Hotel employee at front desk was very helpful and kind. The housekeeping straightened bed and bathroom on Sat afternoon while we were gone. That was done nicely.Carpeting through out hotel, especially hallway, was very dirty. Counter of sink in our room was dirty.

The hotel was quite good- the rooms were well organized and the beds were very comfortable. they were very busy and fully committed and thankfully we were able to stay one additional night because of their management.

Had no complaints other than their complimentary breakfast offered very few choices but luckily Burger King and two gas stations are within short walking distance. Tub and shower stall were large and roomy and had great water pressure along with plenty of hot water as well, even when they were booked full and had no vacancy. We were comfortable, although there could be some repairs done to the facility . . . needed to have alarm clock replaced - didn't work at all. Window screens were damaged. Otherwise, the room was comforable for a single night's stay.

Our room was very well kept up and clean. However, the entry and hallway carpets looked very nasty. I'm assuming the rooms have newer carpet. Also, I did not appreaciate the hotel staff smoking outside the front door. I had to walk my three grandchildren through their smoke....nasty.

Close to area attractions. Room not vaccumed, wash cloth left on shower curtin. For the price was a Good Value. If payed what they charge during the RALLY would have complained

They took out the hot tub a number of years ago, but still advertise they have one. The continental breakfast had very few choices. The entire hotel smelled like cigarette smoke.

The online map of the hotel location was incorrect but our GPS was right on. It is located just one block from access to the I90 highway. There is a gas station next door on one side and a fast food outlet on the other. Lazelle St. conveniently leads right down town to eating establishments. A comfortable stay at a good rate.

My biggest frustration is the lack of parking. Otherwise it was quality for the price we paid.

We were very pleased with the personal ,as well as the accomadations. Only one suggestion--a rubber mat in the shower, so as us elder people with problems won't slip and some kind of handle to hold on while getting in and out of the shower.

They did not vacuum our room or offer clean sheets during our 5 night stay. If you wanted to use the hot tub you had to ask at the front desk for someone to uncover it. The water was lukewarm We were very dissappointed because we have stayed at a Days Inn in the past.
