Property old and outdated. Staff was nice and helpful. Location very bad, had to drive through another hotel's parking lot to get to property. No handicap parking close to rooms.

The only problem I had was the access from I20W. Had to go through adjoining motel parking lot to get to the entrance.
Overall, the room was clean; however, there was a big white mark on the carpet right in the center of the room. Too obvious to be overlooked. The location was fine; but getting to the hotel was very difficult. One must use the entrance to another hotel to get behind the fence where this hotel is located. I felt sorry for the staff. They were very friendly and eager to please us, but obviously under-staffed. The hotel as a whole needs a great deal of maintenance. I was unhappy with Qyality Inn in that our refrigerator and microwave didnot work. We were told it was probably a switch problem and someone would come check it - no one ever did. Our room was clean, but there was an overpowering smell of bleach in the room the entire time. The breakfast was great, and the amenities such as coffee and the ironing board, […] etc., was all good. I just wished the hallways and stairways could have been cleaner. I still would recommend the hotel because it was near where we had our business activity in Vicksburg and the cost was reasonable. I have to say after reading the reviews on this hotel before my stay, I was a bit reluctant to go through with my reservation. However, the decision to stay was the best one. My family and I had a very pleasant stay in Vicksburg. My regret is that we did not stay long enough. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was good. The room was clean. We had plenty of towels. The pool was nice. The location was very nice.
If I had to do over again this hotel would be a last resort. Front desk service was good. We stayed three nights, our room was never cleaned, sheets never changed, we had to always ask for clean towels. Don't be fooled by the lobby, it's whats behind the lobby that you will not like. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel sucked, the room was dirty, didnt look like it had been cleaned in a month, sheets were stained, shower rod was about to fall off, the ac was loud as hell. "Good value and location"
Locatio was great - just across the street from the Vicksburg Battlefield Park and close to the Outlet Mall and restaurants. Room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast also makes this a great value. External features a bit worn and unkempt, otherwise just fine.

"Dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in"
This is by far the dirtiest hotel in which I have ever stayed. There was actual trash and mud on the floors of the hallways and elevators. There was mud streaks in the tub. The carpets were so worn, there was actually only the carpet backing visible. I would not eat the breakfast for fear their kitchen looked as bad as the rest of the hotel. This hotel is an older one, but is in decent repair, and clean. The free breakfast was above average, having a choice of eggs and other hot items. They allow pets, with a very reasonable one-time service charge. The employees were very friendly and helpful.

The bed was very hard and uncomfortable, and the pillows were too small. The microwave, fridge, and alarm clock were not plugged in - there was an extension cord behind the bed that had to be plugged in, with all those items on it. Didn't feel safe, and the alarm clock plug would keep falling out and turning off.

This hotel was fine for the night. Room was clean with no problems at check-in. However, it advertised a hot breakfast but the food wasn't. Other than that, there are no complaints.

"Awful Motel"
MOLD everywhere: toilet, ceiling of bedroom, and it smelled bad. Would not stay at this motel again at any price. It is rated on your site as a "3"; it is NOT even a "1". Motel is OLD and not well maintained ! !

The only thing wrong - and it wasn't a major problem - is that the air conditioner didn't quite cool the room. Otherwise, we were completely comfortable with a great view and easy access to the pool.

"No Bible in Room"
The room was fine, and the service was fine, but there was no Bible in the room.
"Unbelieveable wait to be checked in!"
I arrived at the front desk at 5:50 pm. The desk clerk visited at length with the people checking in before me, even reciting them a poem he had written! Finally, after a 20 minute wait at 6:10 pm, he got around to waiting on me, which took all of 2 minutes since I was prepaid with an Internet booking. The carpet in the room was stained and filthy. […] The upholstered chair was filthy. The bathroom floor was not as clean as it could've been. All in all, a very terrible experience, and quite frankly, I am not difficult to please. "Decent hotel for the price"
Great location! Our room had a leak in it and they did not have another one to give us. I think they should have given us a credit or something to compensate for it but they didn't. Other than that it was alright.

I don't care what the price of a hotel, I expect it to be clean. The room was dirty. Hair (several) in bathroom and on sheets. The pool was FILTHY!! The general appearance of the hotel and rooms was dirty. Would not stop there again
