Staff Was very nice! Hotel was quite, room very clean. I only had two issues, one you could hear every time someone flushed the toilet and our room service breakfast was not enjoyable. They took the charge off my bill which helped and everyone was very nice about it. I will return to this hotel if I am ever in Houston again.

Hotel was accommodating staff was great...,food was better than some of the higher end hotels i've visit at a reasonable price. The ONLY negative I have is the design of the restroom sink. No matter what u will have water slashed every where

The staff was very nice, however the rooms seemed small and there was a lot of things that were broken in the room. The bathroom and room were clean. Overall this was ok just for one night.

The Executive Suite was plenty of space for me and my friends. It had two double sized beds which were very comfy and a sleeper sofa! We were able to spread out and get ready for the night which was nice. Also we called for more blankets at 6am and they brought them within 5 mins. Fast Service! I would def stay here again!

This hotel is an older hotel that has been redone in the last 5 years and is quite contemporary in feel. Rooms appointed nicely, very comfy bed and nice down pillows. Good tv service and extremely friendly and helpful staff! We used the shuttle service to and from a nearby restaurant and that was an extra! It was New Years Eve, so it was quite loud, which didn't bother me. It was overall kept up pretty nice, but the bathtub appeared a bit dirty. Bed was comfortable and I probably would have slept well if there wasn't a bench right outside my room where a few drunk people decided to sit and talk extremely loud. I would recommend that those benches be removed […] or for there to be some sort of hotel security to keep people from roaming the halls and disturbing others. Læs mere

No hot water ,very noisy, had to call maintaince for television due to poor incoming signal. No ability to rent a movie. Located directly next to intersection very very noisy !!!

The hotel is right under an immense freeway overpass/flyover and the noise is constant. The signage is bad--hard to find the entrance to the hotel parking lot in the dark. The building has bars around it that make it look like a prison. Carpet was worn.

Bathroom smelled of cigarette smoke. Air in room stale. Parking lot drainage poor with large puddles. Bathtub drained poorly.

Room was large and the price was reasonable. The sink in the bathroom would not drain properly. The food and bar service was non existent. The bar staff was getting ready for a private party and would not serve guests. Overall experience was OK at best.

hotel is nice, clean and new like you would expect any four points by sheraton to be. room was nice and clean and the breakfasat excellent. staff nice and professional. only complaint i have is about my check-in: i had asked for (i) a quiet room and (ii) wall street journal in the morning. i was greated and told that there will be no wsj (which is […] disappointing but ok) and that there was a quiet room for me. when i went to my room i found out that i was right next to the ice machine and the laundry. so i went downstairs again, complained and got a different "quiet" room - this one was right next to the elevator. so i went downstairs for a second time (with my bags). when i complained, i was told that there no other room available unless i wanted to spend $20 extra to get a "quiet suite". so i paid the $20 and got my quiet suite. it worked out at the end after spending more money and energy - not the way it should be, particularly for expedia elite plus members. Hotel is in a good location once you find the entrance on the access road. The staff was great and the rooms were clean and confortable.

I know that Houston is a humid place but we hit a great 3-4 days to stay. Low humidity and only about 90. But for some reason our room was very humid, worse than outside. Even turning the AC down cooler did not alleviate the humidity of the room. Also, with 3 people in the room the bathroom is way too small.

I had a number of commitments that spurred my Houston visit. Four Points by Sheraton at Memorial was close to the places I had to be, the rates were great and the room was immaculate. A big plus was the security guard patrolling the parking lot.

This hotel is perfect as a base for touring the area as it's well located at the junction of 2 freeways. The downside of this is that it has no attraction for staying in or using hotel facilities - especially as it is stuck right next to several overpasses. Hotel was clean, comfortable, and quiet. I didn't know it would be this nice when I booked, but upon arrival to the lobby and into the actual room it was a very appealing. Hotel looks good - clean, fresh look. Remodel is not oppulent, but more inline with other middle chain hotel's clean, modern looks. We chose to stay here, instead of the hotel down the street connected to the mall for one reason -- the room had a suite feel to it and had the ability to close off the bedroom from the pull out sofa. Gave us and our teenage […] daughter some privacy. Rooms were clean, and nicely decorated. A/C in each half of the suite, worked great as did the two televisions. Bathroom, although small, was clean and everything worked as expected. Bed was comfortable, though linens, especially the blanket, should be better. My 2 night visit was the worst I've ever had at a Sheraton. I had a hard time believing it was actually a Sheraton. They didn't have any antacids, sewing kits, coffee after 11:00 am. even in the restaurant, had to go to the bar for ice for the room. And overpriced. OVERALL I WAS SATISFIED WITH THE HOTEL BUT I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SIZE OF THE ROOM IT WAS VERY SMALL AND CRAMPED. FOR ALMOST THE SAME PRICE PER NIGHT THAT I STAYED IN LAS VEGAS THE ROOM WAS MUCH BIGGER AND COMFORTABLE. BUT THANK TO EVERYONE THAT HELPED ME WITH GREAT SERVICE.

I was not pleased with this hotel. The room was a little cramped...I'm not sure if it was the location of the room that made it seem kind of small or if all the rooms were like that. When I first walked in, the room smelled like smoke. Because I was in a rush, I didn't complain to the front desk and I just dealt with it. If I had the time I would have […] asked for a room change. The other problem I had was when I went to get some ice, there was blood, or some type of red substance all on the door...it creeped me out. That was truly disgusting. I also did not like the faucet in the bathroom. To turn the hot water on in the sink you had to turn the faucet on all the way and this made the water pressure very high - that made water splash everywhere because the pressure was too strong. Overall I have to say I was not pleased with this hotel. I stayed at the Four Points on the Southwest side a few times and I like that one much better than the Memorial City location. If I had to stay around Memorial City again, it will not be at this hotel. Læs mere
