Anmeldt af en Hotels.com-gæst d. 14. jan 2013My boyfriend was arriving for his first visit to Guatemala and I had spent 1 night at Las Marias before and knew this was the best place to be for a romantic and peaceful time. The place is wonderful, clean, with sweet and very helpful staff. It is wonderful to have this oasis to return to, after a day of sights and sounds and all the impressions from sightseeing. We didn't have a car, but if you do this must be a top choice because it is a gated street and there is parking right outside the hotel!

"Good Business hotel"
The hotel was plder. However during my stay a lot of updating was going on. The food in the restaurant and bar was good. The people were very nice and spoke good English. The location is very good. We felt very comfortable, safe, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. However, since I am fearful of heights, having only glass walls on one side of the room was scary when children are playing rough (wrestling). "Good place to stay when in Guatemala City"
Great shuttle service, driver gave good advice. Desk staff was very helpful. Hotel carpet in hallways should be replaced. Room was in good condition, but showing it's age. Immedite neighborhood was relatively safe, and I saw armed security at many establishments, but it is dangerous to walk to other zones of the city. It's my first time to Guatemala from the UK and I didn't fully know what to expect. I can say this is a very nice hotel in a safe and walkable modern neighborhood. the hotel was perfectly fine with very helpful staff and very clean rooms. I also enjoyed use of the rooftop gym. My only gripe is that the hotel needs updating and modernizing. We generally stay with family in zones 7 or 14, but this time opted to find a central location as a base for our visits. We were very pleased with the Radisson. Carpet had spots. Smelly and dusty walls. I made a call to Expedia tryin andg to correct a booking error using telephone in the roomm and the bill came in at a whooping $115 for a 1 5 minute tollfree call. Booked on this website for panoramic view but did not get this. Floor to ceiling view yes but price and picture detailed room with corner window. "Business for two nights"
Although the hotel is 16 years old, it is very well kept. Maybe the bathroom is not modern but it has security to go to the rooms. These are quite ample with a fridge, coffee maker and microwave. I was told by the employees that the hotel was recently remodelled and the carpets changed. The rooms are big, and for the smokers I was told that the top floor (18th) is for smokers(no carperts on the floor). We stayed 10 days at the Radison Hotel in Zona Viva in Guatemala City, and we had a wonderful experience, the hotel is located within walking distance to very good quality restaurants and stores. "Great business hotel"

Hi, I was very please with everything. It is a very good choice. It is in a very safe area, close to the airport and also to the historical downtown. "Great but may need better maintenance."
It may need some major upgrades, the elevators seem old (but fast), we had to change rooms because of and odd alarm-like sound nobody could tell where came from, and in the morning on the next room we had a big water leak from the roof. "No Wifi In Room"

"Very good hotel but keeps something's old"
This hotel is great, nevertheless some things are old, like the bathroom. The towels are very old too. From the cleaning point of view, again the bathroom, it is "clean" generally speaking but you can see black spots in the bath corners, which normal because of the humidity, but for a hotel of this category is not acceptable. There is no minibar, […] so if the guest wants some cookie or chips it has to go out, and if that happens at night it is difficult because Guatemala Cyty is quite dangerous.
