The hotel is lokated near a freeway. 25 minuts from downtown Houston and 25 minuts from IAH. Yiu just call the schuttle and they will come pick you up, as fast as posible. The hotel is great, and the staff is very helpfull. Nice rooms and a great breakfast. if you go out the hotel and to the left, there is a bus that will take you direktly to Houston Downtown.

We only stayed one night. The air conditioner did not get cold enough. When it was time to go to sleep, we were too tired to notify the staff. When it was time to check out, we forgot to mention it. Aside from that, the staff was excellent. We enjoyed the happy hour and breakfast.

The stay at Drury was great. This was my first time staying at one and I can honestly say that I will go back. It's close to everything being that it's right off the Interstate and a reasonable price for the neighborhood. Minutes away from great shopping and great restaurants! The rooms were clean. "Great location for shopping!"
The hotel was pretty nice and the staff was very welcoming and friendly. The hotel is extremely close to The Galleria and many other shopping centers. It is also located right off of the interstate, so it is convenient to get to other parts of the city. It is a great place and I would definitely stay here again!

I cannot believe I had to pay for this hotel! nasty! room had hair in the bed.Key card would not open outside door, or inside door to room. Locked out of room( belongings inside) moved to another room that smelled like a toilet....went to Lobby to wait for original room to be opened by special Key from maintenance. "Great location"
With exception of a mini fridge that did not work which resulted in our changing rooms, everything was great. Good complimentary happy hour and breakfast. Fresh food and lots of options.

Very happy with our stay. Free breakfast, parking, happy hour and wifi very convenient. No restaurant but many very close by. Recommend.
"Terrific Small Hotel!"
One of the nicest small hotels we've stayed in. Excellent breakfast, computer center, suite-like rooms with refer, and a great free happy hour. With the big breakfast and the chili dogs, chicken tenders and big salads at happy hour, we never saw a restaurant during our three day visit. Would be our first hotel choice if we go to Houston again.

The Drury Inn near the Galleria in Houston was a welcome surprise. I hadnt stayed in this hotel brand before and was delighted with the free amenities offered to all guests. There is a huge free breakfast each day, hot and cold items plus juice and coffee. Lots of variety for every taste. Every evening they offer a 5:30 kickback which consists of 3 […] free alcoholic beverages or unlimited non-alcoholic beverages along with a food buffet, salad bar and fresh popcorn. Each room is also given one hour of free long distance phone service each evening. The staff was efficient and friendly and the rooms were clean and fresh. "I'd stay here again"
While the room was a little dark, it was very quiet and we slept very well. Located right nest to the highway, we did not hear any highway noise, and it was so convenient to shopping and downtown. The breakfast fare was average, but the parking was free.

This hotel does everything it advertises it will and more! What a pleasant place to stay. I will choose this chain anytime there is one in the area of my travels.

The hotel is conveiniantly located on the feeder street off 610 which allows for easy access to any of the Houston area. Room and hotel were more than adaquit for my short two night stay. One of the best little hotels I've stayed in for business travel. Exceptionally nice staff. Convenient, Free internet, free breakfast and a large choice at that. TV's in the kitchen to catch the news while you eat. Manager was very dilligent at going around to everyone and making sure there was nothing else you needed and making sure you were happy. […] They also offered free dinner at night, however, we were not available to experience this. There was a pool, gym, hot tub and they offered plenty of maps, and other information for travelers. "Wonderful"
I enjoyed this hotel! The front desk staff were very nice, and our bed was really comfortable. It was really close to the mall! Free drinks all night long and free popcorn til 10:00pm. Their was a happy hour from 5:30 pm til 7:00 pm. Overall I really enjoyed my stay.
We stayed here for during the week and over the weekend. Our room was clean. comfortable and quiet. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was hot and well supplied.

Very convenient as it is just across the highway from my Houston office but room and bath are very small and tight; beddings of cheap quality otherwise is OK but will not stay again.

I couldn't wait to write this review. My stay was just FABULOUS!! The room, bath and bed linens were very clean (king room) . The staff was proffessional yet friendly. Free breakfast and a hearty evening happy hour. Plus the location was perfect. Make sure you ask the clerk for a map of surrounding restaurants. Oh yeah..all the extras are free..free […] local calls, internet and 1 hour of long distance calling. I was a little weary of trusting online reviews but trust me ..its a great place to stay. I would definitely stay again. And even my husband enjoyed the stay...and he's usually like mikey..."He hates everything". One more thing, for the money, I think it deserves atleast 4 Stars if not 5. Can't beat the free hot breakfast and the complimentary dinner with drinks. This is a plus!!! Eating out is so costly and to have this amenity at the hotel is a wonderful gesture. Staff was so friendly. Thank you Druiry Inn, I'll be back!

This hotel was very comfortable and I love the free extras. The breakfast was ok. Dinner was a nice plus. You could eat a whole meal here, but it's also great to grab your THREE free drinks (wine, beer or hard alcohol) and some snacks before dinner.

"Drury Suites Galleria Houston"
The rooms are small, the beds and pillows are absolutely horrible. The shower was filthy when we checked in. I would not recommend this place to anyone, unless you don't mind whether or not you have a good nights sleep.
"Singer Diva Gives Drury a Thumbs Up"
The last time I stayed in Houston was to do a music video and we stayed at the Magnolia. The Magnolia was great. We even filmed the video there. This time around I was guest appearing for a friend at a small venue and didn't want to spend 5star money, but didn't want just any old place. I called Hotels.com for help and told the lady on phone exactly […] what I wanted, being the mini diva that I am. I also had the unique situation of having an assistant with me and needing to be close to downtown. I am pleased to say, the Drury delivered. "Drury Inn Gallaria"
Very small room. Bedding was in poor condition. Made for an uncomfortable night of tossing and turning and then retucking the sheets.
"Smoke Smell"
Make sure that you do not let them put you on the 5th floor if you are not a smoker. The hallway smells terrible from the smoking rooms at the front part of the hall and the smell is sucked into the bathroom via the ventilation system. I have stayed here before, but this time was disappointing.

This place was awesome. Very clean, smiling staff. I was upgraded to King's suite which waa on 5th floor and had an amazingly beautiful view of the freeway in the night. I would definitely stay in this hotel on my next visit to Houston.

This hotel was close to our destination (a wedding). The traffic was a little thick due to the Galleria shopping but overall not bad. I want to give praise to the manager of this hotel. He seemed to work all of the time, but was very pleasant and helpful. He mingled with the guests during the breakfasts and happy hours to make sure that everything was ok and if anyone needed anything.

If you are interested in staying near the Galleria, this is one of the most inexpensive choices. Overall the property is good, but the rooms are pretty dreary. It does however, feature a great Happy Hour with free drinks, and a very good breakfast included in the room price.

The hotel looks much better in person very inviting. Plenty of private parking. The free breakfast and 5:30 Kick Back meal was awesome. They also have free popcorn and soda after 3:00. Friendly staff.
This hotel works well for families. The free parking and food make it a good deal. It's not a fancy, but as I said perfect for families. The pillows and bed were uncomfortable.

"Great night @ Drury"
the clerk, Austin, was very attentive and very helpful. he even made maps to the place that we were going to in Houston and then to Cushatta. He was very nice and my mother, sister, and myself had a very comfortable and peaceful night. This is not the first time I stay there and it certainly wont be the last!!!
