da jeg bookede fik vi oplyst at opholdet var incl. morgenmad. Det viste sig imidlertid, at det var det ikke, men Hotels.com lovede at refundere beløbet. God service. Hotellet er rigtig godt, super beligenhed, dejlig afslappet atmosfære og serviceminded personale. Så et hotel vi helt sikkert kommer tilbage til.

Didn't really make a lot of use of the facilities as we were busy doing other things, but enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Rooms were nice and spacious and had a patio (although the weather wasn't really conducive to sitting outside when we went :) ). Also has a tourism desk so you could just go up and ask about tours and they would book them on your behalf […] and get you picked up from the hotel reception, so that was very straightforward. Would like to go back for a bit longer and actually enjoy the pool and try the Thai restaurant :) Læs mere

The hotel was good and if you are looking for a beach vacation it would be ideal. Personally, I was there for diving so a different location with more restaurants in the neighborhood would have been better. That said the service was wonderful, the staff were friendly and I was amazed how well they remembered me especially during the busy Songkran festival. […] The only reason I would not stay again is I would prefer a quieter location away from Patong beach with more restaurants in walking distance. I would certainly consider the other Novatel or Millenniam but I don't think I would go back to Phuket, there are so many parts of Thailand I have not seen. Læs mere

Up on a hill. Have to take hotel shuttle to front gate. Charge extra for every little item. Local phone calls! Charge 990 baht to call a taxi to come to lobby.Can get a taxi down at front gate that will come to lobby for 600 baht. Ripoff! Rooms are very small. Staff is very nice & are not paid hardly any money. 4000 baht per month. Hotel is not close […] to anything. Have to take tuktuk or taxi to shopping. Hotel is way overpriced for the area. The location could not be better. Setup on the hill, it overlooks the beach and is removed from the hubbub of town. It is a 4 star - so expect that it is just that. Stairs are everywhere, no elevators, so request first floor (about 12 stairs) if that is a problem for you. Shuttle to & from entrance makes the entry hill a non-issue. Staff was great - […] really great - especially Kathy!! Patong itself was a total disappointment. It is dirty, filled with street hockers and certain groups have price fixed everything from tuk-tuk and taxi's, to activities. 200 baht for a 6 block ride is ridiulous. Old and smelly of mildew. The hotel needs an entire makeover. Lots of rules; I misplaced my plastic credit card style room key and they wanted to charge me 300 baht to replace it. The breakfast buffet was not a comfortable experience as it was very crowded and not very palatable. The view was nice but the hotel is s long way from downtown Patong. The […] hotel was overpriced into opinion; the call it 4 star but just throwing a hair dryer in a drawer doesn't make it a nice stay. What a lovely hotel - excellent service, very friendly bellboys and restaurant staff. What makes me laugh is other guests complain about the hotel shuttle service is infrequent - what they mean to say is those guests are too lazy to walk to main hotel lobby via fisherman's restaurant. Staying at the Novotel Resort was truly a great experience for my family. The staff was super, and so helpful. They helped you with excursions, local transportation, and located in a perfect spot, just outside the downtown area. The beach was just across the street from the hotel, and well maintained by a local business owner. My kids were able to snorkel […] and see variety of fish right at that beach. Can be a little noisy from the nightlife in the downtown area, but the convenience of location outweighs this disadvantage. Hotel rooms also need updating and the breakfast buffet could have fresher foods. However, the greenery and hills are a delight to be around and the hotel staff was outstanding, very friendly and accommodating.

This is a very nice hotel/resort even if a little weathered over time. However, the taxi/ tuk tuk mafia are ruining Phuket and especially Patong.

The only problem with our stay was that being used to a waterbed, my neck played up badly, but the staff made up for it by putting mattress overlays on the bed and massages for both my wife and myself. Beautiful settings, staff are helpful, location is incredible. Along Patong beach, 10 minute walk from the night life of Bangla road. We spent 14 nights at the Novotel on Patong Beach. we had our 12 year old and 1.5 year old. The staff were fantastic. They made our stay really enjoyable. The staff loved our boys, especially the little one. We were made very welcome. Everyone always greeted us with a smile. The pool bar staff were very helpful and friendly. The reception ladies always […] greeted us and were very friendly to our family. The Resort is situated on top of a hill. This added to the beauty of the Resort. Fabulous views. It made the Resort seclusive. There were alot of stairs, which did not bother us. We enjoyed the exercise. There is a free bus to take you up and down the hill, whenever you need it. We would often choose to walk the hill for exercise. Smoking in most outside areas was the only problem we encountered. Especially around the pool area when we would be relaxing. Often causing us to leave the area, especially with children around. If no one around was smoking it was perfect! Loved the Resort and will stay here again on our return to Phuket. We stayed here for four days on our trip to Phuket. We really liked this place as it is close to the beach but in a quiet part of Patong. The hotel has nice views of the ocean and Patong. The lobby and pool areas are really impressive. It is quite a walk up the hill to your room from the lobby or from the stree to the hotel but they do have a shuttle […] service but sometimes it is a long wait for the service. Our room was supposed to be a sea view but we could barely see the ocean because of the cocunut trees. The room was very nice with a charming feeling to it. We had to get the safety box fixed twice and that took a day which was disappointing. Overall we had a very nice stay here. The pools are really nice and the staff are friendly and helpful. This hotel was wonderful, the staff was very friendly and helpful - the pools were just awesome, and the restaurants great. We loved how the hotel was close enough to town to allow us to walk, but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The service at this hotel is absolutely atrocious. They were not helpful and not friendly. The location is good and the pool is really nice, but those are the only highlights to mention. They have many staff walking/sitting around doing absolutely nothing. To give a quick example, my wife and I went to the hotel bar to get a snack the evening we first […] arrived after a long day of travel. There were 2 bartenders behind the bar and it was just my wife and I in the entire place. They paid no mind to us and we had to call them over to order drinks and clear away our dishes when we were done. At a 4 star hotel you would certainly expect certain things to be done without asking. At the pool there were dishes at a nearby table collecting bugs for over 2 hours - we had to walk down to find 4 staff members sitting behind the pool bar playing cards and ask them to come clear away the things. I really appreciated that this hotel in the Patong beach area is walking distance from the Patong scene but out of the way of the mayhem enough that it still feels quiet and private still. We spent most of our time in Phuket in Panwa beach (more out of the way) but I loved getting at least a couple days in Patong. Hotel offers breathtaking views overlooking the town of phuket & also the ocean. treats its guests with politeness & charm. The hotel is far enough from the hussle & bussle of Phuket but close enough for u to not miss out on any of the action. Offers all the facilities of 5 star hotels. We stayed at the Novotel for 5 days. It is quite nicely located but be prepared to walk into town or pay for transport each time. The hotel shuttle service is a waste of time with it being 'full' all the time. If you are lucky, you may get a seat in 3 hours from requesting one. Fascinating seen as the shuttle taxi's stand around parked while customers […] are queing up for a ride into town. Also, we arrived after a long haul from SA and asked sat around for 4 hours keeping busy, although extremely tired and then asked to access the room 20 minutes before check in time to be ignored for 15 minutes and then told we had to wait for the check in time! Surely a little customer service should prevail here? We asked to be located near to the pool and reception area and was placed in the 3rd furthest block away! Very hilly with lots of walking and climbing, which was fine for us but not sure it would be for other people. One the positive side, the rooms were nice and clean, the staff always had smiles and the vibe was pleasant. We wouldn't repeat our stay here. Læs mere

Novotel Phuket was a pleasant experience. The only drawback was that our room was in the first block right next to the exit date and hence the view was of the roads with a wee bit of ocean view. The location for the hotel was extremely wonderful, but for the families, who have an infant, is difficult if they got a room in the upper floor and they don’t have an elevator in the hotel for the rooms. For those that want to stay near Patong beach but don't want to be in all the hustle bustle, the Novotel is the perfect place. Staff at the resort were helpful and polite. Great views from up on the hill. Great location. Would recommend to others and would stay again.

I invited a Thai friend to join me for breakfast at the hotel. Upon her arrival the hotel staff insisted that she surrender her ID while she was on the property and treated her as if she was a criminal or prostitute. She is one of the most honest, upright and dignified people that I know. 特段にホテルが豪華とか立地が素晴らしいとかないですが、ビーチにも近く、ホテル内の三段式のプールもリラックスするには十分で、値段を考えれば、とてもリーズナブルだと思います。　ホテル従業員はとても笑顔が絶えず気持ちが良い方ばかりでした。

Dette var et fint hotell som ligger oppe i en åsside, borte fra alt mas og kjas som man ellers finner nede i sentrum. Avstandsmessig var det langt å gå for å komme til shopping/sentrum, men dette var løst ved at de hadde gratis shuttle-bus til sentrum et par ganger til dagen, veldig praktisk og greit! Dersom en ville se hva nattelivet hadde å by på […] senere på kvelden, var betjeningen ikke sen å be om å bestille taxi. Nydelig utsikt fra resepsjonsområdet, flotte basseng og grei service/mat i pool-baren. Buffeten på hotellets ene restaurant er IKKE å anbefale. Vi hadde store forventninger når det skulle være BBQ-aften, men kjipe wiener-pølser og spaghetti med tomatsaus svarte ikke til forventningene... Rene og fine rom, gratis wi-fi. Vær nøye med å levere inn bassenghåndkler dersom dere låner dette, og følg med på at de signerer inn håndklærne. Holdt på å måtte betale "boten" for å ikke levere dem inn, fordi basseng-gutten hadde glemt å signere i boken sin - kjedelig. Ellers et veldig flott hotel dersom man vil ha en rolig og bedagelig ferie nær Patong beach! Læs mere

新しいホテルではないことは承知していましたので、あまり期待はしていませんでしたが、ひどかったの一言に尽きます。エアコンつければカタカタという音が止まらずつけていられません。トイレの下水の音なのか妙な音がして続いていました。隣の部屋の声がよく聞こえます。隣の子供の声で目が覚めました。掃除がとにかく遅い。３泊しましたが一度も掃除はしてもらえませんでした。さすがにゴミ捨てとタオルの交換には来てもらいましたが。 設備だけでなく、スタッフのサービスも問題ありです。最後の精算時には請求書をチェックしたら朝食が同じ日に二回請求してあったので取り消しを求めたら、何か特別なサービスを頼んだからではないのかとか言われ、こちらがサインをした伝票の提示を求めたら、前日のルームサービスの別の伝票をこれを見ろと言わんば […] かりに見せられたり。結局、伝票などあるわけがなく取り消してもらいましたが。また、すでに予約時に支払い済みの夕食が請求されていて、こちらも取り消しを求めたら、部屋で食事した場合は駄目だとか何だとか言われ、チェックイン時に確認した旨伝えると、その時のスタッフの名前、顔を覚えているかといわれ、呆れてしまいました。結局上位者を読んでもらいクレームを言って取り消してもらいましたが。 ほかの人には決して進められないホテルです。 Læs mere

大体は満足しています。ホテル自体の環境や、食事、周辺の利便性などは。　ただ、ひとつだけ、困ったことがありました。　家族で一部屋を利用したのですが、部屋にはいきなり見えるところにコンドームが。。。。子供に気付かれないようにあわてて隠しました。　こういうのに、少しは気づかいがあってもいいのでは。

まず、プールは3つあり、リゾート感満載。　タオルの貸し出しプールスタッフは、愛想が無くて最悪だが、飲み物や食べ物あるカウンターのスタッフは良い。　チェックインのカウンターのタイ人スタッフは、いい加減でダブルベットの部屋を予約していたが、シングル二つの部屋にされる。　　只、日本人スタッフが一人だけいて、さすが親切。　　部屋は、オーシャンフロントならラッキーだが、それ以外なら古い感じで、高級リゾートホテルになれた人だと、すこし辛いかも、、、立地はパトンビーチまで、２００バーツ（５５０円くらい）なので、良いと思う。　全体論としては、タイ人スタッフがもう少し教育され、部屋がオーシャンフロントに当たれば、中々いいホテルだと思う。
