With a location this close to the airport it would be time to update the sound proofing. You can hear the planes all night along with the noise on the street. Non - smoking room ! Included 2 ash trays and the bed and room was like sleeping with a room full of smokers. 4:15 AM wake up call came at 4:33 AM Free shuittle - NOT if your flight leaves at 6:30 AM because Shuttle starts at 6 AM - Have $11 for a taxi - they will at least request it for you.

My stay at this hotel was mediocre. It was convenient to the airport. Lobby staff were not friendly. Stayed 3 nights and no maid service at all.

Good room for a short stay. The room had a cigarette smell even though I was in a non smoking room.The internet did not work well. They did however, have free boarding pass service on their computer. They had a free shuttle service to airport. No lobby to speak of. Overall a value for the price.

Convenient place near Nashville airport, comfortable, clean, friendly.

Nice, clean and friendly check in staff. Free wifi inroom, you can print boarding pass in lobby. Free coffee in lobby. Nice, clean and safe rooms. Very convenient for the airport traveller.

I was pleasantly surprised with the overall quality of the room, given some of my experiences with other inns. The color coordination was very nice. I arrived late in the evening around 11pm, the night shift staff was very pleasant and accomodating.

Real dump--Staff tries but several times phone calls were never answered-Sanitizing spray in room was overpowering and sickening-Airport transportation was contracted and they charged us for airport to hotel transport.

overall was ok. have stayed there before so I knew what to expect out of cleanliness which is just so so...only thing that bothered me was that when I arrived there were two people being waited on and a guy sitting on a chair. I waited in line behind the two guys and once there were done I stepped up and the girl said the guy on the chair was next..... […] i was ok with that until I seen that she knew the guy and it was only because he brought her some video cables and they chatted it up while I waited... wasnt the service I expected or normally got. Red Roof Inn Nashville Airport is a very convenient place to stay although not close to downtown, but a good bargain anyway. Clean rooms and a pleasant staff is always a plus. Plenty of options for a quick meal within walking distance.

Very run down, but you get what you pay for and the price was right. Complimentary shuttle to/from airport was a plus

When I booked, I asked Hotels.com for a property that offered free airport parking also. They did not have anything. On check-in, I saw a sign that said stay 1 night and get 7 days of airport parking free. You cannot book this through Hotels.com. You have to go to their website or call the local property. Their shuttle service was wonderful at 0400! Had to get to the airport early and they were there right on time. The room was nice, the only problem was the ventilation was none. I don't think the cooler worked. It was along night. Other than that little problem, it was a good stay. Great location, we walked to Shoney's for a great dinner.

What a great location! The hotel sits right off of the main highway in that area and is just a jump from the airport. Surprisingly, though we were so closer to the highway and airport, we heard neither in our room. This hotel was really a great deal. My wife and I stayed in a very clean non-smoking king room. The only thing I can say as a minus is […] minor. At first, we were given a room without a working air-conditioner. With a temperature of 95 that day, I was not happy. However, we asked for a room switch and got a switch without any hassle. The other issue was the water smelled a little bit. However, my wife thought I was crazy, so it may have just been a well-water smell or something like that. I must say that even if these two things were a bigger deal than they actually were, the hotel would still be worth the deal. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a one-night stay. There was an "unusual" smoking/musty" odor in my room which is not ordinary for Red Roof. It wasn't overbearing but a nuisance. Considering the price of the room I didn't say anything to the management. The location of the hotel to the freeway and airport is great and the neighborhood was very safe. Highly recommend.

Front desk staff were very accommodating and friendly. The room was simple, and serviceable for an overnight stay.

Cleanliness was mediocre at best. service was non existant. a light over the vanity went out but was not fixed after it was reported at all. Water presure was non existant. and if someone flushed the toilet in the next room there was no water at all. I am surprized hotels.com even lists this hotel.

The room that I stayed in was supposed to be a business king, it was no where near a business room. There was no clock, the water pressure was terrible, the drawer had dirty towels in it, and there wasn't even a "do not disturb" sign. Oh yeah, the wireless internet didn't work half the time.
