tja, det var virkelig et ringe hotel - passer nok til prise, men det var ikke som vi havde ventet. Poolen var uren og ulækker med hårspænder i vandet. Morgenmaden var cornflakes, kaffe og muffins. Den hotelkæde vil vi ikke anvende en anden gang.

We were very disappointed the outlet the fridgerator and the microwave was plugged into did not work the bathtub was chipped and not clean desk clerk was ride there were people Running all over and yelling all night the one of the blankets was ripped and full of holes it was a very bad experience also the pool and spa was not working

Out of the main town area which was good due to no traffic. It was a good nights stay overall despite the pool n Jacuzzi was closed. I asked for extra pillows which they brought promptly. No internet...this was for me the worst. I take classes online, train in the area and must maintain contact with work through emails for assistance. Had absoultely no access to internet. It advertises internet, yet none in the room, not even the lobby area. Every time I stayed there room would lock me out on second day, having to go down to the desk […] every day to be rekeyed is frustrating, especially after working and coming in late. The hotel was satisfactory but the management failed to keep an eye on what was going on in the place. We had a neighboring room where they went in and out of the room via the window and doing who knows what in the parking lot. They apparently didn't care what was going on in their security camera if they were even turned on.

Great room with amenities that were not mentioned on the site. It was a pleasant surprise to have a refrigerator and small kitchen. It was perfect since we do not travel much, and helped save money.

I left my cell phone in the room and realized this a couple of hours after checking out. The hotel took over 24 hours to "find" my cell phone. They then charged me $69 to overnight my phone back to me. I gave them my credit card to ship it and they didn't tell me how much they would charge but then charged me $69 through UPS. We've been through Gallup many times crossing the country each winter, and this is absolutely the best place to stay, simply due to its distance from the train tracks. If you've stayed in Gallup you know the tracks run right through the heart of town and trains can be heard through the night. The Travelodge is a bit further removed. The hotel was ok for an affordable price. It needs a little renovation. The room was clean and comfortable. I would stay here again. The service was excellent! I got there to check in a little after 7 pm and no hassle. Just had to sign an already printed registration and got my key! I would stay here again on my next trip!

Lousy, impersonal check-in, disgusting in-door pool with green slime and bubbles in it, room dirty with many stains on carpet and bathroom not clean. Very limited breakfast. Not close to anything. Wouldn't stay again

I wasn't happy about not having internet. I use the hotel often and keep hoping they will get internet since they do advertise it. You can go to the main lobby and be able to log in, but if you're on business, who wants to get dressed and go to the main lobby everytime you need to log on?

We were overall satisfied, it was a good experience. Unfortunately the pool was under repair, but we arrived too late to use it. We found dog hair on one bed, one room was a bit less sterol compared to the other room in regards to smells; we rented two rooms.

The breakfast was two kinds of cereal and toast. The coffee cups were tiny. Had to go out a buy breakfast. I tavel often and have never had such bad breakdast at a hotel. The hot tub jets are all up at the top of the water so they do nothing. The hotel had a cheep price. The room was good.

First room was dreadful, second room OK. No screens on windows, leftovers in the fridge, wifi only in part of the building. Pool closed in the summer, scum floating on it. Breakfast-Not really! Generally run down. Ratty bedding and flat pillows.

Should have expected what we got at that price. The young man at the front desk was very polite and helpful however the place was not clean. Looked like they just straightened up after the last guests. In passing through Gallup on the way home, we did not even consider staying here. It's not too fancy, but you get what you pay for. It satisfied us for what we needed it for - being one night while we were undertaking our road trip. Places for dinner were within driving distance. Five miles from town. Can see all sights within a five minute drive. Hotel staff is always courteous and polite, friendly, wlling to help in any way they can. They really try to accomodate. My only complaint would be no internet service in any of the back rooms, however, you can go to hotel lobby for free internet access. During our drive from California to Texas we needed a hotel that was rounghly the 1/2 way point in our journey. The room was clean, bed was comfy & firm - we loved it!! The pool was closed - but we weren't there to swim. The breakfast in the morning was not very inviting but we did show up towards the end of the time period & most stuff was gone. Hotel […] was in a good location just off Highway 40. Had parking for larger cars towing uhauls/trailers. People complained in other reviews about the train wistle/noise. We never heard a train - not during the day or at night. You're about 5-7 miles from Safeway and many food options. Yes there are better hotels to stay at in "better" areas - but you will spend a lot more. This hotel is nothing more than just a place to put your head for the night to recharge - get a good shower & get back on the road. So if you are looking for more, than this is not the hotel for you. We weren't able to enjoy the pool this time, but the staff and accommodations were wonderful. Our next biggest prequest would be to acquire better wifi connection. This is something several of our family use a lot, and it was disappointingly spotty and unreliable.
