Hotellet ligger lige ved blomstertorvet og operaen, så det er fantastisk centralt. Til gengæld må man så accepterer larm fra den irske pub der spiller vildt højt og værelserne er på ingen måde lydisolerede. tværtimod kunne man høre alt, og alt var lige en tand for meget, alt hvad der foregik på gangen og i værelset ved siden af. Værelset var samtidig […] så lille at det ikke er muligt at trække stolen ved skrivebordet ud eller åbne sin kuffert uden at ramme sengen eller væggen. Bestemt ikke pengene værd og egentlig også noget af en tilsnigelse at kalde det et værelse, et skab havde været bedre. Morgenmadens kvalitet var heller ikke de 20 € værd. 2 menneskers receptionen ved ankomst, den ene i mødekommende, den anden havde klart den attitude at.. Åh, nej nu kommer der gæster igen.. Så dette hotel vil jeg bestemt ikke anbefale. Læs mere

Hotel Beau Rivage was a very nice hotel with extraordinarily good service. Very nice room and with a central location, which probably couldn't have been better. We would definitely return to the hotel on another trip to Nice!

Hotellet ligger tæt på den gamle på og tæt på alt hvad Nice byder på. Vi har været yderst tilfredse.

Fantastisk beliggenhed, men vi "opgraderede" til et supremeværelse, men værelset var meget lille og klaustrofobisk. Meget rent og pent. dyr morgenmad. Ikke prisen verd.

Hotellets beliggenhed var god (100m fra strand og tæt på den gamle bydel) - men der var ingen af værelserne (bortset fra Suiten) der havde havkig/udsigt. Fint lille værelse, men dog dyrt i forhold til størrelsen af værelset. Intet at udsætte på hotellet - andet end det for nogen (inkl. os) er noget dyrt i forhold til det hvad man får.

Hotel Beau Rivage ligger supercentralt lige bag strandpromenaden, under 5 minutters gang fra den gamle bydel og tæt på off. transport til lufthavn. Alligevel er der roligt om natten. Dejlige værelser, nydelige og rene badeværelser. Vi vil absolut komme igen!

The hotel is nice and clean. It is on a great location a few minutes from the beach and from the center which is really good. The most of the staff is kindly and helpful except one who was very phlegmatic and uncooperative. We had no hot water on one night and the next morning. Stayed four nights at the Hotel Beau Rivage during Easter weekend 2012. Chose this hotel because of the location near the water, didn't imagine the location would be this good...right near old town Nice and the flower market, lovely alleyways with incredible restaurants. We had three adults in one room, which worked fine with a roll away bed. Very clean […] and comfortable, really good breakfast buffet, too. FREE internet, which was a welcome surprise! Make sure you wander through the alleys to find good food and shops, we had a wonderful time wandering. This hotel is also near the tram and bus stops at Place Massena. Easy to get to main train station from there. Took day trips to Monaco (1 Euro for bus each way), and Cannes (via train). This is a great place to stay in Nice and we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and the city. Læs mere

Convenient. Restaurant just within 5 mins walking. And the back is beach. As we rent a car from AVIS and the door just opposite. I like it so much

I have been disapointed by the room. For me, it was not a 4 stars standard but rather a 3 stars. However the location was very nice.

I found it to be a great hotel with a great location and friendly people. They knew all of the good places to eat and see. Short walk to the beach, town center and the old port. Staff was very friendly and can speak many languages. Room was clean and tidy and very welcoming. Would recommend this hotel to anyone

The Hotel Beau Rivage Nice is not up to four star standards, except for the price. The receptionist was rude and could not look at her clients in the face. The rooms are in desperate need of update. A paint job, and dusting goes a long way. The bathroom is not well designed. If you want to take a shower, there is no way to do so without flooding the […] bathroom floor. We stayed in this hotel only one night in December 2011 and would not go back. The one saving grace is the location. As it is situated directly between the Old City and the Commercial shopping area, and about 100m from the local market, it couldn't be in a better place. However, over all, not worth the money spent. An excellent Hotel with an excellent location in the hearth of the old town in Nice. If it was not for an issue we had with the hot water, we would have recommended this Hotel to others. The hot water broke down during one morning with the effect that we could not take a shower. No compensation was offered to us from the personell on this matter.

The make over of Berau Rivage taht happened just a few years ago is ready to be refreshed. The odern style is excellent, but as we might expect after a couple of years it's getting tired. Just needs a bit of paint etc. Do take note, the hotel s now on the back side of teh original Beau Rivage. The beachfront structure has been converted to residences […] and the hotel is the smaller building in back. No views, but perfect location for exploring Nice. Læs mere

At first glance the hotel is modern, but upon closer inspection there was visible mold on the shower wall and the tub. There was mold and someone else's hair on the counter near the sink and the drawer in the bathroom didn't stay shut. There were spots on the carpet that were wet by the bed, you felt like you didn't want to walk on the carpet with your […] bare feet. Location was great, steps to the beach-even though it was over 20 euros to sit at it and there was no half day price-you can sit on the public beach close by but know that it is a rocky beach-no sand. The staff were all very helpful, were fluent English speakers. We liked the decor and location , one block from the sea. walking distance to flower market and old town etc. However, the TV in my room did not work the first night was repaired by second. The TV in my sister's room despite several complaints never worked properly. Also there was no shampoo […] after first night. apparently hotel had run out of it. Parking is several blocks away in underground garage which was very difficult to navigate one's way out because of narrow driveway. Læs mere

We couldn't have asked for a better location. Lots of restaurants and shopping up and down the street ... plus the hotel is right next to the beach boardwalk. The hotels restaurant is across the street - right on the beach. Beautiful and great food. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was a decent size for European standards. My […] only complain really was the bed. It was very uncomfortable. It slopped down really bad on both sides so we had to squeeze in the middle to keep from falling off the bed. Another thing that was a little strange is that there weren't any drawers anywhere. We had enough hanging closet space but no drawers. So I ended up piling my folded items in the small area next to the nightstand. Both of these items would be an easy fix for the hotel... New mattress and a small dresser. One final note, which applies to almost every French or Italian hotel we stayed in.... no outlet in the bathroom..... What's with that! Læs mere

The hotel is on a great location on Veccia Venice in Nice. The place that everythings happens, so I have the covenience to be close nice restaurants, flower market,etc... you can go walk everywhere. The hotel is very nice but they charge to be on his private beach I though the guests could enjoy it with no charge. I had a good time there, my room was […] big for a french hotel. Just have no luck to the guy on reception he was very unpolite. But the others was nice people. Læs mere

Both my husband , who travels & stays in 5 star hotels, booked last minute and came across Beau Rivage. We were very impressed with this boutique type hotel. Great location to centre ville, a step away to lots of restaurants & block away from beach. The beds were so comfortable, conceirge staff provided superior customer service ~ they were very trustworthy […] of us when we borrowed a converter for our blackberry; very accommodating with our requests, very friendly and always greeted you with a smile. I would go back to Nice and the Beau Rivage in an instant!

Lovely hotel - went there for a girls holiday, twin beds were pushed together, wasn't any room to have them apart though. we were good friends so didn't matter to much.not much room to have two suitcases, but a good size bathroom. Very clean. only down side, on the first day rang to request room service, were asked what we wanted (Fries) to be told […] there is no room service! there are plenty of places to eat and small supermarkets - but you HAVE to go to the Street Markets! A-Mazing! from flavored sugar to pastries, to flowers, to meats, I could go on... fresh fruit was excellent to pick up for breakfast when you're sightseeing. Læs mere

We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Beau Rivage. The hotel was clean and convenient to Old Town Nice, and the employees were very helpful. The only drawback that we found was that it appeared from the website that private beach access was included with a room, but there is only a slight discount. We went to the private beach once and then just walked down […] 100 yards to the public beach the next time. Overall, though, we would definitely stay here again. Læs mere

Loved our stay here. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful (not always the case in France!) and the room clean and comfortable. Location was excellent and we particularly enjoyed the brunch on the the hotels beach! We would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is pretty low key but in an ideal spot in nice. Has its own beach area which is nice. Don't go for the breakfast because it simply isn't good or worth it. Rooms are small but comfortable. Staff was great..

This was a great hotel, with a fantastic location across the street from the Sea. Very modern. The hotel staff were awesome. We arrived way early, and they made sure we could get into our room early. That was so helpful, as we were tired travelers and ready to crash. Furthermore, they were kind about storing our luggage for several additional hours […] after check out. we had to change rooms four times. 1st room, the TV didn't work. The 2nd room the A/C didn't work. The 3rd room was so small one person had to stay on the bed so the other one could get to the other side of the room. the 4th room didn't have sound proof windows even though they said they were.

It was a great newly renoveated hotel just steps from Old Town Nice. Easy walk to restaurants, markets, beach and historical sites.

Stayed here a few times and got a room upgrade which was lovely as standard rooms can be a tad small but with so much on your doorstop you don't stay at this hotel to sit in your room! Service was good though why champagne bucket and soiled glasses not removed by housekeeping still a puzzle. This however was the only problem we had. Use the slippers […] provided as the carpet in the room was a bit grubby looking but the room itself was more than adequate cleanliness wise. Would I recommend you stay? Oh Yes... Læs mere

We loved this hotel. We booked two rooms, a double and triple, full breakfast included, close to everything. Stayed two nights, then two nights in avignon, and two more nights here. The staff was very helpful and friendly. From here you can walk to the old town, the place Messina, Jean medicine, the beach in one block although we were here in December, […] still nice for walking. The hotel was in a perfect location for our 3-day stay in Nice. The hotel amenities were as advertised and I would not hesitate to recommend the hotel to family and friends. If future travel plans include the Riviera, I would most definitely choose the Beau Rivage Hotel.

Beau Rivage is a great looking contemporary hotel in a great location in Nice. Unfortunately it negatives outweigh the positives. The rooms are cleverly designed but both the bathrooms and the rooms are rather small for staying more than a night. Also the bathrooms were a little "mildewy'. The breakfast was extremely expensive ($25 per person) for the […] quality of the meal and there was no provision for just coffee in the mornings. Also there was no computer/business center, either for a fee or gratis. Finally as we returned for the second reservation (so we could fly out the next morning) they had turned off the a/c for the season, making it necessary to sleep with the windows open and making it hard to sleep given the street noise.
