Vores ophold på Vista Inn var behageligt, de ansatte var søde og hjælpfulde og poolen var fin. Beliggenheden var upåklagelig! 2 min gågang til Beale Street, og alt andet var i gåafstand, virkelig fedt! Dog var der en del støj fra Beale St om natten! Motellet havde ikke morgenmad, så det spiste vi på T.G.I Fridays på Union Ave, hvilket var fint. Værelserne og rengøringen var fint, dog med lidt at ønske i forhold til sengene, som var lidt snuskede.

Hvis man vil bo billigt i og nær Memphis, er dette stedet. Det er lige over broen og 10 minutters kørsel fra bymidten. Man bor rent teknisk i Arkansas, for det er Westmemphis. jeg boede der i 2004 og var meget tilfreds. I 2011 vendte jeg tilbage for en enkelt nat. Servicen var blevet udvidet med morgenmad.

"Extended Stay America - Bartlett"
My overall impression of this facility was good at first, but then I noticed a few things. Only one burner of a 2 burner stovetop was working and it was the small burner. The bathroom faucet was missing a piece and every time you turned on the water it would soak you. The toliet seat was only held on by one bolt. We reported all of these problems on […] our first day and were told they would get to it. When we checked out 4 days later they had not been fixed. The staff was friendly enough but did not see to our needs adequately. Despite all of these problems, I felt this was a decent hotel for the price and would recommend it for someone on a budget. hotel is very aged and is in very poor condition, broken and obviously poorly repaired doors, stained paint and countertops, caulking around tub coming off, peices of the laminate flooring was missing, discolored mirror and just very dirty feeling room, and you hear everything going on around you, not soundproof at all (no sleeping in)

"Despicable"
This is an awful place to stay. The walls need painting. Televisions need upgrading. Property manager on duty was not accessible at 8pm. I would have understood if it was 12 midnight and not being available. The guests next door to me fought and argued all night. I barely got any rest.
"Non-Smoking Rooms Don't Smell Like it"
The first non-smoking room I was given had a horrible stench of cigarette smoke. I requested a change of room which they obliged but it wasn't much better. They stated that they tell guests they can't smoke in non-smoking rooms but have no control over them doing so.

I am really disappointed with the Extended Stay America Memphis - Sycamore View 5885 Shelby Oaks Dr because I had a booking and when I check in the hotel on 03.00am and turns the hotel cencelled my booking with reason I was late to come as well as the hotel has transferred my room to other guests. "It was ok for the money..."
This hotel is in an area right off of Sycamore View on Shelby Oaks Drive. The hotel is right next to the Interstate and that wasn't really a problem for me, but it may be for some. However, when I made my reservation, I was offered a Queen room, but when I got to the hotel...the front desk clerk informed me that they were overbooked and all I could […] get was a room with 2 twin beds. A friend came by to visit while I was in town and was blown away by how small the twin beds were and how low to the floor they were. The smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling and TV was small and old fashioned. It wasn't ALL bad and fairly good for the money. This was an older Extended Stay America. I stayed at one in Columbus, GA that ran circles around this one! So in comparison to the one in GA, this one is mediocre at best. The smoke detector was hanging from the wall, the lamps did not work, the firge was nasty, the coffee did not come with sugar or cream abd the front desk didn't know if they had chairs in their room.. I will never stay there again..

"This place is a dump"
Avoid like the plague, room was dirty and smelly, TV was old and had no remote. Room had an easy chair which I wouldn't sit on for fear of catching something. Only redeeminf factor was that the bed and linen were clean.
"Extended Stay- You get what you pay for"
Non smoking room smelled like smoke. Bed was as hard as a rock. There were no other available rooms to switch to so we were stuck in the smoke smelling room. It was very inexpensive and close to where we needed to be so we got what we paid for.

This Extended Stay America - Sycamore View was run down and dirty, the air conditioner was not able to keep the room cool in the 100 degree heat. We left after an hour or so and went to the Extended Stay Deluxe - Germantown. That location was what I expected from Extended Stay.... clean and well kept.

"lost phone"
I left my Blackberry in the room, the staff was most helpful and I had it back in a few days. The room was basic, I was only there one night and did not take advantage of the kitchen. Would stay again but bring my own pillow.

"Not where you would want to extend your stay!"
Asked for a non-smoking room. Room had cigarette burns on top of t.v. and comforter where cigarettes had been set and allowed to burn down. Could not get another room and it reeked so badly that everything in my suitcase had to be cleaned after wards to remove the smell. The residual smoke also triggered my asthma. Sleeping was impossible even with […] earplugs as hotel is 100 ft from freeway. Could not get an extra pillow when I requested one. Hotel has begun renovations according to Mgr. starting on 1st floor. I was on 3rd floor. No elevator, carpet in room was disgustingly stained as was the box springs. Worst hotel experience EVER! Great price, but the hotel was not clean at ALL! The floors were gross, There were other people's hair on the counter and the floor. The coffee maker had a very thick layer of grime all over it. The room (non-smoking) wreaked of smoke, not to mention some cigarette holes on the chair. Maybe I'm took picky. "Extended Stay - Not great, not horrible"
I thought the room was small and poorly maintained. The blankets, sheets and pillows smelled horrible.
"RAT DROPPINGS on bed"
I reserved a non-smoking room, but was told at check-in all they had was smoking rooms. I told them that if the room stunk like smoke I would have to another room. I was told they were full and that if I had a problem I needed to contact hotels.com. The room didn't smell so we took the room. It went downhill from there - there were rat droppings (yes […] rat crap) on one of the beds, one of the windows was broken and would not lock. The hotel knew the window was broken because maintenance had put a screw in the window track to keep it from being opened from the outside. The bathroom was absolutely filthy – not dirty, FILTHY!!!! "Horrible!"
The refrigerator had hair in the freezer, the dishes had coffee all over them, the coffee machine had a used filter full of coffee grain in it. The dresser looked 50 year old. No elevator and we were on the third floor with a lot of things to carry. It was a horrible experience for my husband and myself. I will never recommend nor stay here again.

i stayed 2 nights and everytime i go to memphis i stay at this hotel the lady at the lobby named rita she is so awesome always there when i go there and she is very nice and gets me everything i need

i have stayed at this motel several times and plan on staying again the lady at the desk is a very nice lady and is always friendly when i'm there she has waited on me everytime i'm there and she knows who i am when i return. calls me by my last name.
I was not impressed with this hotel. I have stayed in hotels of comparable price and received complimentary breakfast and had access to Wi Fi. This was not the case here. I also found the area to be quite noisey, which surprised me. If you are looking for a place to sleep uninterrupted, this is not the place to go.
hotel close to high way, rates are reasonable. no shampoo, no cups in the coffee maker, faucet not working in bath room.

"Extended Stay America"
I was put in a smoking room despite indicating non-smoking and everything in the room smelled like cigarettes. The smoke detector in the room was broken and dangling from the ceiling. The mattress had huge yellow stains on the sides. The furniture had many signs of wear. The room had a constant odd smell. Overall I was disappointed at the room.

Very crowded and room numbers were missing which made finding room confusing. Other customers were loud and were nasty. Garbage cans overflowing with trash. Room was not what I thought it would be. Chose this hotel because of previous stays at other Extended Stays. Will never stay at this location again!
"Old, Noisy, and Itchy!"
If you just need to save some dollars, bring Lysol, your own bedding, and some earplugs! While the hotel grounds seem to be kept up fairly well, the inside does not reflect the same. The furnishings are very old and dirty. They are so dirty that you itch looking at them. The hotel sits directly next to an expressway. "Considering the price, it was okay."
The hotel isn't bad for someone just looking for utilitarian reasons. It had a nice stove, full-sized fridge, and storage room. The beds were tiny, though, and only one pillow per bed. Also, the TV was small. The staff was wonderful, though, and the cost was very reasonable for someone just looking for a place to spend the night.
