Hotellet er selvom det er beliggende tæt på en meget benyttet freeway, et meget roligt sted med en dejlig atmosfære. Personalet udviser en professionel, men enormt venlig opførsel, og yder en solid service ud over det forventede. Morgenmaden er et kapitel for sig med alt hvad der kan tænkes når der tales om en Continental breakfast. kvaliteten af alt er i topklasse og der er rigeligt af alt. Der er desuden stillet frisk frugt og aviser frem til fri afbenyttelse. Min ledsager og jeg fik oveni en hyggelig samtale med hotellets manager, der ikke gik af vejen for selv at rense bunden af poolen efter kraftig blæst, der havde revet mange blade ned over poolen. Værelset var yderst komfortabelt og indeholdt både køleskab, micro, kaffemaskine med bønner, strygejern og hårtørrer til fri afbenyttelse. Vejen til hotellet er vel skiltet, så det er nemt at finde. der er også mange forskellige kvalitetsrestauranter i umiddelbar nærhed af hotellet. Så en topkarakter fra mig og min ledsager for et super ophold. Hvis jeg igen får behov for overnatning i området vil jeg med sikkerhed vende tilbage. Hotellet fortjener virkelig sine stjerner. Jeg vidste intet om hotellet ved bookning, men valgte udelukkende pga den tilbudte morgenmad, som ikke findes på nærliggende hoteller. Men jeg vil vælge Best Western hoteller når jeg får behov i fremtiden og det er muligt.

Stort set alt var ok bortset fra, at vi ofte havde problemer med koldt vand, dvs. at pga det meget varme vejr i loebet af dagen var der ikke koldt vand i hanen.

It's an old hotel, but the service is excellent, wifi is free, and you can get coffee 24/7. I'll be back next time I'm in Ontario!

Store værelser med god plads til 5 personer, stor fladskærm, stor sofa. beliggenheden er perfekt i lille afstand til The Strip. Hotellet er rent og personalet er venlige. Morgenmaden er ok.

I love this hotel. Nice room with a separate "sitting room" with a couch, refrige, etc. Nice big flat screen TV. Nice big shower. We've stayed at quite a few of the local hotels and I like this one the best so far
"Hyatt hotel: convenient location, comfy room"
This was my first time staying at this hotel, and I was impressed. The staff were all very friendly and the room was comfy and clean. The bathroom was small, but adequate. Shower was a little strange too, but not unbearable. Bed and pillows were very nice, much better than expected. My only complaint was the noise and view from the room. It was near […] the freeway, and just not a wonderful thing to see out your window. Noise was not unbearable, just slightly annoying. The location was perfect for my trip. Close to the Citizens Business Bank Arena as well as Ontario Mills Mall. Lots of dining option close as well. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for a fair price and a pleasant experience. "Great service, great room"
I got into town pretty late and was beat from traveling but the reception help me forget how miserable I was. They were so helpful in getting me food and cheering me up. I actually ate at the hotel, their food was definitely reasonable priced. I loved the room, very functional and comfortable. The toilet didn't stop running but I fixed it myself.

We stay here a lot when we have to fly out of Ontario Airport. It is convient and they have a shuttle to drop you off at the airport.

We have stayed at this hotel three times already and every time, we had great service from the staff there. Friendly and professional. We will be going back again to the Pomona Fair next year (2012) and we will be staying at the Hyatt. Our friends that went with us were completely satisfied with the hotel.

"good but not great"
We liked the hotel...it was a good location for us visiting friends and family in So. Cal. There were only three things we dissatisfied with...1.breakfast was only carbs..no protein like eggs, etc. 2.our fridge didn't work and our food spoiled. 3.the room smelled like mold when we first arrived. The service staff were quick to fix the moldy smell with […] Febreze the other was not addressed. We had to purchase the protein breakfast for our diabetic daughter..the fridge never did work. This hotel was very clean and the people were extremelly helpful. The location was perfect if you want to shop at the mall.Breakfast which was included was plentyful and a good mixture of foods.

Staff was nice. Allowed us to check-in early. Dissapointment: description online said dvd player in room, when we asked for one they said they could not provide one. Other than that all was good.

This is our second time satying at a Hyatt Place. The first time was in Austin TX, in 2008. Just as then, we were completely satisfied with our Ontario, CA. stay. We will definately stay at another Hyatt Place on our next trip.

The complimentary breakfast was great - but crowded and not enough space to sit and have breakfast in the lounge. On the weekend - the breakfast area ran out of bowls, plates. The hotel overal is beautiful. Very modern and clean. However, an early check in wasn't possible. Good thing the mall is walking distance from the hotel. Well, I came back at 3:30pm to check in and the room wasn't available still. They wanted me to get a smaller room and no refund or discount given. Then, the computer system came down and it delay the […] check in even more. If it wasn't for the manager that came in to offer water, soda and the apolygies, then the service was going to be horrible. But the manager saved the date. The room was in excellent condition! Very clean as was the lobby and the staff was friendly! A little hard for us to find at first, and it was a little difficult to find an entry into the building other than the front entrance. It was near a HUGE mall and any food establishment you could dream of! Overall a GREAT experience!

I was traveling with my 2 young daughters and felt very safe at this hotel. The room was huge, clean, and had a great TV! It even had a couch and a "living room" area apart from the sleeping area. The room was nice and clean for the price. The pool however was not anything like the picture. In fact its an entirely different pool. The one in the picture looks amazing. The one at the actual hotel looks like one from a motel 6. And it was freezing cold. My boyfriend and I didnt even bother going into it. But the room was definitely exactly how shown […] online. "Better than its competitors!"
For this type of hotel, I would say that it is better than its competitors. It's clean, comfortable, not out-dated, has nice flat screen TVs, complimentary breakfast, other meals to buy, free wi-fi, heated pool, and close to places you can eat at this location. The lobby and eating areas a combined so it feels cramped but I suppose it would not be so […] bad on days that aren't busy. One thing I did not like is was that the bathroom sink is visible to the whole room and the whole sink/closet area is cramped. If guests are staying in room alone I suppose this would not be such an issue. The complimentary breakfast was basic and I wish it would offered more variety. Overall my experience was a good one. Hyatt Place is not a boutique hotel or 5-star but it's nice and does the job! I prefer it to other hotels in the same caliber. Læs mere
"needs serious improvement"
The couch felt like it was filled with styrofoam. Thougt I would get a rugburn just sitting on it. The open shower meant cold water sprays you as you turn it on, the shower had no door to close. The bathroom layout felt like the bed was in the same room, because half of the bathroom is in the same room.....and the worst was.....zero room service and […] the fact that they put a hold on my money and it's now been a week and they have not put it back on the card.....
