this hotel was pretty much what you expect for the price. There was mold on the walls of the hallway but we had clean linens. bathroom was very small, sink was outside the bathroom itself. it was just to get through the night for a class the next day.

We had been driving for 9 and a half hours and decided to stop in Annapolis. We were traveling with our three small Pomeranians, which can make booking a room challenging at times. Called hotels-dot-com to ensure that the hotel did indeed accept pets - we were assured they did, and we completed our booking over the phone. No smoking was also specified […] - my wife is severely allergic to cigarette smoke. Arrived to find the hotel policy was that pets were only permitted in smoking rooms. A can of air freshener was offered to accommodate us. Room was filthy, and STANK of cigarette smoke. Hallways were also dirty, and rugs were worn and torn in places. Recommend you stay anywhere else. The hotel was ok. Not easy to get too. Need to make sure when have full rooms to have plenty of food for guests. Weekend we stayed was filled w/ wedding guests and football game. Not alot of room for seating to eat.

This place is horrible! I rented a King NON-smoking room and instead of cig smoke smell I get Mildew.. It smelled like that place flooded and it wasn't cleaned at all! I called front desk for room change she said nothing I can do for you sorry and hung up! NEVER AGAIN!!!

This was by far my worst hotel experience in my lifetime. The wallpaper was falling off the walls, the room was dirty. You didn't even want to touch the door to leave! The room itself was about 20 square feet - very small and cramped. The bathtub did not have any slip proofing in it and was very slick. Didn't stay an hour called a cab and relocated toanother hotel. Quality Inn was out in the boonies not 4 four miles from the naval academy like we were told place was dark and dingy ,room not clean. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

it was good hotel

The only is that nobody told me what time breakfast was and I couldn't fine it in the book. The room worked for what we needed for a one night stay. The frig was nice to have. I was surprise it was dog friendly. Nice to know. The desk was helpful on where I wanted to go.

Was looking for a nice, clean place for a quick overnight stay. Very convenient right off Rt 50. Everything was well kept and comfortable. Will stop here again

This hotel worked out great for us. We had a wedding on Kent Island and majority of the hotels on kent island were $100 more than this hotel or booked for the weekend we needed. It's only a 10 minute drive over the bridge and it worked out great. We have suggested this hotel to our friends who are either interested in going to Sandy Point State Park […] or visiting Kent island. Reason for only getting a 3 was that the hotel was very out-dated. The vending machine had nothing in it. And the "breakfast" was from 6-9, not to 10am. Relatively cheap for the area. Continental Breakfast was good with waffles and hard boiled eggs, oatmeal, fruit, muffins, coffee and juice. Room was comfortable but nothing special. I suppose a name like "Quality Inn" is vague enough to accurately describe the service and amenities that you will experience during your stay. Is it good quality? No. Would you call it high quality? Certainly not. Qualifies as livable space? I suppose. The bad: Bathroom was tiny with a slow-draining shower designed for those shorter than 5'5". The […] toilet flusher handle was broken off so in order to dispose of waste, you needed to lift the lid on the back of the toilet and yank the chain to drain the tank. Front desk staff lacked common sense and customer service training. The air conditioning window unit had two settings: Antarctica and Magma. Room rate exorbitantly inflated due to local race event. Overall atmosphere was suffocating and depressing. The good: Free continental breakfast and round-the-clock access to free juice, coffee and tea. Beds were not too bad. Only place with rooms available; so not much choice in the Annapolis area. Non-smoking rooms still smell bad, and it should be recommended to replace or at least try to repair the burn marks on the tub from previous smoking guests using it as an ashtray as they sit on the toilet! I made a reservation for a non-smoking king, and said i was travelling with a dog. The clerk said fine and done. When i got there the keys did not work for the outside doors, and they took me to a smoking section that made me gag. The bimbo night clerk said the they only put dogs in smoking rooms, truned on her heels and left. I also left, and refused […] to pay. Never have I had such an unpleasant experience. Læs mere

The hotel is not really pet friendly. only smoking rooms are allowed with pets. The smoking odor (not pets odor) in corridor is awful. On top of this, there were road works when we checked in, thus it was very noisy all night.

Just a little out of the way. It was not BAD, but the hotel needs some sprucing up. It seems like it has been around for a while. No elevator to the second floor had my parents huffing to get up. I never would have booked the rooms here if I had known they had to climb to get to the 2nd floor.

The good - It is only a 10 min drive (on back roads) to the USNaval Academy. The outside of the hotel is clean. The man at the front desk was pleasant. The bad - There was hair on the bathroom floor. The shower had not been cleaned well, if at all. The room smelled like chemicals. There was a loud clanking noise all night long, every 28 minutes. Like […] 2 pipes banging against each other. Coffee in room was horrid, continental breakfast was minimal. Coffee there nasty too. I had read mostly bad reviews on this hotel, and a few good or ok ones. It was down to the wire, the only one left in my budget, and I booked it. On our way back home, we stayed in Middletown, an hour north at Hamton Inn, for same price. way out of town, poor service (actually scary, scruffy unshaven person in a hoodie at midnight check in), things didn't work and items were not stocked in room - could only command that price because it was all that was available in Annapolis on a Navy home game Saturday.

It was a great trip for me and my family. Very nice staff.

Needs loving care. Rooms are too small. Would not recomend to anyone. Very disappointed. Just because I need a close room with the graduation at Annpolis it was too expensive. I would of rather stay at a more cleaner and bigger room and paid more more.
