The trolley that was supposed to take us to and from the game at Rangers Park never seemed to arrive on time. We ended up paying for taxis. The staff was very polite and efficient and helpful.

My husband and I stay at the Fairfield Mariott on Lamar Blvd in Arlington every time we are there. It is a perfect location to the ballpark, Six Flags and numerous other places. We are very satisfied with our stay and the friendliness of the staff.

We took our 2 children to Six Flags for a mini-vacation for Spring Break and were delighted to find such a great deal! The hotel was very convenient and the staff was incredible. We were on the 3rd floor, in room 304 so it was one of the newly renovated rooms. The room was nice overall, however the cooling system was noisy and there was quite a bit […] of road noise when the AC went off. I ended up turning the fan on in order to drown out the street noise. The floor in the bathroom was a little dirty, but nothing terribly off-putting. Other than that, the only other issues we had were the TV reception wasn't great on some of the channels and I never could get my wireless to connect to the wi-fi. The free breakfast offered more than just cereal, which was a nice start. In addition, the free trolley to the park was a definite perk. We will look here first if we do another overnight in Arlington, it is a great value! Læs mere

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times even though I have had a choice. The hotel is nice, clean, and has a nice breakfast, but the big seller is the staff! They are the BEST! I travel frequently and when I'm in the Arlington area I stay at the Arlington Six Flags Fairfield Inn.

There is a renovation currently underway but did not interfere with my stay. The hotel was very convenient to where I needed to go.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The hotel was having some done, but did not interfere with the quality and comfort of the room.

I stay about 100 nights a year in hotels and this one was great for a business trip or trip to 6 Flags or surrounding attractions. It has a great location, rooms were very clean and the staff helpful. Only bad issue i had was no covered pull-through for loading and unloading in the rain which isn't an issue 99% of the time in Texas but it was the day […] i was leaving. The price was great too especial y compared to similar hotels in the immediate area. Læs mere

Comfortable spacious room, friendly staff, good breakfast, However, the refrigerator still had a food takeout box from the previous quest, and an empty Gatorade bottle on floor behind chair

This is by far one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The hotel staff were very nice and made sure we were comfortable in our room. We even got a courtesy call to our room after checking in to make sure we were satisfied with our room. The continental breakfast was well stocked and food was fresh. Hotel staff was very friendly, stayed for a football game - dont recommend the walk to the game. It appeared to be close to stadium but it was not unless you are in shape. Other then that everything was great.

we were attending a cowboys game so we needed to find a place close at a great rate on a holiday weekend. great location to cowboy stadium to take a cab, a great place to eat across the street, the staff was really nice and helpful. i recommend this hotel for a short stay

very nice hotel staff very good , was there for cowboy giant game very close to stadium had the hotel drive us over and had a short walk back to the hotel. great place for drinks accross the street or order in your choice. cant beat the price...def comming back thanx ..

Stayed here for the Cowboys game on Thanksgiving and the experience couldn't have been nicer. The staff was great, breakfast was really good and the room was comfortable. I spent time in the workout area, it was very clean and the machines were well maintained. I would definitely stay here again!

Front Desk attendant was very nice and helpful. Many great places to eat within walking distance. Room was comfortable. I'd stay again.

The best part is the comfortable king bed that the Mariott hotels offer. The hotel was nearly empty mid-week, so I got great service. I enjoyed my dinner down the street at Saltgrass Steakhouse. Overall, the breakfast cereal was stale, so I'd recommend going for the packaged food, fresh fruit or yogurt.

I stay in a lot of hotels, but have never taken the time to write a review. The price and the rooms were good, but the staff was exceptional. My family had three rooms for three nights. We interacted with five or six of the staff. I don't know who trained them, but I do know that they were successful. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was quiet and well kept. Plenty of restaurants and shopping within the immediate area.

This was no where near it said on the map so the driving was ridiculous. But it was clean and secure. Breakfast was adequate. Parking was scarce. Staff was courteous, friendly, and very helpful. Needed to be renovated. Would recommend.

I live in Michigan and I stay at this hotel every visit. Everyone is so nice and is willing to be helpfull. I also asked the manager Andrew if they do weekly stays because my husband and I have plans of moving and will need a place to stay before we find a rental place. We like the area,the Hotel and also the room was very clean how ever the matress was way to soft and also the pillows. we would used it again for our convinienece since it is closed to the areas we were working,also we like the rates and it would be nice to have fresh fruit for breakfast

Great location with shuttle to Ballpark in Arlington. Only minor issue, only enough coffee for 1 cup reg and 1 cup decaf between two guests. No one at desk when I noticed this so went to lobby for more coffee. Stayed last yr and this and will again when Rangers in ALCS and World Series for 3rd consecutive years!!!

Do not stay here, it is not a real Marriott. The first room they put us in had a wet floor from them cleaning it and smelled like a locker room. The second room we were moved to was infested with ants and had a dead lizard on the bathroom floor. The faucet was broke and only let out scalding hot water. The TV had to be replaced by maintenance because […] it turned on randomly in the middle of the night. I emailed the manager and he admitted that the hotel was sub standard and would be better after renovations. They should disclose the bug infestation before anyone stays here and has them crawling on them at night. Terrible, unsanitary conditions. Læs mere

This was one of the best beds I have ever pent the night on. I wanted to pack it in the car and bring it home.

We arrived late and there was only 1 cookie left, so the girl who checked us in (can't remember her name) said she would be happy to make another batch, which she did and then called us when they were ready! And the next morning the breakfast muffins were excellent!

The best thing was that the room was cooled off when we walked in the door! The A/C was on high and felt great! Front desk personnel were very friendly and the room was very clean. No extras and nothing fancy, but very comfortable, clean, friendly, and convenient! Plan to return there next trip to Arlington!

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Nice shower. Enjoyed our stay. Only negative was that there was not much countertop space around the sink.

Location was awesome. Close to everything we needed. The hotel was in the middle of doing upgrades so I don't feel like I can give a fair review. Our room had a odor to it. And the newest thing in the room was the tv. But like I said they were upgrading the hotel.

The "ladys" at the front desk go way out of there way to get you checked in and that your room is ready when you check in early. The room was very clean and orderly, everything worked and I had no problems.Wii Fii very good. I just had a wonderful stay. Great Place will be back in Nov.2011.

Stayed here for A&M football game at cowboys stadium. Very pleased. After reading some reviews I was worried but after staying here I was very pleased! Will definitely stay here again!

This was a nice hotel and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Our family was in Dallas for a funeral and the hotel staff made our rooms available for early check in so that we could change before going to the funeral. Will definitely stay here during our future trips to the Dallas area.

Great place.. A bit mis-informed though We were heading to the game and the Hotel staff told us we could take our ice box (it was not styrofoam- Coleman.They saw the Ice box and said it was O.K). We took the shuttle to the Rangers game( very convienent) and when we got to the entrance of the stadium Security took our icebox and all the drinks away. […] They would not return our icebox because it was not styrofoam and cans are not allowed.The hotel staff said they were, The kids really were upset and we lost a very nice Coleman Icebox. If we had our car at the time we could have put the Icebox in the car before the game. That put a Big Damper on the weekend. Læs mere

We appreciate the good attitude of the staff at the hotel. It helps make traveling all worthwhile.

We arrived really early, but Samantha found us a room and allowed us to check in. The hotel was nice and clean and it was in a safe area. The walkable restaurants are mostly for dinner; however, there is a 24 hour steak and shake one block down. You can make your beer runs to the Gas Station or to the bars across the street. Diedra was more than helpful […] with the transportation needs to and from the game. The breakfast in the morning is good and filling. Just what you need til lunch. If you are staying a night or two for a game, I WOULD NOT RENT A CAR! Parking starts at $50 and goes as high as $120. The more you pay, the closer that you get. The stadium is not very good with getting the traffic out after your event. Your taxi service is about $6 per person. So let the hotel staff call a car for you. It is much easier and less stressful.
