"Nice"
I found this hotel really nice and dont really understand previous rather negative comments. Staff was nice, room great, breakfast nice and sports center really great. I will stay there again next time I travel to Dhaka.

The check-in process was cumbersome. Looked like the slighest issue had to be referred to the manager. Elevator did not stop at my floor. Had to take the "not-so-clean" stairs. Had asked for a quiet room and was given a room from which I could hear an outdoor concert. Climate control did not work in the room. Called maintenance and was told to turn […] off the A/C if I wanted to raise the temperature in the chilly room. Room service took nearly two hours to deliver a meal that was promised in 30 minutes. The meal was delivered after I asked to speak to the manager. Left the hotel for a while and returned to find an empty mini-bar. There was no note about anybody being in the room. When I called the front desk to make them aware of this development, I was told that the mini-bar had been emptied because the hotel had run into trouble charging my credit card for incidentals. Guess they could not trust me with $5 worth of sodas. However, the hotel did trust me to pay for the $50 in-room meal during checkout. Læs mere

Overall experience was very good especially its location in the heart of the city due to which it was convenient to go to the the tourist spots which are not many otherwise it would have taken very long considering the horrible traffic jams.

"An AMAZING SERVICE PROVIDED BY FRONT DESK"
Rooms pantry light is defective and maintenance is poor as probably the incharge is useless. Front desk customer service noted only good if you complain otherwise service is poor. Swimming pool cafe bar attendant and Gymnasium attendant looks like unfreindly and also safety security is poor as it was observed non-guest using pools without any hesitation. […] Bar services noted with boring local songs and also too many indian songs rather it should be common English. Front desk taxi booking noted useless as taxi advance booking has no record whilst I made enquiry. It is observed front desk only serves white skin with greetings and smile. I will still stay in the same hotel as it is convenient and nearer to PRESS and also if anything happen to me at least my family back home may know where and how poor service hotel I stayed with no safety and security. ホテルランクの割に、バスタブがないのが残念。チェックインの際に不慣れだったのか、2人ほど集まって確認をしながらとなり、少し時間がかかりましたが、全体的には悪くないと思います。
