Personalet på hotellet var utrolig hjælpsomme og flinke. Vi havde fået et værelse uden udsigt/vindue og blev uden problemet flyttet til et andet værelse uden omkostninger. Værelset var rent og i pæn stand. Generelt var det hele rigtig godt i forhold til den lave pris. Det er et 'road-side' motel og helt perfekt til få hurtige overnatninger.

Hotellet ligger perfekt i forhold til Tanger Outlet, Walmart, Titanic, WonderWorks m.m. Stort værelse med bord og stole, så det er muligt at spise på værelset. Poolen kunne godt være lidt større og i lidt bedre stand.

The hotel was very comfortable, clean, and staff was extremely friendly, especially the older woman who worked the breakfast area of the mornings. "Red Roof Inn Knoxville East"
This was close to the Smoky Mts, It took us about 15 minutes. The rooms were clean, staff extremely pleasant and helpful. Very kid friendly. Breakfast was great! A very special lady not only serves you breakfast, but visits with you and shares your smile. We plan on returning to this area again and will be staying here!
Bed uncomfotable and room needed updating but the price was right.

The room was spacious and clean and reasonably convenient to my meeting (no knock on motel--I chose it knowing how far away it was). My only prob was the indoor pool was a few doors away and the chlorine smell was pervasive. However, I would stay here again and request a room further away from the pool. "Maintenance"
The blow dryer didn't work. The mirror was taped together. Dogs were barking at six in the morning. Could here every door that slammed, and every toilet that flushed. Very clean, but no sleep.
"Went out of their way"
I was in town to run the Knoxville marathon and needed a continental breakfast-which was one of the draws of this hotel. I didn't think to find out the time it started in the morning (they are usually early on race weekends). The breakfast didn't begin until 7am and I threw a fit (like a baby!) and later the front desk clerk called me in my room to […] tell me she had the time moved back one hour to help me!!! I felt so petty and she was so pleasant! They went out of their way for me-only!! I fully recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Knoxville and I will certainly stay there again! Læs mere

"Great value!"
I was very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. No elevator, but the steps are nice and wide. We ended up with a suite which was perfect for our needs. Very clean and comfortable, free internet. It was a great value for the price!

"Great Stay!"
The hotel was very nice and affordable. The location was perfect for our overnight stay between travel destinations. Highly recommended.
This is my second time staying here and we have had good service both times. The breakfast is great! The staff was always pleasant and got us anything we asked for. Defnately will stay here again. Was a little dissapointed that the hot tub had been closed! :(

We had a great stay at this motel. We loved the front porch rocker and benches. The breakfast was great and the lady taking care of it was so friendly and helpful. The desk clerks were also very helpful. The only disappointing thing was the hot tub was "cemented in" so the pool is the only option in that room.

We were very comfortable in our room. The bed was great. We had a king suite which gave us plenty of room. Breakfast was great and the lady in charge was exceptional and very friendly. She is the one who made us feel welcome. She talked to us each morning and treated us as if she had known us for a long time. The man who checked us in and was there […] at other times as well was very unfriendly. When we went in he asked if he could help. I was trying to hand him my reservation form from hotel.com and he just stared at me and asked again if he could help. I told him we had a reservation and tried to give him the paper. He did not crack a smile and was not friendly at all. If I based everything on him I would never return to this hotel. He was very cold to us. He did not get our personal information right even though I told him several times and even tried to show him on our reservation form but he would not take it. The cleaning personel did a great job. Hospitable. Spacious. clean and comfy. Breakfast basic but clean and orderly with a service worker on site...she was remarkably gracious and welcoming. A lovely rep for Red Roof Inn and Suites East.
"Just one night"
On the way to gatlinburg. A very nice stop for the price. Noon checkout was very nice. We were by the pool but, did not pick up the chlorine smell others have mentioned. I would definately stay again for the price.

Look, the staff are friendly & efficient enough. Our beef with this hotel - on reflection - goes back to the architects / engineers who designed this building..... The noise is really intrusive (a) road noise from motorway and (b) from pool area and adjacent rooms. The noise insulation is either non existent or just lousy. We just spent the night here on our way through Knoxville for Christmas vacay. The hotel is really cute with the front porch and fireplace. Although our room was on the 2nd floor, it was not a problem, but if you have trouble with stairs, ask for a ground floor as there is no elevator. The breakfast hostess was the best EVER. She obviously loved her […] job and seemed to know BY NAME the people who had been there a few days. Room was clean and in working order. "Cute and affordable East of Knoxville"
We stayed there for the price- did not expect such a cute hotel. The indoor pool is small (to be expected) but having the pool to stretch out in and the hot tub to relax in after 13 hours on the road was LOVELY. Very nice and friendly staff. I was very impressed.

The ladies who worked the breakfast area were friendly, helpful, and courteous. They were the bright spot in our stay. The rest of the staff couldn't have cared less that we were there. We could pass by the front desk and the clerk might look up, but there was definitely no greeting.

We stayed in a King room and it had a door separating the bedroom from the rest of the suite. Our son slept on the pull out sofa and had his own space separate from our bedroom. Pool was nice as well. Breakfast was OK but nothing to write home about. Their version of a hot breakfast is a couple of small sausage biscuits that you microwave.
