was simple to get to, was a beautiful entryway and the the room was very welcoming.....appreciate the extra cleaning on bed linens...EVERYTHING WAS VERY FRESH AND CONFORTABLE...HAD A GOOD NITES REST....breakfast was a little disappointing....but the added touch of a TO GO BAG....WAS A GREAT IDEA...EXCEPT MY APPLE WAS ROTTED... bed was mediocre comfortable...jacuzzi tub in room means u get no wall but closet doors between the bathroom and your bed....breakfast mediocre....fitness facility may as well not exist...1 really beat up treadmill and difficult to operate or run on without whole thing wobbling....the elliptical was impossible to figure out how to use...no cleaning […] wipes to wipe down equipment..an exercise bike and few free wts and ball...the heat didn't work in our room either Læs mere

Room # 1, the toilet did not flush properly and water was dripping form the bathroom ceiling lamp... That is right! The lamp was dripping water! Maybe they had not corrected a leak on the floor above. No wonder the light did not even turn on! As a result of this, I was moved to another much-nicer room. Thank you! Room # 2 - The corner behind the toilet […] was always wet because the plumbing behind toilet was leaking. I think they need a new plumber. Other than that, the stay was pleasant. I often chose Hamptom because they usually surpass what others offer for the same money. That is why I keep coming back. This time I was a little dissapointed. Hamptom always has a very nice hot breakfast buffet, but this buffet was "cold". They placed the hot items in a nice chaffer, but did not light the heating fuel so the eggs were ice cold. Once we were able to find the Hotel. We had a great time. They also had a great breakfast. I have to watch my sugar and the hotel had sugar free Jelly for my toast. We loved where we stayed and if we go back to Ohio, that is where we will stay again.

Close proximity to the Cleveland Clinic without having to pay the price of downtown hotels! Great deal! Room was clean. Bed was comfortable and bedding clean. Full breakfast buffet in the morning with a packed "breakfast to go" bag was definitely an added bonus!!

Comfy Beds and helpful staff. One nice surprise was the better than average free breakfast. Instead of the typical cereal and donut fare they had hot foods, waffles, and other warm items. Also a short drive to the cleveland clinic's main campus.

This was my first stay in a Hampton Inn, and I assure you it will not be my last. The motel was clean, the workers were very friendly and the breakfast that was served was worth eating. We were close to the site for the wedding and close enough to downtown Cleveland to enjoy some of the sights. Was a good experience.

very nice place to stay guests taken care of very well front desk staff very accomadating caution i was stayingwith my son from cincinnatti his car was damaged in the parking lot (hit and run) to my surprise the were no security cameras in the parking lot area that might have been helpful in idenitifing the hit and run rascal. come on security cameras […] are everywhere today Læs mere

Check in was extremely slow although 4 people at desk. More concerned about telephone issues. Happy hour very limited although server good. Breakfast ok. Room great. Loved it. Check was quick and easy.

Stayed here for 4 nights. I can't compliment the staff enough. They were so helpful. And nice...couldn't find better staff. unfortunately the rooms are in dire need of renovation. Felt like circa 1980. I stayed in a Hampton Inn recently in Indiana PA and it was beautiful. No comparison. I would only recommend this hotel after they renovated it.

My only issue was that the older man who was in the office behind the reservation desk was very rude to the staff in front of me when I checked in and a couple of other times during my stay. I realize he has a business to run but he should never speak to the staff in the manner he did, in front of guests. That's rude and disrespectful and its very degrading […] to the staff. I hope this man rectifies his behaviour. Otherwise, all other staff were fantastic and very friendly. We were there to visit attractions in Cleveland and it was close to major roads so it only took about 10 mins to get to most attractions. Free parking and free breakfast was great. Restaurants nearby are ok. Room and elevator smelled very toxic. Must be the cleaner that's used. Smell gave me a headache. Læs mere

Staff was very nice. Wine and cheese and desserts were nice every day from 5-7 and breakfast was good. Very close to downtown where we ran the marathon. In and out was a breeze. Plenty of places to eat and shopping close by. I would stay here again.

no surprises here nice clean rooms with big beds. The showers had excellent water pressure and the shower heads where placed high enough for tall people!
