Quality Inn Airport - Buffalo

Front desk staff very accommodating. We had to change rooms due to noise (we were traveling with a baby) and we switched easily with no questions asked. The complimentary breakfast is awesome and the coffee was soooo good. Would definately stay again. Looking forward to seeing the hotel after the renovations are completed.

Good location for shopping. Easy access to I-90. 5-10 minute drive to Walden Galleria and 15-20 minute drive to outlet malls in Lewiston. OK for short stay. Right across from airport but not affected by airplane noise.

O ya We will Recommend all of our Family Friends!

I purposly booked this hotel because it was close to buffalo airport and they offered long term parking for the week while i flew to florida. when i returned i found that someone had gone under my car and cut off the catalytic converter and that with the car parked out front their main entrance. great overnite security??? never again.

Staff was completely helpful on pre-stay arrangements. Hotel was clean and room was stocked with necessary supplies. Staff was very helpful with shuttle to and from airport. I would stay again! On site parking was cheap while I was out of state.

Good hotel to stay to catch a flight, room big just had a bit of a musty smell about it, could be aired more, otherwise nice place to reast your head.

Right across the street from the airport. The hotel is a little bit dated in the look and could use a little sprucing up. The room was clean, the bed very comfortable and the washroom in good condition. Overall it is a good hotel when you need to be close to buffalo airport. Also the staff are very nice and helpful.

The hotel room was fine except for the shower head in the bathroom. It was so low that a tall person would have a hard time.

Excellent staff and location was great. Will definitely go back

At the beginning of my stay I was pretty please with this hotel. My boyfriend and I stayed here with 2 other friends. I am not a picky person but my one friend decided to check the beds for bed bugs....although we did not find any once we lifted the pillow top covering....to our surprise there was a badly stained matress that appeared to us a a blood […] stain. Not just a small stain it was 3/4 length of the matress. We called the service desk and they came to view it. They did not know what to say to us and said they would call our room back to let us know. They switched us room no questions asked. I could have made a bigger stink about the situation as the next morning in our "New" room we did find a used Male Conterseptive (sp?) beside one of our beds. In the morning the what appeared to be the Manager asked me how the stay was upon checking out. I informed him of the "bloody" matress and he was shocked and would look into it as he never heard anything from the night staff. I didn't make a fuss as I didn't want to ruin the time we had in Buffalo, NY but was kind of taken back I wasn't offered a complete refund. If the hotel was more cleanly, I would recommend it! Staff seemed helpful but just didn't have that extra customer service to refund for something they should have. Almost have to get angry to get that now a days. Læs mere

Despite a convenient location and friendly shuttle bus drivers, this hotel is lacking. We were given a room in the furthest part of the hotel from the reception area. Upon arriving at our room, we found the bathroom to be in dire need of a refresh. The bathtub was soiled, stained and cracked, and the garbage bins had not been emptied since the last […] guests stayed in the room - whenever that had been. We mentioned this to the manager at checkout, but felt that our concerns were dismissed as there was barely an acknowledgement of the untidy room. Thankfully, we were only there for a night's layover on our way home and did not need the room for more than a quick "nap and crap". Would we recommend this place? No. There are many other options nearby that will offer the same convenience, but better quality accommodations. Læs mere

Ideal location for stay-over for travellers, and the staff was very courteous. Well pleased.

We stayed in the Quality Inn June 21st adequate but a leaking shower had caused a large amount of mould and a wet carpet in the sleping area. They were god enough to have a small breakfast out at 4am the shuttle over was good on our departure. We came in at 10:40pm last night and at ll:25pm no sign of the shuttle called twice and finally took a cab […] back to our car. The Quality Inn is a 5 minute drive to the airport. Very unhappy. We love the hotel,got there on friday night,but late as we blow 2 of our tires,from the bad roads..They need to fix then...The hotel was right across from airport..and the Mc .Donolds resturent Cant get any better..left for our trip on Sat,and return a week later on Sun.we got park and fly Our plane was delayed..Again we got there late..The king size […] bed was nice.We wish we could of enjoyed the room more.The breakfast was good..it had meat ,eggs,toast coffee,and much more..I have to say i was reading the reviews,and they are not the best,but you really should give then a chance..There hotel is clean and front desk people are great..We where satisfied.... It started in gravel parking lot and continued in crowded reception area that fell into breakfast area...there was a pool but not accessible as closed....breakfast was terrible as we couldn't even get hot water for oatmeal and very little selection. The only good thing about this hotel was it's close proximity to Walden Galleria Mall ! We'll never stay […] here again. Læs mere

be reminded - you get what you pay for - this is an old hotel that looks to be next for demo ... staff tries hard but they have little to work with - rooms are old and very bare - amenities are all tired and dated - best if you want a really cheap hotel close to the airport. hard to park close to your room requiring longer walks up and down stairs in […] corridors ... very difficult with luggage - airport shuttle ran late and undersized causing panic with guests - Læs mere

When I entered the room the first thing I notice was the dingy/faded bed spreads. Upon pulling back the bed spread, I noticed blankets that look as if they hadn't been launder in weeks---I slept on the top sheet. Paint was peeling on the wall and ceiling of the bathroom. Bathroom tiles looked as though a 5 year old had repaired them---it was deplorable. […] The tops (underneath lamp shades) of the bedside, desk, and floor lamps were dusty. The advertized "same day" dry cleaning service turned out to be 2 days. When I opened the ironing board, it would not fold up. I would have checked out and just forfeited the money; however, I was in Buffalo to bury my father and just did not have time to seek another hotel. The staff was friendly and coroperative when we were able to communicate (most did not speak or understand English very well---but that wasn't a problem). The one positive experience I had was the complimentry breakfast. The food was good and well laid out. I would not stay at this hotel again nor would I recommend it to anyone. Læs mere

We were in and out of the hotel for three days. Located near pretty much everything. Rooms were not comfortable for us. Did not feel very clean. In need of maintenace. Our two children had no issues with the room. This hotel was ok for the price. I would spend the extra and stay at another hotel in the area. There are many. I would only stay at this hotel again because it was inexpensive to stay and it was a 2 minute drive to the Walden Galleria Mall. Other than that, the hotel is a little dungy, but I have to say that the beds are very clean and very comfortable. The cleaning staff were touch and go, our cleaning lady tried to break into our room when we were sleeping, […] she didn't understand that we didn't want her to come in. Awful. With a capital A. I've stayed in many budget type hotels, but this was the worst. I wasn't expecting fancy, not by a long shot, but I did have some expectations around basic levels of cleanliness. These expectations were not met. The bathroom floor had hair all over it, the carpet was putrid, and the walls were stained beyond belief. On entering […] the room for the first time, we noticed the garbage cans had not been emptied nor had the previous occupants telephone messages been cleared. The noise was unbelievable. We could hear conversations from the rooms beside and above us. You get what you pay for, but I would have been better off in a hostel. Give this place a wide berth. TP was nearly gone when we checked in - had to ask for additional roll. Second day - coffee pot not cleaned and cups and coffee not replaced. Weather turned cold and heater did not work. Hotel personnel would/could do nothing to fix it. While trying to fix heater, discovered mold on the wall by the heater. Hotel personnel would not get a heater, give […] a different room or a refund. We arrived about 5:00 to be told by the manager that there was no liquor to be had in that area. Walgreens sells wine. I hiked it to Walgreens, only to find that they didn't sell wine, but that there was a liquor store 2 blocks near by. I called a cab which cost $14. to take me back to the hotel. (Yes, I walked that far in the rain.)Victor, the Manager, […] had no clue.) He didn't tell me one thing that was accurate. He should not be working in the hospitality industry. The room was older, had tishues stuck to the ceiling covering holes in the ceiling. The building was remote, with limited lighting in the evening, making it scary to stay there by myself....I wouldn't stay there again.

I'm not that picky, but I didn't think this place was worth the money. The hotel has an awful chemical cleaner/industrial carpet/dusty AC/ mildew smell and the windows don't open to let you air it out. The shower and shower curtain were mildewed. The indoor pool was closed for maintenance. The staff was very helpful, but I would not stay here again […] or recommend it. Læs mere

Our room was safe, comfortable and clean and the staff was welcoming. However, the pool, which we had hoped to enjoy, was closed for maintenance. And, the empty room across from ours was suffering from a mold problem (?) which made it and the hallway smell as though a giant cat had used it as a comfort station. Sehr praktisch gelegen, direkt am Flughafen, Großer Flughafen an dem auch Reisebusse halten und viele Autovermietungen sind. Direkt neben dem Hotel gibt es noch ein McDonalds, die Zimmer sind günstig , groß Sauber und haben neben Fernseher auch eine Mirkowelle, Kaffee und Tee und ein kleines sauberes Badezimmer mit dusche.
