Der var dårlig service fra receptionens side. De ænsede nærmest ikke din tilstedeværelse og var meget lidt hjælpsomme generelt.

Great location, in the middle of Ocean Ave in South Beach. I had a first floor room, which I should have realized would be noisy - so unless you plan on staying out really late, I'd recommend getting a room on a higher floor. We enjoyed our stay. Perfect location. Our room was not very big. However, the clean room and very comfortable bed made up for the size. We would stay again. Thanks for a great get-a-way.

Only stayed 1 night, but hotel is kept super clean and the rooms are perfect for what they are. More than a couple nights stay prove to be a little challenging, cause the only thing the room lacks is a place to put your clothes besides the closet. Overall we love this place and plan on returning

First off, the hotel is a prime location. Couldn't get any better. The hotel staff was always cordial and very helpful. The rooms are updated and very clean. Seemed like everything was new. I found my experience at the Room Mate Waldorf a very good one. The staff were friendly and the food at the Primetime restaurant very good. I like this hotel for a quick weekend relaxation trip because of its location on ocean drive and nearness to the ocean and a park next to it to sit and relax or walk. The only down side during my weekend was that […] they had an elevator problem the day I was leaving but the staff were quick to help me with getting my luggage down from the third floor. The Waldorf is in a great location. The room I stayed in had 2 double beds and it was a tight fit. That didn't matter much to me, but the bathroom smelled like sewage. Overall you get what you pay for, and this hotel was affordable.

In the heart of all the action, clean and modern, the Waldorf is a great choice for a South Beach stay. The staff were helpful and professional, and even though you are in the midst of all the clubs and bars, the rooms were relatively quiet so a peaceful sleep was possible. Most comfortable bed I have slept in for ages !!

I have always appreciated other people's opinions as I use them to determine if I want to stay there or not. The hotel is a botique style hotel and our is in a GREAT location... across the street from the beach. Our room was very clean and the staff was curtious. ONLY PROBLEM is that was walls are paper thin and you can hear EVERYTHING on your floor. […] From late club goers strolling in at 5 AM to a crying baby at 9 AM. The hotel doesn't have its parking, so we had to park at the police parking, 15$/24 h, 3 blocks from the hotel, location is great, service was not too pleasant, restaurant service seemed to be overwhelmed, I couldn't sleep in the morning, it was very loud outside, I gues there is delivery spot behind the hotel. I was very happy with my room.The staff was nice.The room was cold,very clean and the TV was small.Overall my stay was wonderful,close to everything.

The Room mate was very close to all the places to be seen @ in SOBE. Right across the street from the beach. Across the the side street was mangos. slept perfectly fine. Only took a cab once to Lincoln Rd to have dinner. Room had a comfy bed, a sm flat screen tv, an ipod dock, fridge, closet, plenty of towels. The bathroom could have used some new tiles. […] The elevator is pretty old and compact but it worked. Not a lot of water pressure but plenty of hot water. The hotel's location was perfect, but it was extremely noisy at night with all the bars and restaurants located right in the midst of the hotel. The service was okay. I was disappointed.There was a bad odor in the loby, elevator,and the coridors.It was so dirty aroun the bar area.The room was clean, but the blinds were very dusty and they didn't work.The picturs posted online have nothing to do with the reality. You get your money's worth.

First, a word of caution: If you are in South Beach and are looking for a nice quiet place for you and your family then look elsewhere. The hotel is in the middle of everything and is bustling at all hours of the night. That being said, the hotel was in a great location, across from the beach and in the middle of all the clubs on the strip. The room […] was very well lit and clean. The walls are a little thin though so prepare to hear things you may or may not want to ( depending on your personal tastes). The hotel pretty much sucks and if you want a comfortable room this is not a room you want. It is on Ocean drive which is right across the street from South Beach. If you want a good comfortable room don't stay on ocean. Back to the room...it had a 14 in flat screen queen bed and no iron,or tub. It sucked for the money.....

I thought that I had scored a pretty good deal with the price that I was offered. When I arrived to the hotel, I was assigned to a room that was much better than what I had asked for...nice.

I like the hotel location , nice room and price

I was particularly impressed by the renovated floors, bathroom, and walls. The room was very clean and neat. I like the fact that the iPod radio and flat screen T.V. was available to me. I did use the iPod doc but not the T.V. :-) As for the convenience to the beach and exercise trail on the beach -- you just can't beat that. Algo ruidoso especialmente de madrugada e inicio da manhã, quando o pessoal começa a manutenção; as janelas isolam bem o ruído do exterior, mas são péssimas por não possuírem cortinados opacos, o que não permite escurecer o quarto, quer de dia, quer, principalmente, de noite!

Très bonne surprise. Hôtel très bien situé, calme, personnel sympathique et efficace. Chambres spacieuses et propre. Un rapport qualité/prix plus qu'intéressant! Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.
