One of the chairs had a blood stain on it, their were food particles in the fold out bed, overall it was gross.

Hotel was unclean. First room they gave me door was kicked in and they bolted it shut. They should of known this prior to renting it. The second room they gave me was a smoking room. The hotel was being remodeled and was a complete mess. Pool was out of service, Filtration system was being repaired. (Talked to the repairman) . It looks as though the hotel was recently bought, and they were repairing years of neglect. Will be nice when completed. The parking lot was monitored by cameras, and a security car made a circuit randomly […] thru the area. Maid service was on request only. We stayed 4 days and had no complaints. We were 100yds from the highway and the noise was minimal. There were 3 vehicles being repaired by tenants, but there was no mess or trash around them. Parking lot was clean. My opinion is they will have a nice facility when they finish the repairs. I will stay there again this fall, and update my rating then. Will be a nice place and was not overpriced. Læs mere

It was horrible, we got woke up at three a.m. for room checks and weren't able to fall back to sleep. We went down to eat the contenetal breakfast and there wasn't anything left. I will never stay there again

NASTY! The sofa had large tears & smelled like animals,kitchen was filthy& had no pots, pans,The bed was broken & laying on the floor. We called the front desk but was told that there wasnt another room to be switched to.We had to sleep on top of the blankets because there were a lot of stains on the sheets. There was a prostitute near our room all […] night. And alot of noise which sounded like fighting. At 3:00am 3 men came beating on our door and tried to kick it in. They were saying "Security, open the door! Stop flushing the drugs" We were in fear, so I called the front desk & the rather rude lady said that it was security & we needed to open the door. They said they were looking for a drug dealer & because we had only paid for a one-night-stay that we were suspicious. They were insane beating on the door and terrifying me and my family. They apologized & went on to harrass other people. I told the desk clerk that we were very unhappy. He said "well we needed to get the drug dealers caught". Not great detective work there. Another female then came in the lobby and was shouting at the desk clerk about the same "security" but they had successfully broken into her room and went thru her personal belongings. DO NOT STAY HERE unless you like to sleep in filth, are looking for drugs and/or a prostitute or want to be harrassed my wanna-be cops at 3am!!! TOTAL DUMP!!!!! If I had not already pre-paid & I hadnt checked late after a long day on the road then at the horse show......I would have turned around & tried to find something else! The outside of the building wasnt too bad looking but the rooms (at least mine) were horrible! the room was nice, the bed however was a bit to hard for my taste. the employees were very nice and quite knowledgeable. my overall stay was quite nice and very relaxing. i would stay there again.

This hotel is completely disgusting. I travel and stay in hotels literally every weekend and this is probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Upon checking in, I was given a key and discovered that in spite of having booked a nonsmoking room, I was given a smoking room. When I inquired about being moved, they informed me that there were no nonsmoking […] rooms left and that there was nothing they could do for me. The shower curtain was barely hanging on to the shower, torn apart and broken. The stone stairs are falling apart and have been replaced with wooden planks in SOME locations. I was lucky there was two towels in the room because one of them STANK. The lampshades are stained, torn and falling apart. I frequently stay at Extended Stays because my experience with them has been clean and pleasant but this place is a complete dump and I'm shocked that it's still in business, let alone FULL. If you are just looking for a cheap place and don't care about much else, this would be fine. From the minute we checked in, there were issues. The computers at the desk weren't working, one of the people there was ignoring us, the first room they gave us was a storage room, the next one was on the third floor and the elevator was broken. Price was right but rough crowds around, police on site twice within 24 hours. No dishes, utensils in kitchenette and would not give us more than one washcloth or two towels for our family of three.

The condition of the building needed some work. The room was nice but the carpet was dirty. It got to 104 but the AC worked well and made always returning to the room very appealing. Overall it was a nice hotel.

The staff was nice but the room was terrible. Peeling paint, worn counters, no shower curtain in the bathroom.. hair dryer didnt work because there was no cord. Curtains didnt close all the way. All in all, a bad experience. Never staying there again or recommending it.

The pictures on this hotel are very deceiving. We reserved a non smoking room and they put us in a smoking handicapped room. After they put us in a different room, it still was horrible. It was just completely gross. And the bed was extremely hard. Absolutely never again!

The walls were falling apart and the bed could use maintenance work. The slightest move knocked it against the wall. There were scratches on the walls from pets and service was practically non-existent.

The room looked as if it had been broken in to. The molding around the door was busted and the door had almost no security. We had to prop a chair under the door while we slept. We are a young couple, with a good sense of humor, but we checked out early and went to the marriot extended stay. Much cleaner/nicer/safer.

The Location was ok. The pictures on the website made the rooms to look bigger than they actually are. Room was very small. There was very little toilet paper on the roll so we had to go to the front desk and get it. The "continental" breakfast wasn't so continental: a waffle with syrup, no butter or any other toppings, and coffee. Not much of a breakfast […] if you ask me. Partying all night long, door moldings brook from having doors kicked in, no safety latch, out side sealing falling down, only room service once in 4 days and my partner had no room service any days. When asking the front office, they couldn't get us towels but did give us toilet paper because both our rooms had none. Would not stay there again.

We were on a budget on this trip so the hotel suited us for that purpose. If budget was not an issue, I wouldn't stay here. The continental breakfast was only coffee and waffles, no water or juice or milk. The appliances were in need of replacement. The shower took a l o n g time to warm up. This hotel was in total disrepair. The rooms were not clean, there was a dirt smudge in the bottom of my shower, they didn't own enough towels or pillows to stock each room because apparently their clients steal them and they do not replace what is taken. There was paint pealing off of every surface on the outside of the hotel and they had taken such […] lousy care of their appliances that you could only use one of the burners on a four burner stove at a time. A friend and I went on a road trip and thought the pictures for Tulsa Extended Stay Inn and Suites looked ok and we thought we did not care that much. But when somewhere makes you feel that bad and dirty, we found that it does matter! We set our stuff down when we got in and laid on the bed and started talking and 2 seconds later I found a spider crawling […] on me! Really nothing was in very nice condition and everything just felt dirty. I almost did not even want to walk around barefoot. The shower looked disgusting so I was afraid to use that too! We really just were glad we only had one night there so we could just get ready in the morning and get out of there! It was close to a nightmare! I don't usually write reviews but this place needs lots of attention. We had 3 rooms and all were in bad shape. The mattresses were all sunk in. The rooms were dirty, the stairs were concrete and falling apart. The Extended Stay chain should really do an inspection at this location. They might just pull the franchise.

low priced for a reason. elevator broken. some steps on 3 floor walk up broken. heater/ac broken, stuck in ON position so it go super hot. Free continental breakfast is to be avoided unless you've just had all your shots updated. $ was our only consideration and we got what we paid for. definetely 1 star or less.

We stay'd here last weekend and would never even think to book here again. The room was a small kitchenett. The rooms are in bad shape ( Needs remodeled ) Small full sized bed that was well worn out and very very uncomfortable. The sink had noodles from a prior guest left in it. We had no hot water called front desk and they told us to turn on the tub […] and both sinks and we should have hot water in about 15 minutes ( they were right ). The 2 pillows smelled like smoke. There were no wash cloth's, They never cleaned the room or even brought clean towels for the next day. The workers really could care less. If your needing a room to rent for a hour or 2 this would be a good place to stay. Læs mere

This motel was filthy, floors were sticky, mold in the bathroom. We requested NOT to have housekeeping in fear our belongings may be stolen. People were outside drinking until all hours of the night. Children were running around and screaming late into the night. This seems to be a motel that has monthly rates. Pool was green. The structure was falling […] apart. The clerk couldn't even get up to greet us, when we told her we were checking out early she didn't bother to ask us why. Very poor customer service. After checking in after a long trip we discovered many things out of order. The night stand lamp didn't have a light bulb in it...and I noticed the trashcans had walmart bags for trashbags...overall quality I was disappointed in but for just sleeping was fine.

Howard Johnson was on your web site when I book a room. When I arrived the hotel must have been transfer to Tulsa extended stay and suites. The place looked run down and had the appearance undesired. The rooms were a nightmare and the service horrible. The pool outside resembled a swamp it was green and slimey.
