Boede her 4 dage ved slut rundrejse. Meget støj fra vejene omkring hotellet. kedeligt område med diverse hospitaler og andre store bygninger. Hyggelig pool område. Fin morgenmad. God service. Vil prøve et andet Holiday Inn E. ved næste tur til Miami.

Venlig betjening. Godt værelse. Rigtig fint motel til et par enkelte overnatninger. Ligger ca. en 30-40 min kørsel fra Miami Beach. Så et godt stykke ude fra byen. Det ligger dog tæt ved motorvej så rigtig nemt sted at køre ud fra hvis man vil andre steder hen end Miami.

Husband and I stayed here for Wrestlemania, which was very close the Sun LIfe Stadium. Staff was great. Suite was more than we expected, very reasonably priced.

I was very satisfied with the hotel, clean,personnel were friendly and helpful. however the mattres was lumpy and not comfortable. i had made my reservation early but i was put in a handicap accessible room being tall in the bathroom everything was too low.

Very friendly staff. Very nice clean hotel. I was there for 3 days and had a rental car so not having places close by was not a big deal. The only complaint that I had was that the internet service was down for most of my stay.

Room clean, bed comfortable, breakfast ample. A bit out of the way, in a below average neighborhood, but it's quiet and I felt safe there..

I like to stay in this hotel in Hialeah, becaude it is close into the shopping area.

Room was clean, two separate rooms with TV's in both Service was great No restaurant nearby Room internet was nonexistant No loungers around pool, but it was clean Big issue was the pool was surrounded by transpor truckst the three days we were there and had the refrigeration units running all the time. Free hot breakfast was very good.

Holiday inn hotel was really great !! nice and clean room and hotel, great breakfast. nice pool, and great location with many of stores/ shops next to this location

It´s a perfect place if you just want to rest a while! If you are looking for more this is not the place!!

I have ben staying at this same hotel once a month for the past 2 years and was appalled for the first time since going there. They thought they were doing me a favor by upgrading me to a jacuzzi suite at no extra cost. Instead I found that the sink in the bathroom had poor flow, the jacuzzi bathtub had not been cleaned properly and the hook on the […] inside of the bathroom door was broken so there was nowhere to hang my bathrobe. When I pointed all these things to the desk staff, I could tell from her attitude that nothing was going to be done about it. She appeared to not care ans wrote my complaints on a torn piece of paper which I know will be lost in the next few minutes. For the first time in 2 years, I'm considering looking elsewhere for my next stay. Læs mere

This was an exceptional hotel. Nice clean rooms. The front desk and other staff were extremely friendly. Jameson was especially helpful and went the extra mile in getting us directions to the stadium while avoiding traffic. Plenty of local restaurants to choose from. Mall nearby. The customer service was amazing.

I reserve for 5 night, but I only stayed for one. I spend the other 4 night at the marriott (5 minutes drive) for the same price. The breakfast wasn't good. Don't stay in this hotel.

Friendly staff, quiet rooms even though close to the Palmetto Expressway, good hot breakfast. Only complaint, WiFi service in the room ocassionally went down due to low signal strength. The service and its proximity to the expressway makes it my preferred choice for trips to Miami.

The hotel is good but in an unnice neighborhood. Perfect if you need to stay on your way somewhere. Nice staff and great breakfast, much for the money!

I had training classes and it was right there, so work out great

All i have to say is this is Grrreeeaaaatttt Hotel the customer service was great. The room was clean and comfortable. And most of all the bed was so comfortable i felt like i was home. Thanks for a wonderful night .

3rd time staying here. Convenient location, great value, clean, comfortable. Friendly staff. Jameson does a great job on front desk.

Hard to find places to eat around the hotel. Nothing within walking distance, then only BK and TB when driving around. The hotel room floor had several irregular bumps which they just carpeted over; quite strange. Shower had very little water pressure. Breakfast was fine though.

This is a great hotel at a reasonable price. It was clean, comfortable and the staff was helpful. The hotel is situated near Westland Mall, Home Depo, Walmart, etc. There was a pool, gym, free internet access and free breakfast. It was a steal of a deal and I would definitely stay there again!

I stay at this hotel regualarly and always find it convenient, with great breakfast and very friendly staff. Due to a longer than usual stay this trip, I was influenced by price to choose another hotel in the area. I checked out after one night and checked into this hotel.

My stay was very pleasant. However, if you happen to receive a menu from "Uno Pizzeria", THROW IT AWAY!!!!!! It's not a real business. If you notice, there's no address on the menu. After speaking with the hotel manager (Owen), we were informed that there is a group of people that sneak into the hotel & slide menus under the guest room doors. The pizza […] is not eatable. The soda cans were covered in dirt. The phone number is a "cell" phone. When I called to complain, after about 20 minutes, the man that answered the phone said he would come back & give us our money back. No one ever came. The hotel manager (Owen) was kind enough to reimburse our money (minus the tip). For this we are grateful. However, what started to be a very pleasant stay, ended on a very sour note. Warning!!! I was surprised to see the size of the room, I was expecting it to be two separate rooms from the picture on the website. It was a little disappointing a first, knowing I had to stay there with three children for five days, but it grew on me. The room was very clean, the staff was very helpful, the breakfast was good. Not bad in cheaper money. a dirty tissue in chair.

Friendly staff, excellent breakfast, comfortable room. Minor hiccups, internet coverage in room was sporadic and the elevator failed one day, repaired quickly. Have passed the hotel on numerous times this was my first stay, will return in anouther month or so, definately recommend.

This place was pretty godd better than most economy hotels. Everything was fine. The breakfast was excellent. The service was great and the staff were very polite and helpful. I liked it. The only problem was the toilet didn't flush properly, it was very slow, and didin't clear all the way so a second flush was needed. But I had no problems here, plus […] I got what I asked for. The room had some long hair on the floor which we found. Had to mess with the AC unit some but all was ok.

This was our second stay at this hotel. Will definitely stay there again. Great price, great value. Convenient to Miami and Ft Lauderdale.

The hotel is in a confusing area to drive and the sign is difficult to see so I kept missing it. But is is nice enough to stay for a few days and is close to Miami Lakes. Check out Ninja's Asian and Scene Pizza.
