with hotel staff to notify. by the time i checked out i forgot. not a big deal since we spent most of the time out of the room.

Second time at this hotel while visiting Chapman University. Hotel is a great bargain for the money. Wife and I slept in the bedroom and put the kid on the pull out couch. Great breakfast. All around very nice place to stay.
