Good price, pleasant stay

This was the WORST hotel experience of my life. The hotel general manager was extremely rude and condescending. The rooms are filthy, the free "breakfast" is laughable at best. The hotel manager should be sent to a training class to learn how to properly provide decent customer service. This place is awful.

My fiance and I booked for two nights and only stayed one. We would have checked out as soon as we saw the room except we had been traveling all day and were exhausted. The pictures online did not look like anything we saw in real life. The tub had dirt marks inside of it. The sheets had two stains on them, and my fiance had to unhook the toilet in […] the middle of the night because it was running every few minutes constantly waking us up. Room needs updating and re-conditioning. Broken lamps and old furniture.

There was only (1) towel and (3) tiny, flat pillows for a room with a king size bed and (2) occupants. When I went to the front desk and asked for a few more towels and pillows, I was told that they do not have extra pillows and they would only give me (1) extra towel. Also, the bathroom was DISGUSTING. It was obviously not cleaned properly as there […] was hair stuck to every surface in there. The toilet seat had obviously been "wiped" off as there was a thick residue streaked across it. The grout in the tub/shower was dark brown and flaking off, exposing a pretty disgusting surface underneath. The tub looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks as there was black film all over it, somewhat looking permanently stained. It was my understanding that these rooms were recently remodeled, but you could not tell from the condition. Even looking up at the ceiling in the bathroom, there was hair stuck to the surface of the ceiling as well. Your best bet is to go down the street to the Extended Stay Delux. Læs mere

The Econo Lodge is conveniently located and is always very reasonably priced and very clean and comfortable. We always stay there when we go to that area in NJ

We don't need fancy. Needed an inexpensive, clean place to sleep. Econo Lodge filled the criteria. Pillows were soft - I like hard pillows.

Very nice and comfortable place, rooms very clean, off the road which was great, close to Philadelphia where we went sightseeing. Great diner down the road, Bob Evan's Resturant just in front of it, Flat screen tv's which was very nice, beds comfortable, clean. Will stay there again

me and my husband was so suprise about how the hotel look inside the room we slept like a baby in the bed and the room had flat screen tv i will stay here

This was a last minute booking when we decided to spend one more day in Philadelphia. The township was so quiet and clean. This hotel was a bargain for the location and the atmosphere.

My husband and I were very impressed with the quality and cleanliness of the EconoLodge Mt. Laurel. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and the flat screen tv was pretty great! The tub was perfect for a nice, warm comfortable bath, which I certainly appreciated after a day of driving! Super deal!

My only complaint is that I wish there was an option for late check-out. Other than that, my stay was fine.

Perfectly fine hotel for the money. The guy at the front desk was very cheerful and chatty when we came to check in quite late, and the bed was comfortable if somewhat crammed into the small room. Great Hotel for the price. Not on the main Hwy so there isn't too much road noise. Easy to get to Philadelphia. Staff was very helpful.

This hotel is good if your looking for a transit location on your road trip.Do not plan if it is more than a overnight stay. 1. This hotel is a value. Very clean and updated. Very affordable.

It's a good stay for one night. Room was clean and I noticed they had motion sensors in the room to activate the AC so that when you're gone it turns off (I think). I guess they're all about staying "green". The room did have a slight smell to it ... like incense but it went away when the AC was turned on. Internet worked just fine too. The only thing […] that was a little rough around the edges was the front desk person. He got us checked in/out pretty fast but he wasn't that friendly either. It could be a cultural thing? Not sure. Lastly we asked for conditioner since we only had shampoo. He said the cleaning lady has it in the closet but he doesn't have access to it. No big deal we just thought it was odd. I choose this hotel over its slightly higher priced competitor where a friend stayed. Her hotel turned out to be a disaster, so I am glad I made this choice. The hotel was relatively clean, bed was comfortable and was a good location for access to the highway and for traveling to Philly and other parts of South Jersey. They do have wi-fi and flat screen […] televisions. Room was very small, the breakfast consisted of Sunny Delight and grocery store muffins and bagels of which we did not partake. It suited my purposes because I did not go there to stay in the room, but to sight see and visit with my former high school friends and stay within my tight budget. I'm a cleaning lady at my parents resort so I know when a cleaning person is cutting corners, but this was not just corners this was just about everything. Not only were there hairs on the walls of the bathroom, in the tub, on the toilet, in the sink and in the fridge. But their pillows were tiny. My mother has a muscle condition and she needed another […] pillow to support her back but they refused to give us another pillow. Their excuse was "we have no extra". Which is crap because all hotels/motels have extra. Not only that but the man at the front desk mumbled and you couldn't even understand him half the time. The condition of this hotel is absolutely deplorable. Rooms were filthy and at times after they were supposedly clean...hair was left in the bathroom and bedding area from the previous customers. No ironing board in the room and you must SHARE a iron that you must check out from the Front Desk. The hotel is a basic, clean nice hotel. The staff was very nice and very helpful. Even when I had left and had forgot my medications in the room they tracked me down to inform me and held on to it untill I came back to pick it up. I will defintely stay at this hotel again when I am in the area!!!!

This hotel was convenient to the concert we were attending in nearby Philadelphia. The only real drawbacks were very heavy traffic, and the breakfast really was nothing....quite terrible. Dried up muffins and bad coffee were ALL they had. So don't expect breakfast but otherwise it was fine.

We stayed at this hotel to avoid the expensive places in Philly. Its a little further from the city than we originally realized, about 20 min from Center City, and you have the $5 toll to pay to cross the bridge to get into the city, but its right off of 295 and easy to get to. Very affordable at the time I booked this. In some ways , the updated look of the room was better than expected, however, please note the following: 1. Got a rather cold welcome at check in even though our reservation was pre-paid (can anyone say "I've given you my money already, where's the service?) 2. They photocopy your license and incidentals credit […] card like you are some criminal. 3. The door to my room had a huge gap between the side of the door frame and door. We could have fit a pencil through it. Also, there was no door chain. 4. The alarm clock in the room was blinking the wrong time, indicating that the room hadn't been checked before my arrival. 5. There were 3 mini pillows on a King sized bed provided. C'mon people! Seriously? 6. The neighborhood was majorly sketchy. Good rate, super close to the turnpike and clean... and overall good experience... but, like with every econo lodge, do not pick the hotel for the "continental breakfast"... unless you like muffins and coffee....

A good hotel for the value. It was easily accessible, clean and comfortable. If I was staying over in the area again, I would have no hesitation of picking this hotel.

The room was clean and comfortable, but the wifi speed was slow, at some point that it was almost unusable.

Location is poor. There are no pathways/walking areas and there is only one place to eat nearby. It is expensive in a cab from the city, but room was clean with free internet.

I really did not want to stay at this facility at first but since I was in the area for few hours before continuning my trip, I decided to take a chance. I am glad I did. It met and exceeded my expectations of similar facilities. The surroundings and my room were extremely clean. I would definitely stay there next time am in the area.

Great hotel for the price. Outside looked a little run down, but the room was very clean and comfortable (just a little small). It was nice to have microwave and fridge, wondered why there was no clock radio. The continental breakfast was almost non-existant, just a couple little muffins and an empty pot of coffee. Overall, would stay there again.

Overall, we found the hotel to be a good value. Just realize that the rooms are very small, the beds are hard. Also, the continental breakfast is very minimal - just orange juice, coffee and some small bagels and muffins.
