"The perfect location & staff!"
I was impressed with the high end look of the Hyatt hotel. The staff was amazing, friendly, and so accommodating. I love the new skillet breakfast! This hotel is close to any restaurant you can think of. Several shopping malls are near by as well as the highway. I was amazed how comfortable the beds were. Even the pullout sofa! This location had free […] WiFi and I didn't have to call the front desk for a password. Just connection & go. "Hyatt Place"
We stayed here on a mini vacation for our family. The hotel and pool area was very clean. The staff was super friendly and answered any questions that we had. The breakfast that we had there was really good and there was a good variety. Great location and for the price it was a grand slam in my book. "Very, very pleased"
This hotel was awesome. The staff was very friendly and accomodating, and the room was GREAT. Wonderful amenities, comfortable, clean rooms, full service restaurant and bar...my only qualm was that it was a little farther away from the area I was trying to visit than I would have liked. But totally worth the 20 minutes of extra driving time.
"Hampton Inn Bryant"
Room was nice & clean. Area is great with many good restaurant choices nearby. We had two beds in our room & one was noisy when rolling over with a thumping spring sound; other one was fine. We had a huge room that was very nice with extra seating. Very spacious. If they replace one of the beds, the room would be perfect. Staff was very nice.

"great room for great price"
very nice room and great location - close to tons of restaurants and the price was amazing....and breakfast was included. The small pancakes were on the hard side though. My daughter loves pancakes so they were a bit disappointing. The rest of the breakfast was fine.

We have stayed in this area a couple of times and it is very convienent to Cincinatti Premier Outlet, King's Island, etc. being 30 min from them. For the price, location, and brand of the hotel, I would recommend this hotel. The suites are modern with living space, bed, with flat screen adjoining the rooms. The rooms were spacious with a large sitting area. The beds were only doubles instead of queens but overall we were extremely pleased. We used he pool several times and it was nice.

Very quiet. Nice room. Friendly folks. Convenient location with plenty of retail and restaurants nearby. Only negative was noisy fan in the bathroom. Probably more guests and less quiet at other times of the year.

"not a fan"
Stayed the night at this hotel, in october 2011, hotel was very clean and nice looking, however rooms were thin and made it very hard to sleep, could here water running in next room also doors opening and closing, breakfast was mainly cereal and bagels, also was very crowded, would not recomend this hotel.
"Great choice for a quick holiday trip"
Room was comfortable and clean, perfect size for a family of four. My kids loved the indoor pool, great specially in cold weather. Good location and plenty of restaurants around.

For the price, I've never been able to find anything better than Hyatt. Our room was clean and incredibly comfortable with a lot of nice little touches. Our stay at the Hyatt was very plesant. Although a few of your employees were aloof, their attitudes will not prevent me from staying at the hotel in the future. in contrast, during the day, and majority of the evenings our room were very comfortable, but we notice in the wee hours of the morning, it got a little warm.

"Hyatt Place - Northeast Cincinnati"
A/C was broke in room. Desk clerk could not get us in another room so offered us 5 free hot items for breakfast. Called that evening to ask about fans to place in our room and was advised they did not have any but we could go to Wal-Mart and pick some up for about $10.00, at this time we decided to check out. Thankfully Hotels.com set us up with a much […] nicer hotel (a little out of the way). I will definitely use hotels.com again but wil never stay at the Hyatt at this location again, which is to bad since we frequent this area several times throughout the year. My family of five stayed here on a trip to Kings Island. The rooms were spacious and the beds were really comfortable, however, upon our arrival we noticed that the floors were wet. My husband informed managment and they said floors had just been cleaned that day and that we could change rooms but when we checked that room the floors were also wet. […] . Hotel room was old, dirty and had a funny smell. Entire family make home with head lice. Call hotel waiting for reply. Will never stay at a Hyatt Place again.
"Bathrooms are cramped"
Very big rooms, like the layout. However, hate the bathroom layout. The sink and mirror are out side the bathroom in the sleeping area. And the rest of the bathroom is very cramped. Not to mention that the shower does not drain well at all!

Wow. We really enjoyed this hotel. It was clean. The service was great and it had a great vibe about it. The rooms were very nice and roomy. Good continental breakfast. Easy to find and quick trip to lots of great restaurants, shopping, and King's Island amusement park. I would absolutely stay here again.

We were a bit disappointed in this hotel. We ended up with a room with one bed and a pullout couch, not 2 beds. There was a very bright spotlight outside our window, and no blackout curtain. Our trip started off with 2 very sick kids in the car. We took a chance and was hoping that we could get an early check-in to "clean" the kids up. When we arrived..the desk clerk was so helpful and got us a room right away...it saved the day!!!

My 12 year old son and I came for a 3 night stay to visit Kings Island and the Cincinnati Zoo. We have stayed in other Hyatt Place Hotels and they have fulfilled our expectations as did this location. Check in was quick and friendly and the room was spacious and clean. In addition to the king-sized bed, our room had a sofa-bed, desk and a small sink […] and fridge as well as a large, flat screen TV. It was more of a suite than a standard hotel room. The location was very convenient, close to KI and situated amongst a large selection of restaurants. We especially enjoyed capping off our busy days with ice cream from Graeters right next to the hotel. Check-out was also a breeze using one of the automated kiosks by the front entrance. "Great Value"
The hotel was really nice. The amenities were great. The continental breakfast was well-stocked and had a good variety of foods. The rooms were really nice with king-sized beds and sleeper sofas, large flat screen TVs, wi-fi included, a mini-fridge and sink. I would definitely stay there again.

My husband and I stayed in this hotel for two nights and found it a great value. The only negative thing about the room is that the shower and toliet are in a seperate room which is VERY small. Also, online it says there is a DVD player in the room. This is only at select locations. The Mason location is not one of them. I also wish I had known that […] there are a lot of resurants, shopping and a movie theater located past the hotel. Keep driving straight past the hotel and you will find this! We also LOVED that there was a Graeters in the same parking lot as the hotel!! Overall it was a great value and we are likely to stay here again if staying in the area. Læs mere
