SpringHill Suites Houston Medical Center/Reliant Park - Houston

Very nice hotel. Clean, conveniently located to major shopping, freeway and eateries. Great breakfast.

We walked to the metro station to go to downtown Houston. It was very convenient. Hotel was clean and comfortable. I would stay there again.

they said they were haveing trouble with their HD service, THAT was a huge understatement! There were NO local channels for local news and weather. The other channels were fuzzy if at all. It's shame to have HD tvs and nothing to watch.

Pleasant overall. Easy access. busy at breakfast but plenty available for all. Only downside was there was a game at Reliant the next day and the room next door had a headbanger who was deaf.

The staff at Spring Hill Suites is very helpful, very pleasant. MD Anderson, several top medical centers, Rice University are all very close by and very convenient. The hotel provides a free shuttle that runs every 30 minutes that will take guests to anyplace within 2 miles of the hotel, and will pickup on a phone call request. It is a wonderful service, […] especially for people receiving care at MD Anderson, and takes the worry out of transport. We enjoyed our stay but unfortunately at the same weekend there was a huge family union and they were partying all night in front of our window :) But it is OK

Bed very uncomfortable. Air conditioner would "boom" when getting ready to turn off - - waking me up each time. Otherwise, I liked the layout of rooms, what was made available, and it was clean.

We were first put in a handicap room but the staff was very pleasant and switched us to a regular room. Staff was excellant but room was very disappointing. Carpets were very stained and room was very outdated. I expected more from the website pictures I had viewed. There was suppose to be a wetbar, but none in the room. The location of this hotel could not have been any better. When I'm in Houston, I work in the Greenway Plaza area but really dislike any interstate system in Houston. Traffic is terrible! Staying here allowed me to have a ten minute commute - unheard of for Houston! Parking was free as was breakfast. My only real complaint was the lack of Wi-Fi in the […] rooms. It being available in the lobby is worthless, in my opinion. The cord for wired internet was about a foot and a half long, so for any internet work meant sitting at the desk pretty much straight forward. Læs mere

This was our second stay here and it was as pleasant this time as last. Rooms are very clean, and nicely decorated. I have had to stay here to recieve medical infusions for several hours a day and the comfort and size of the room was good, as well as the separate 'living' and 'sleeping' areas. Much more privacy while others in the room. I loved the […] good cold AC in the hot Texas heat too! :) Hallways in the hotel are pretty warm though compared to the room temps. Overall it is a nice place to stay for a business trip, event at Reliant Center or visit to the Medical Center Area. Resturants are great in the area too. We will stay again in the future. Læs mere

I booked through Hotels.com and paid Hotel.com directly,But when I looked at my bank statement,I saw that the hotel also debited my card. When I called them ,they were giving me the run around. Very nice hotel,but why do I have to pay twice,I already paid Hotels.com,so why is Springhill suites also taking my money.

We were able to walk to the Reliant Stadium from the hotel. Also, several restaurants are in the area as well as stores like Target and Walgreens.

It was very hot in the hotel halls, lobby, and sitting area in hotel room. Otherwise, my stay was suitable.

Breakfast was disappointing. There were few cereal choices, no sweet rolls or doughnuts, just toast. Eggs and sausage did not look appetizing.

Outstanding Hotel,I was very impress with my stay! Great room for the money,the bed was very comfortable. I liked the fact that they had security. My room was very clean.

Muy agradable estancia esta cerca del Reliant Stadium y la habitacion muy limpia con suficientes toallas , se respira tranquilidad y comfort. Muy adoc para un fin de semana e ir de compras .Excelente Servicio .
