Sleep Inn And Suites Airport - Omaha

Had a nice comfortable stay.

Short drive to downtown, sports events, airport. Fair price, free (but limited) breakfast.

We stayed here the night before we were flying out of Eppley Airport. The rooms were comfortable, and clean. The front desk personnel were professional and helpful.

Room was nice and comfortable; nice to have coffe in the morning; refrig. and microwave a plus. Notified maintenance that the shower handle was stripped (just spun around past the stop point) but still worked; the safe was inop.

I checked this hotel out and all the reviews gave it 4 stars. We were welcomed by a group of construction workers as soon as we walked through the doors. The whole hotel was under renovation both floors. After checking in, we made our way through a maze of workmen and their tools to find our room. That night coming back from my brother's wake, my husband […] and I tried to sleep. The walls were paper thin and we could here everyone--even the front desk's phone every time it rang. The next morning, Sunday 12/11, the workmen started at 7:30 a.m. My husband and I couldn't believe it. The workmen were the only ones, however,to say to us that they were very sorry, but they were only doing what management told them to do. Læs mere

i stayed here at the end of my business trip before leaving to go home from Epply Field. The people were friendly, helpful and efficient. The hotel was undergoing some repairs and maintenance while I was there. I ended up passing on the breakfast because I wanted something more substantial than what was offered that morning. It's close to Eppley Field in Omaha and is great for staying at before an early morning flight.

We asked for a wake up call at 3:00am . We had an international flight at 5:35am. Wake up call never happened. we woke up at 3:58 got dressed and drove straight to airport, checked in and spent a whole day of traveling without a shower. Not fun.

Convenient and Comfortable...accomodated us and our gear without a problem, and easily accessible to our contacts.

This hotel is really close to the airport so it was perfect for my early flight. They provide a shuttle to the airport. The breakfast starts at 4am so I was able to have a waffle before I went, and there were a lot of breakfast options. Even had warm cookies at night. It was a comfortable room with plenty of space.

We stayed here because of the convenience to the airport. We had a 7:00 AM flight. The desk clerk was very helpful. She told us of a parking service next to the motel for only $5 a day! We got our wakeup call and had time to have the complimentary breakfast and be picked up at the door by the parking service. We were at the airport in plenty of time […] without the parking hassle. I was stuck in Omaha for 2 days due to a bad hail storm and this hotel saved me. The free airport shuttle and close location made it easy, and the free dinner shuttle meant I could check out the old historic district without renting a car. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast and afternoon cookies were great. The staff was very accomodating and friendly. The desk employee took a personal interest in us as customers and went out of her way to make certain we got what we needed. Very nice job. The room was comfortable.

We chose the Sleep Inn for it's location and it is perfect when one has an early flight. Clean & comfortable.

Nice and conveniet for getting to the airport.

This hotel is pretty average as far as how nice it is. But the staff has always been friendly and the location of the hotel is perfect. I fly out of Omaha all the time and this is the hotel I choose to stay in every time. The price is a little bit higher than I'd like sometimes, but for the convenience, it's worth it.

Surprisingly nice rooms for the money. Would recommend Sleep Inn for anyone needing a hotel near Omaha airport.

Nothing extraordinary, but a good basic motel. Rooms are somewhat small and at 4.30 in the morning, we could hear our neighbor's TV through the walls. Once the AC kicked in, could not hear it. These are our only complaints.

We have always had a good stay at this hotel, person checking us in has always been helpful and very polite. He even told us when fresh cookies would be ready! Bed was great and loved that we each had 2 pillows! Great coffee! Shower could have more pressure, we say get rid of the massage heads, it would fix the problem. We wanted an inexpensive place to stay for the night before we had an early flight out of Omaha. This hotel had good reviews and offered a reasonable rate. As we expected, it was nothing fancy but it was in decent shape and was clean. Please note that the "free shuttle" to the airport isn't quite free. In order to use the shuttle you have to pay a daily […] fee to keep your car in the Budget Rental lot. You leave your keys and Budget comes for your car and drives it to their lot. This may have affected our decision to stay at this hotel if we had known about that ahead of time. We ended up driving ourselves to the airport because there was a long-term lot that had a lower daily rate. We did appreciate the complimentary breakfast because there was a decent selection and it started at 4:00am. That allowed us to eat before we had to leave for the airport at 4:30am. Læs mere

Overall, the room was great. The rrom was very clean and comfortable. I only have a couple of complaints. It was very windy the night I stayed there, and I could hear the wind whistling through the window all night. Also, the number of eating places within walking distance is very limited.

When i checked into the room there was toilet paper in the toilet. When I tried to flush it it almost overflowed and instead of offering me another room, the front desk offered me a plunger. Seriously?!!?

On paper, everything is good. Modern and attractive. Yet, somehow, at the same time, tacky and cramped..

We use this hotel often because of convenience and price. Everyone is very friendly and rooms are decent although could be updated. The thing we like most is that we can leave our car keys at the hotel and take a shuttle to airport. Budget then takes our car from the motel to their parking at a reduced rate and we catch a Budget shuttle at airport on […] our return which takes us directly to car. Læs mere

While the hotel was very convenient to the airport, we smelled a strong smoke odor upon entering it...our room was to be non-smoking; but we also smelled smoke there. Our headboard fell apart with sharp nails sticking up. Not real satisfied. Will check elsewhere next time.

If you are willing to stay in a hotel with sheets that are dirty, carpets that appear worn and questionable, and breakfast composed of toastable bread, very small tiny muffins, juice and coffee this hotel is for you. Desk personnel were very nice - the facilities were not. Shuttle service worked well once you identified it.
