Hotellet ligger meget smukt helt ud til vandkanten. Nogle værelser vender ind mod byen og der er en del støj fra en jernbane med godstransport, som kører hele natten. Service, restaurant og beliggenhed er helt i top.

We were given a warning at the check in desk that there was a wedding that night on the floor above our room. The desk clerk said to call if it got too noisy. Yes... boom da boom da boom until midnight! Also,the Victoria Cruise line dock was right next door, North of the Edgewater. Boats were coming and going at late hours... the dock that the boats […] were tied up to was very noisy. Wave action would cause a screeching banging noise. The window looking over Elliott bay were fogged up. Good thing it was relatively warm out so we could open the windows. The room decor was a bit worn. For close to $400 a night I expected much better... like Four Seasons Hotel quality. Læs mere

This was our first time to the Edgewater and it won't be our last. The staff, restuarant, room and location all were awesome. If your going on a cruise and need some place to stay the night before this will be your place.

Excellent service from registration to valet parking. Very accomodating staff. Easy access to Pikes Market, Ex Officio, and great water front views from some of the rooms.

The room had a great view of the bay and one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in. Bathroom amenities were top notch and classy. I would consider staying here again on my next holiday to Seattle.

All was good except for their attempt to make me pay for wifi. Would have told all my friends to stay there and posted a good review, instead I had countless conversations about how desperate the hotel management seemed to make an extra dollar off me. Really embarrassing.

We absolutely loved our unobstructed water view room. We looked out over the entire Puget Sound and a good part of the Pike Market area. Great sunsets. The room was very clean with both rustic cabin and modern touches that somehow worked well together. The hotel restaurant was very good with more spectacular water views. Great hotel! Friendly, personal staff, well managed and eager to please. Within walking distance of many Seattle must-sees (Pike Place Marker, water taxi, Pioneer Square, and Belltown). Amazing waterfront views for picture taking. The hotel itself is worth taking pictures of. Stay here! You won't be disappointed.

This is a quite nice room and place to stay. The decor struck me as "upscale hunting lodge," with all the wood, brown and earth hues, and the outdoors themes of the pictures. The bar is typically pricey as one would expect at a place like this; but the drinks are okay. The restaurant food was above even Seattle's standards. The concierge sent us to […] an awesome breakfast in the market place. The staff and hotel's own PR make a big deal about the Beatles (Stones, and others) having stayed there. That was about 50 years ago; I'd hazard a guess that the only original things remaining in the Beatles' suite are the walls. Incredible! What fantastic accommodations you will not be disappointed and the restaurant was stellar! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Seattle, the location allows you to soak up all the Emerald Coty has to offer.

The Edgewater is a great place to stay while in Seattle. The staff is top of the line. Courteous, helpful, accommodating, present without being intrusive. The hotels lodge feel is warm and inviting. The restaurant and lounge at nice for a stay in meal or drink. The Edgewater is walking distance to many of Seattle's best sights. They also offer a van […] service with rides to popular attractions close by. The crew at the bell desk had great recommendations for places to eat nearby. We were using the Clipper to return from Victoria and the hotel is on the same pier as we landed at, so very convenient. The restaurant was closed when we arrived, but there was a bar menu. The food that night, as well as lunch the next day was excellent. The view was extraordinary.

I had stayed at the Edgewater previously with my husband, and though the ongoing renovations made it somewhat more difficult to negotiate the hotel itself, it was much as I remembered. I was staying with my teenegae daughter this time (accompanying me on a trip that was mostly business) -- she enjoyed the room and the proximity to Pike Place Market […] and Seattle's Great Wheel. We picked this hotel because of the location to downtown Seattle. The pictures looked very nice online and we thought the price was great for the area. Upon arrival we find out that you can only valet park and the cost after tax is $46/night, which was not advertised on hotels.com or on the hotels website. The room was the size of a shoe box with a […] fire place that wouldn't work, dust clogged vents, and a very uncomfortable bed. The hotel does not have a pool or hot tub which started to make the price of the room seem high for what you were getting. The only great thing about this hotel is they allow dogs of any size for free but there are several hotels in the area that have a small dog fee but actually offer some nice amenities for the price of the room. The hotel does have a nice restaurant menu that was pretty expensive, but who would want to pass up the food at Pikes Place Market since it is within walking distance? Not me! Læs mere

We stayed at the Edgewater Inn for our 25th wedding anniversary. What an amazing place. The ambiance was beautiful as was pur rpom. The immenities were nice. The 6 7 restaurant was also lovely for breakfast. Thank you very much.

I picked the Edgewater from your website and couldn't have been happier. Fabulous location right on the water, a short walk from Pike's Place market, lovely crisp sheets and cozy fireplace. Food in restaurant was wonderful.I'll recommend it and go again myself!

Stayed at Edgewater for its history and location on the waterfront. My local business associate preferred to meet me at the Edgewater rather than their office. Lounge has a great view. Staff is helpful. Rooms are being updated.

Loved the lounge but the rooms need updating. OLD Tv, and the fireplace had problems twice, which why why we booked this particular hotel in the first place. The bellman who brought up our bags left them at the door, using one of them to prop it open and abruptly left.

Loved our stay. It was awesome that they accommodated the ocean front view I wanted, and even thou I was not informed of valet parking charges they made up for it with complimentary breakfast for my family! Breakfast and the service was incredible and I highly recommend staying there. Thanks Edgewater...from the Garza family!

While the hotel is beautiful, the lobby staff is friendly, and its location on the water can't be beat, my wife and I expected a far better experience for our money than what the Edgewater provided. The rooms are comfortable, but they are not well soundproofed and this hotel is LOUD. The passing trains did not disturb us, as our home is located quite […] close to tracks, but the noise from the rooms above and beside us was quite bothersome. This was not their fault, we didn't feel they were being unduly loud...just that he rooms had rather thin walls. The hotel's cleaning staff/service was brutal...beginning at 7am on Sunday morning they actually banged on every door, instead of knocking, and called out/yelled to each other as they proceeded to make their way up and down the hallway for the next hour and a half. Additionally, you can expect an expensive parking fee for an overnight stay. Save your money...any 2-3 star hotel will provide you with a 5-star quality sleep compared to the Edgewater. Læs mere

Loved the location and the views. Room was very small, could barely fit luggage in. Valet parking only. Breakfast at restaurant was good, but service was bad. Rest of hotel staff was good.

Was disappointed with our stay the hotel room itself was clean but the hallways and staircase was a mess. Housekeepers did not replace towels or coffee in our room which normally wouldn't bother me except the cost to stay was worth the extra effort to replace cups and condiments. The hotel was close to the Seattle center so easy walking access to anywhere down town, or if you do not walk the rain is close. It was well maintained, staff were always helpful and friendly. I would most definetly go there again.

We felt that a room with a fireplace and edgewater location would be quiet and peaceful way to celebrate our 27th wedding anniversary due to her mother dying a few days before. This was supposed to be a high end hotel. The fireplace did not work & the staff said that if its windy the fireplace blows out & the fireplace is the source of heat. They did not list that in there ad on internet. The hotel is kinda out of the way of everything had to take a cab to get anywhere to cold to walk. The hotel has very good views from the lobby and if you have an ocean facing room. But if you end up on the city side view like we did, be prepared for noise from freight trains that pass by every 20-30 minutes. We had a single bed room and the room is extremely small. There is a fireplace in the room which makes the room hot even when turned off and […] we had to open the windows because setting the thermostat to a lower temperature does not work. This makes the noise from the freight trains even worse. Now about parking - valet parking per day is $47 (incl taxes) and there is nothing but valet parking. Add tips to the valet everytime they bring the car for you and you are looking at $50 per day. This gets expensive very quick. Food at the restaurant is nothing to talk about, but Pike Place is only 20 min walk. There are also other seafood restaurants about 15 min walk. So while the pics online look great, this hotel is not as great as it is advertised to be. We would not recommend it - there are better choices in Seattle. Læs mere

Was a great place to stay. Location was a nice,scenic walk to Pike's and more. Restaurants and bars were close. Relaxing lounge with a fantastic view from on the water. Great and helpful staff. Will definitely be back

I paid $300 for a waterfront room. The view was amazing but the overall stay wasn't great. The fan vent hummed all night, no one offered to carry our bags up and the doors are paper thin. We heard every footstep from the elevator to their room. We also smelled any food any room ordered because of the ventilation. The bed squeaked horribly but the mattress […] was good.
