I always like staying here because its comfortable and in a good location. It is a lot of restaurants around to choose from. Also less than a mile down there is a meijers and a shopping plaza for all yore needs. Quiet, calm, relaxing and wonderful breakfast

My husband and I were in town to attend Red Wings & Tigers games and visit nearby friends. Overall we were happy with this hotel. We had one of the king whirlpool rooms and it was quiet and nice. I've stayed there 3 times and everytime the stay was good. the service is great and friendly and i would stay there again in a heartbeat.

My friends and I were travelling from Ontario, Canada and wanted to do some sight-seeing in Michigan. I was skeptical in booking online even though beautiful pictures of the hotel had been posted. One can never be too certain since pictures can be deceiving. We were pleasantly surprised that the pictures of the hotel posted online were quite factual. […] The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast delicious. The staff was friendly and provided efficient services. The location of the hotel is in a good area and wasn't far away from the sights that we wanted to visit. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay and would recommend staying there. We look forward to another stay this location. Læs mere

Great staff, great room, great price, awesome breakfast!

hallway smelled of weed didnt have towels or face cloths for the next day,. hot water ran out wouldnt stay here again.

I have stayed here serval times and never had a problem until now. I had a room on the first floor and it's to close to the desk. You can here people all night and the cleaning Staff was rude. The microwave was covered in egg and never got clean. The day I went to leave there was no hot water. Idk what happen this time but I hope for a better stay next […] time. Læs mere

I had read a number of mediocre reviews of this hotel so I was very pleasantly surprised to find a very nice place. Check-in was fast and friendly. The room was very clean and very nice. Good bathroom. Comfy bed. I felt that it was a good bargain. I will go back.

Very nice hotel for a woman to have a 'me day' didn't appreciate the fact that the workroom was not done. That was to be part of my relaxation , working out. Other than that, very nice one to go to.

My girlfriend and I went to this hotel to celebrate her 21st birthday, and being that we have very busy schedules this was what we came up with. We checked in at 3ish and the lady behind the desk was very nice. We then went out and got some food, came back to a different lady behind the desk who seemed leased that thrilled to see us with food. My only […] other complaint was the pillows, they were small and well not like my pillows but over all the room was great. The room was about 40 deg when I got in it and took 2 hours to get warm

Did a small project for about 1 week was clean , staff very nice !!!

Room was very spacious, bed very comfortable and fairly quiet for being close to the freeway. Only down side was the poor reception staff poor attitude

Hotel staff was kind and helpful. Hotel itself was slightly above average, but great value for the money.

We have 3 children...and although I booked a room on hotels.com that said there was enough room for 2 adults and 3 children, one of my children had to sleep on the floor because they wouldn't allow a rollaway in the room. The front person tried to find something else for us, but only did so when I pressed her to find something that would work. Our room was nice and clean. New towels, flat TV. The breakfast was not bad at all. Very satisfied for the price. Will stay there again.

There's no denying that the motel needs updating and rennovations, but these appeared to be underway. (F.Y.I. to management, the toilet in room 110 was very slow and ran off and on during the day and night...might want to put fixing that on your "to do" list). The continental breakfast was pretty good, and the staff setting that up were exceptionally […] friendly. The neighborhood seemed safe, close to the expressway and within walking distance of restaurants. Very nice staff. Clean rooms. A great value.

Went to the hotel, asked about the check in times and was given a blunt answer of three o'clock, no earlier. Since she was rude I just left and came back at three exactly. The lady behind counter was upset with that customers who wanted rooms at three o'clock, which is the check in time, and expressed her displeasure with the people who clean the rooms. […] Her facial expressions were of annoyance and was testy with her customers instead of working with them. I waited until another front desk person came and she gave me a room. When I went to the room it was still dirty from the last customers, obviously not clean yet. Since the front desk lady had been rude I asked a housemaid if she would get us a new room. As for the stay my next room was comfortable and enjoyed the tv. But the service was terrible because of this one lady who obviously did not want to deal with customers. Aside from her and the dirty room I was satisfied due to location and quality of my trip. The female hotel staff at the front desk were rude! e.g Renae. Terrible customer service and she didn't seem to know what she was doing.
