Et godt og anbefalelsesværdigt hotel, som lever op til forventningerne. Der er en behagelig atmosfære og et højt serviceniveau.

Venlig service, god morgen buffet til fair pris. God service i restauranten. Ligger godt på VA stranden, tæt på alt i VA beach. Sengene er lidt små til at rummet kan deles af 3 pers.

"Housekeeping was awesome"
We booked this hotel for a 7 night stay for my daughters AAU basketball triip. When we arrived some things as far as all being on the same floor were not honored. After 30 minutes of everyone checking in an effort was finally made to correct the issue. Our stay was uneventful and one of the members of housekeeping was awesome. She made sure our room […] was well kept the entire week. One morning there was no hot breakfast due to the food truck not arriving as it was supposed to. This is not a newer hotel but it was clean, the staff was adequate and it was close to the interstate. I would stay here again. Læs mere

"Disappointed in Hampton Inn"
Although I reserved my room months in advance, the hotel had overbooked themselves and couldn't give me the room I requested. We didn't want a sleeper sofa, but it was all they had. They didn't offer to do anything to make up for their mistake. Disappointed in Hampton Inn.
"Reservations"
In general the hotel was nice. On two mornings, they did not have enough food to feed the guest. We were told that the manager was going topick up some things to cook by the staff, but that never came to fruition. We were let with no breakfast at all. They knew that they were going to be full to capacity, but could not accomodate the number of registered […] guests. When we arrived for our reservations on that Saturday, rooms that we had reserved, we given to another group. I was really impressed with the hotel considering I booked it through another network. The only complaint was the free breakfast could not accommodate everyone. There was a bus there which I'm sure was the reasoning. Other than that it was a great stay. Highly recommend.

"nice...but has it's issues"
The staff there are simply wonderful. housekeeping needs to be overhauled though. It appears they clean just enough to give a good initial appearance. I found blood stains on the duvet when I moved the pillows to get in bed and there was a take out drink container under the bed and food container under the air conditioner. The walls are paper thin and […] as I was in a corner room I could hear the passing traffic and many conversations and toilets flushing....wasn't a really restful night.The radio also cut on and off randomly but the staff try to be very accomodating and that's what makes this place worth it and in comparison to the other choices nearby when in this area I will more than likely stay here...but thoroughly check my room before settling in. "House Keeping"
Me and my family slept in the morning after we checked in, we left the room about 12:30p.m., and removed the do not disturb sign. We returned that night about 10:00p.m. to find no one had cleaned our room (no clean towels,bed not made ect...). Glad we were too tired to take showers.....
"The Hampton was what we needed...and more"
We enjoyed the location. When we drove up, it was nice parking in a tree-lined parking lot. Everyone was pleasant and the room was clean & adequate. Because it was a business trip, it was great to be close to everything, yet it had the feeling of being a little "tucked away". The rate was excellent!
"Christmas Stay"
The overall experience was great. It is an older establishment. No wireless internet in the rooms, just the lobby. Staff was very freindly and had no problem moving us when wired internet access didn't work in first room. The elevators were broken for a day, so stairs were necessary. I have stayed at this Hampton Inn several times. The staff is so friendly and accomodating. The hotel is always very clean and comfortable and the hot breakfast is actually good.

We arrived at midnight after a long drive, and the check in was wonderful. The key was ready and the room was too. I liked the snacks for sale area in the lobby. There was nothing fancy, just snacks, but so much better than a vending machine. The room was clean, hotel was quiet. The continental breakfast the next morning was very good. "plan to eat breakfast some where else"
I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn,on a spur of the moment decision I chose this hotel because it was priced well for the Labor Day weekend,plus they offered a free "hot breakfast".The breakfast hours are from 6am-10am,on Sunday we went down to eat at 9am, and there were no hot items no pastries,there was a sign that advertised waffles but there were […] none. The next morning we went down at 9am again this time there was food in the hot pan but it was cold the food was again very depleted the attendant was vaccuuming the eating area while I was trying to eat the food I did find.If I stay here again I will plan to eat somewhere other than the hotel the free breakfast wasn't very satisfying.The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly enough. "A Great place to stay"
This was the best Hampton Inn ever! The hotel setting was very inviting and cozy. The staff ranged from pleasantly cordial to down right friendly. My room was very comfortable and well appointed. The sofa gave it a mini-suite feel. And the complimentary breakfast really was a breakfast! My stay at this Hampton Inn was wonderful!

"Medium quality hotel"
Not an outstanding hotel, but will do in a pinch. This hotel was going through a renovation....and it really needed it. Additionally, the resturant was not open for dinner in the evenings so the bar was the only option. However, the bartender was a great guy and went out of his way to make everything right for me.

"Good Room for the Money"
The appearance of the hotel showed that it is being maintained to good order. The place was comfortable, and looked to be clean. Nevertheless, staff was available 24/7 and the doors were locked at 10pm. I didn’t get any warm and fuzzes since our room had a slight smell. Additionally, in the bathroom the ceiling at one end of the tub looked as if it […] received some water at one time. Although, we did not arrive until 11pm we decided to stay three nights. Typically, when we travel we usually try to select this hotel organization. I suspect that we will continue to choose this organization, but we will limit how we make the decision.
