Et fantastisk godt hotel til en meget rimelig pris. Stort værelse, godt udstyret, god betjening i receptionen og få minutters gang fra Operaen, Kursalon, Musikverein, Kärntner Strasse (gågaden). Meget bedre kan det ikke blive.

great hotel, boutique and classy. Breakfast not included which was the only disappointment, otherwise a great place to stay in central Vienna.

Room was enormous. Very modern with open closets which provided tons of space, desk, seating area. Fabulous steam room and sauna on top floor with lots of light. All included in room price. Location across from Opera House and main pedestrian street. Lovely service. Fabulous.

The price is right, the location is perfect, the rooms and hotel is updated, clean and extremely comfortable. For the price, this is a great deal for staying in Vienna.

Great hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Breakfasts not includedin their standard rates but that wasn't a problem as we ventured to different cafes each morning. Try Diglas which is a charming Austrian cafe steeped in history. Hotel restaurant was excellent with beautifully presented food for an evening meal although the wine list was a litte on […] the pricey side. Brilliant gym with well maintained equipment. Can't say enough good things about our stay at this hotel over Christmas 2012. Hotel staff was friendly, efficient and responsive to our every request. The rooms are very comfortable and nicely appointed. We will definitely stay at this hotel our next trip to Vienna.

Very good hotel, beautiful rooms. Everything very clean. One complaint was that the room was not ready when we arrived. However, we arrived at about 10am on a Friday morning during holiday season. Our room was ready by about 1pm. I would certainly recommend this hotel.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, excellent location for sightseeing and shopping. A very good choice for a long weekend in Vienna. My only gripe would be thata the public aresa were over heated and the air conditioning in the room defaulted to 23.5 deg C which was too warm for a comfortable night sleep.Also the Nespress machine in our room did […] not work so no morning coffee for us. A kettle and tea would have been a welcome addition to the room facilities. Læs mere

This is a lovely hotel in a fantastic location. It was very easy to walk to all the main attractions, sights and restaurants. The bar was very nice at the end of a day of sightseeing. The cocktails were fab. The room was nice and comfortable. A bit limited on the tea and coffee though. The coffee supplied though was lovely. Spa was ok. Disappointing […] that there was no pool. Staff were friendly and approachable. A nice welcome and a credit to the hotel. Signage looks a bit cheap and does not reflect the quality of the hotel. Læs mere

Really great location, elegant room and friendly staff. Only let down was a very fussy and expensive meal in the restaurant which took forever to be served. Bar was nice though.

If I walked in to the Ring hotel looking for a place to stay in Vienna I would have turned around and walked out immediately after seeing the hideous lobby. However I had prepaid reservations and was stuck there. Thankfully the rooms are nothing like the drab ugly lobby with its mangy brown shag carpet, fake dusty flowers, odds and ends furniture, silly […] little animals on a case and lamps from the thrift shop. Well located and friendly service and would have been a deal had breakfast been included. We would stay again but do not know how to compare with the traditional great hotels such as sacher and imperial which we also were considering

Extremely good location. The hotel lobby and rooms are a bit small but nevertheless offer full restaurant and bar services. The hotel staff couldn't be more pleasing and accommodating. The location of the Hotel is still one of its best features.

We were on the seventh floor with slanted ceilings. With windows that had a nice view. The room was very spacious clean and very euro chic. It's location was convenient I would definitely recommend others to go there and I would go back. Beds were extremely comfortable and the amenities were nice

The hotel was top-rate with wonderful staff. A financial matter was resolved very quickly in our favor (based on emails I had). The only negative was the mostly very old movies (The Godfather, etc.) available in the room for 18 euros each!!! C'mon! Our room was lovely, updated, and spotlessly clean. We had a separate room for tub, shower and sink, and another for bidet and toilet. We also had a Nespresso machine. It was located in a fabulous part of Vienna near the Opera house and many fascinating museums, cafes and shops. A great place to stay!

We had a delightful, 5-day stay at The Ring Hotel. The hotel was everything that we expected, and a bit more. It gave us: a great location; a clean and very comfortable room; boutique size; friendly, competent, client-focused staff; nice amenities; and a pleasant restaurant. We'd stay there again in a heartbeat.

A very well-located hotel. beds are very comfortable and cosmopolitan suites are very well appointed and well laid out. There is a good gym. Suites are very quiet.

We loved the hotel, the location and the excellent service. The only bit challenging issue was the bathroom. The sink area for the king bed room was very limited, so you had to be juggling around to place things, space was tight (for the shower area only, had spacious separate toilet room).. On the other hand, my kids had a double bedroom and had double […] sinks with a bit more space. The free wi-fi was a super plus. Everything else was great, rooms were comfortable and clean. A great hotel in an excellent part of town. If this is your first visit to Vienna, and are interested in taking in the sights of the ciy, The Ring is an ideal hotel. It is a 2-minute walk to the pedestrian-only area full of amazing shopping, nice restaurants, and plenty of sightseeing attractions. We were ask to wait in the lobby as the room was not ready as we tried to check in at 6.30 pm in the evening. On the other hand, a late check-out at 1.30 pm was refused by the staff. Staff was very unfriendly. Room is just average. Therefor the hotel can not be recommended.

The Ring Hotel is in a fantastic location for those who want to see the sights of Vienna. Most everything is within walking distance...and you are just around the corner from the Musikverin should you want to take in a concert (which we did!). My only complaint would be that our original room did not have the king-sized bed that had been advertised. […] When we complained to the front desk, they upgraded us to a suite (as no regular king rooms were available). This is an efficient and comfortable hotel situated on The Ring about 200 metres from the Opera House and a km from the Hofburg complex (including the Spanish Riding School). The room was very comfortable and was serviced twice a day, so the Nespresso machine was kept supplied with capsules sufficient for most coffee drinkers. We didn't try the food […] but the restaurant did have a decent menu which seemed to attract custom - we used the Illy caffé across the road for breakfast (which meant we tea drinkers could get a daily fix) and various traditional cafes and bistros for the other meals (the street food is pretty good as well). Nothing was very far away and the trams and U-bahn were just a step away from the front door for travels further afield. Comfortable room but very exploitative hotel in terms of drinks or TV entertainment. A bottle of water was 6 euors and to watch a normal TV documentary was 18 euros !!! Very poor.

The Ring was a phenominal hotel, my new favorite European hotel, possibly global favorite. Friendly staff, clean rooms, great concierge, huge rooms, personal service, large bathroom. Everything was top notch. Other great smal touches include fresh flowers in the room, chocolates on the bed every night, rain-forest shower, AND a UK and US plug at the […] desk along with five or six Euro plugs. My only complaint would be the small gym, but it has one of each cardio machine and was stocked with unlimited free bottled water and fruit, so even my only negative has a positive. Læs mere

My girlfriend and I spent two nights there right after Christmas and really enjoyed the hotel. We stayed on the 6th floor the first night and loved the room but it was lacking a bathtub so they switched us down to the first floor for the second night. This room was just as good but the 6th floor has vaulted ceilings and cool windows which make the room […] seem bigger. The first floor room did have a better view. The bed was comfortable and the linens are soft. The hotel and room were very clean. The location is great and everything you would want to see and do is within easy walking distance. There are tram stations 100 feet away and the subway is near s well. Hotel valet parking was 26e per day, not bad for Vienna and at least 10e cheaper than most hotels in the area. The front desk was very helpful and wanted to make sure everything we needed was taken care of. We didn't get a chance to eat at the restaurant but it looked good and always seemed to have people there at all hours, a good sign for a restaurant. The bar allows smoking inside, which for the remaining few of us is a nice touch to avoid the winters' chill. I will stay here again when I return to Vienna. Læs mere

Excellent hotel in the center of town... All destinations in the historic town are walking distance. Staff is good. Breakfast offers healthy choices. All in all, I can recommend this hotel.

This hotel was in a perfect location for exploring Vienna. As the title suggests, this hotel is luxury but with a very relaxed feel. We couldn't fault anything. The service was great - the room very comfortable with everything we needed and more. A great choice if you want to explore the city.

Can't wait to go back. Restaraunt is gourmet. It's really good food (though a little different selection), and the presentation is second to none. All the staff is very friendly and helpful. Just couldn't fault it in terms of quality and service. The room (almost an apartment!) was fantastic; very modern, chic and perfect for a romantic weekend away. Obviously food and drinks are really expensive there but there are cheaper places within a minutes walk although bear in mind hat Vienna is prety pricey all round.
