Comfortable and clean updated rooms in good location. My only complaint would be there is no shuttle service to Reagan Airport in spite of it being less than 5 miles distance. The other alternative is to take the metro which is accesable at the airport and only a half mile from hotel on the other end. Unfortunately it is a half mile all up hill which […] was difficult for my 78 year old mother to navigate with a suitcase. We were told by the front desk we could call for a ride, which we did...then waited for a half hour before just doing the walk. When we arrived at the hotel and mentioned this at check in the clerk was dismissive. Know that although there is a line of taxis available at the metro station as well they refused to drive for a half mile fare. Room was somewhat small, but very clean and nice. Hotel was nice and breakfast was good. Close to Metro station into City. Would stay there again.

Great place to stay I noticed the price rising and if it becomes too popular I wont be able to afford it. Great place!

The hotel is very convenient to the Rosslyn metro station and in walking distance to lots of places to eat. The hotel room was very comfortable. The cafe on the groundfloor is a Starbucks - we preferred to walk several blocks to better offerings for breakfast. No safe in room is the only negative point

the only issue we had was we reserved a king size bed and we were given 2 queens, besides that everything else was more than up to par with this hotel, was all we hope for was close to the metro and easy to get to and from the washington mall area

The hotel was clean and modern. The room was one of the best decorated hotel rooms I've had. The staff was helpful. The location is good for the price--within walking distance to both the Iwo Jima Memorial and Rosslyn Metro station. 1. No movies or entertainment system. 2. High speed internet only for a fee. 3. I tried calling the front desk several times during normal hours and each time was put on hold.

The staff during the day was very nice and helpful. I had never stayed in DC and had no idea how to get where I was going. The desk clerk told me exactly what I needed to know and I got to the show without a hitch. The night clerk, though, seemed to be inconvenienced when I needed to buy something from the market. Considering the close proximity to other food options, it would be wiser for them to have some competitive pricing. You would think for the cost of a room, there might be a few perks. Not the case. We stayed here on Saint Patrick's Day which happened to be on a Saturday and we felt price was very reasonable considering the proximity to the local bars in the area. The service was good and the breakfast was excellent the next morning!

The location of the hotel was ideal and short walking distance to multiple areas in Arlington. The air conditioner in the room was broken (Wires and hanging from bottom of unit) and was not repaired prior to stay. Fortunately the weather was cool and the open window provided comfort but not a quiet night sleep

Walking distance to Metro and dining. Very good access to DC for less than DC prices. Parking $10 night in secure parking garage on-site. Very Clean, staff very nice. Breakfast was included but Bistro did not find it but they honored the printout from Hotels.com. They say that breakfast is included in the room but charge you more for the room. When you get there they tell you that parking is $10.00 a day!!! I paid the $10.00 for my one night stay and when I was leaving there was a sign that said parking $8.00?? I think it's crazy that a hotel would charge it's customers to park!!!!

The personnel are very,very helpful;I really liked Ana,she tended to the lounge area;she is polite,helpful and very pleasant.

The hotel staff eagerly accommodated my request to move to the other side of the hotel that was not adjacent to the construction on the neighboring block.

Everything that was promised in my booking such as the bed size, location, and parking arrangements was spot on. Very close to Georgetown and downtown DC, both just over a bridge. $10 for daily parking in a secured garage beneath the hotel was well worth it and the cheapest parking of the hotels I researched. Service was excellent, from my 2:30am arrival […] to my check out. The front desk associates were helpful when I asked for directions to Arlington Cemetery and to local restaurants in walking distance. I was provided with written directions both times. I chose the hotel for its location and was welcomed with a very comfortable room. The self-parking was a good addition as parking in the area is horrible.

Found this on hotels.com and was a great stay for the weekend. Very conveinent to the Metro (walk or bike) and a nice neighborhood. Lobby was very nice and the staff was very helpful with directions, cabs, etc. Served Starbucks products : ) Breakfast options were good, a little pricey, but great to be right in the lobby. We were in town for the Marine Corps Marathon. The hotel staff was excellent. Very accomadating. The hotel and our room was clean and comfortable. We will be sure to stay here again if we travel back to the DC area. Thanks

The hotel has moved from a buffet breakfast to order your breakfast. Although the wait staff worked diligently, we still waited in line for 20 minutes on Sunday for breakfast. This simply does not work for travelers.

When circumstances require me to book a hotel in the DC metro area I usually choose this Marriott...one of many in the DC area. Courtyard rates are competitive and this location is very convenient to the Rosslyn metro stop. Hotel appears updated, has a great little cafe in the lobby, and complimentary wifi. The leafy yet busy location is also walkable […] to a number of restaurants, drug stores, and around the corner from major car rental place. If you enjoy walking, you can even walk over to Arlington Cemetery, Theodore Roosevelt Island, or over the Key Bridge into Georgetown. If that doesn't appeal to you, you are near the 38B bus stop which will take you into DC as an alternative to metro. Læs mere

Being our first trip to Washington D.C. we weren't sure where the best place to stay was going to be. we weren't disappointed one bit . Being very close to the Metro. (2 blocks). and close to many fine dining establishments made it exactly what we were looking for. The rates were very reasonable and the location was in an area that was very family friendly […] including later in the evening. There is a charge for parking. but for a very secure parking garage the charge is very negligable and I have never paid for parking before. Using the Metro just two and a half blocks away to visit Washington D.C. this hotel is a good place to stay. The direct neighborhood provides a view pretty good restaurants and bars further it seems more a business district. Airconditioner is room a bit noisy. The hotel provides a choice of affordable breakfast options, not outstanding but OK.

I can't say enough nice things about this hotel. After staying here for an extended stay for business, my only issue was with how the prices would change wildly on hotels.com... but that's the point of discounted websites! Rooms were clean, maid service was fantastic. The metro is 1/5 of a mile away. It is a steep downhill walk.

The hotel was very clean and great location. It was easy to walk to the Metro. The biggest downside is there are very little choices for eating after 6:00 pm. However, a quick jump on the Metro can change that. When we checked in, the women at the front desk was not friendly. The staff at the Courtyard by Marriott in Rosslyn were so helpful. We were there for a funeral service at Arlington National Cemetery, and they arranged a car for us for the service, as well as numerous cab rides during our stay.

Good 3 night stay, very comfy room, A/C worked great. Breakfast included was a good deal. Decent dining in short walk.. reasonable parking with in and out worked great. Overall very happy.

I was nervous about what I would find because the rate on my room seemed too good to be true. However, the hotel was fantastic. The furnishings were very up-to-date, room was super clean and comfortable. Free internet and hi def TV in my room. I used to stay at the Hilton Inn at Courthouse every time I visited DC. Hotel was easily accesible coming from the north, grocery store (safeway) directly behind it. easy to get to the metro and 3-7 stops to all the sights depending where you want to get off at. Highly recommended!

Nice hotel, close to metro, front desk staff were rude!

Great hotel to stay in the DC are if you don't want to pay the DC prices. Hotel is close to local Metro station so you can just hop on the subway and go right into DC from Arlington. Very convenient. Room was very clean and the entire hotel has a nice decor. Hotel staff very cordial and helpful. Would recommend!

The hotel is awesome! The staff was upbeat, courteous and very welcoming. Great amenities, very nice room and the in and out parking is a big plus. Easy walk to the metro stop, restaurants and shopping. I would stay again and recommend to anyone looking in that area of VA.

Everyone was very friendly. They answered all my questions about the city and getting around etc. Showed me where to go on the map. The metro is 3 blocks away. I also left my phone charger and they called to tell me they could send it to me. The restaurant was also very good. Very healthy selections.
