Dejligt ophold i en god og rummelig suite. God morgenmad, havde dog været rart med mulighed for selv at kunne tage de varme retter, man selv måtte ønske, som det iøvrigt ellers er gældende for de øvrige hoteller i denne kæde. I had a king room and it was very spacious with a nice sitting area. The breakfast in the morning makes up for not having free internet in the room. I've stayed in cheaper hotels that have free internet though so I'd like to see this hotel offer it. Bed was comfortable. Nice ammenities in room. Overall happy with my stay.

Every thing was good, until we were called by the front desk at 9:30am and told to stop walking around in our room, the guests in the room below wanted to sleep. Really 9:30am and you are not allowed to walk in your room!!! We felt very unwelcomed. We are in our 50s no children. We were not causing a problem or being noisy. We won't return.

The reception staff were excellent, very helpful, efficient and friendly. The hotel has seen better days, some refurbishment was taking place during our stay which was inconvenient. Dinner menu uninspiring.

Room was large and comfortable, nice sitting area and refrigerator and microwave made it convenient. Breakfast included made to order omelets. Overall great experience for our entire group.

What a pleasure is was to stay in this facility. We loved David at the check-in desk. He was full of information. Ended up staying a week. Loved the newly remodeled rooms.

Not the "typical" Embassy Suites, more like a retro-fit of an older hotel/motel. Rooms have outdoor entrances from the courtyard rather than interior entrances. Pros are: newly remodeled rooms, great breakfast and "manager's reception", nice interior courtyard, excellent front desk staff (who made reservations for us at selected downtown resaurants), […] and a great location (we walked the 1.5 miles to dinner downtown every night). Cons are: thin walls and ceilings, road noise from ajacent Hwy 29, AC system is either all heat for the hotel or all cool. This was a pain for us being there in beginning of Feb with highs in the mid 60s, the room got warm and we had to open the windows at night to cool the place down, which added to the road noise issue. All in all I would stay there again, but would try other places for a comparison. Læs mere

Nice hotel, good location. 1 problem we had was the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. It blasted for almost an hour.

Thanks for Hotel concierge to call a taxi. If you wanna happiliy indulge your stay in wine country, you need to leave your car at hotel and get taxi in stead. However, taxi I personally called first did not come. Then Hotel called and came soon...why? Anyway, please remember to utilize hotel service there.

This was a great place to stay in Napa. Just off the 29, it was very picturesque and nice. We loved the breakfast and would definitely stay there again!

Positves: great proximity to downtown Napa and access to Napa Valley Negatives: Need better insulation to door, cold draft and fountains in quad area should be turned off after mid-night since they are very noisy with rooms around quad area

Great place! Our room was very large with a kitchen and an extra sink in the bedroom. Nice courtyard setting, and the complimentary breakfast in the morning was a nice touch, although not amazing food.

Outside setting is beautiful, with swans and ducks in a pretty water feature. But--the rooms are dingy, old and claustophobic. The heater was hard to control, too--we kept moving it up and down. (And the breakfast room was freezing--had to wear coats! Probably hard for them to warm...) Luckily, we saw work being done on rooms at one end of the property, […] so those should be looking up soon! Friendly staff, conveniently located, and good value.

Great place if you are wanting basics and nothing fancy. Price is right for what you get and the breakfast is amazing. The happy hour is nice after a long day of napa traveling. This place surpassed my esxpectations. During our vacation we stayed at 4 different hotels and this was teh overall best.

Good location, a block from hwy 29 to the wineries a short drive away . Also, across highway to Outlets. Service was excellent with many helpful coupons and pamphlets for visiting wineries. Beautiful "lagoon/waterfalls" with mallards, white & black swans. On cold days, outdoor fire-pits were used... nice touch. Our room was nice... there were areas […] in the complex where remodling or expansion was going on, but very low key. Only negative re: maintenance was the "service elevator", which had a solvent/paint odor... It seemed like it was always the first one to reach your floor out of the two elevators available. Fantastic stay, Keith went the extra mile and was very helpful in recommending wine farms/tasting and restaurants. The manager's introduction "happy hour" drinks & snacks from 5.30 - 7.30 was great! Thanks for the awesome stay!

Good things- the staff is excellent, helpful, and considerate in every interaction that we had with them. I can't say enough good things about them. The hotel is all suites - a living room/kitchenette with a good-sized refrigerator, microwave, sink, and coffee maker. The bed in the bedroom was comfortable,with enough options for blankets that you can […] adjust the temperature. No info on the sofa bed. The bathroom had odd half- width doors that would close when you weren't expecting and the heat didn't seem to warm up the room very much. The furniture and decor is fake French provincial ... I can't say that the decor matters too much to me. The hotel is undergoing renovation right now.- they're being very polite about it- and I got a look at the new arrangement. They are going for classy modern and the arrangement of tables/ desk in the lining area looks more comfortable. They are replacing the tubs with a large shower, and the odd bathroom doors are replaced with a door that would work better. They do serva a full breakfast- made to order omlettes, plus kind of standard cereal, toast, oatmeal, and fruit. No fancy coffee. Læs mere

Peaceful and pretty grounds and nice rooms. Decorated so pretty for the Holidays. Really good hot breakfast and happy hour with delicious wine. Lot of value for your dollar here.

I really like this hotel. It's very cute and comfortable, it has a pond with swans, and a big area where the breakfast buffet is served. The hotel has a complimentary happy hour (2 hours), with an a open bar and free snacks. The breakfast buffet is great, cereal, fruit, bread and a hot buffet (long line though). The restaurant however is not the best, […] take a cap downtown instead. The hotel is located a bit from downtown Napa, but it's only a $6 cap ride to the bars and restaurants. It's also just a $6 cap ride to the Napa Valley Train Station, where you can go on the Wine Train. Do that - it's really great. The hotel has an outdoor pool (not really usable in november), a heated indoor pool and an indoor hottub. If you stay in a room close to the common area, it can be a bit noisy. The noise however is not enough to disturb your sleep. I would stay at this hotel again, the price is worth it, and Napa Valley is such a beautiful place... And the wine is delicious ;-) Læs mere

Five of us went to Napa for the night and really enjoyed our time there. The room was spacious and the grounds are beautiful. Breakfast was included and it was lovely. I would stay here again for sure.

from the minute we walked in the front entrance we were met with great service and friendly staff. Congrats to the management at the Napa location for having such a great team. PS- the two women who worked the grill during breakfast each morning were awesome!!

Hotel was nice, our room was just really hot. Had to turn off air and open window and door to get air movement.

The room had an exelent layout, being split into 2 halvs with a door. This allowed us to put our children to bed whilst we enjoyed an evening watching the TV incomfort without disturbing the children. Only critique is the rooms are billed as having a 'Pool View' which is not correct as the Pool is situated in a central courtyard and you only see the […] Pool when you leave the room, Most room actualy have a view of the carpark. This is the second time we've stayed at the Embassy Suites and it won't be the last.

Nice place, good breakfast, close to central to many wineries.

We went to Oxbow market and picked up cheese and bread and fresh fruit and enjoyed a picnic in their lovely outdoor courtyard. Drinks were free at their happy hour so we enjoyed a nice evening. Rooms were nice and clean. Only negative we experienced was that the ceiling in the bathroom is low and all of us are 6'3" and over and we felt a little clostrophobic […] in there. Close to Napa Town for great "eats", Outlet Mall across the street, and easy on and off freeway access is awesome! Manager's reception between 5:30-7:30 every night with complimentary booze and free morning breakfast buffet are total bonuses!! Our adult son was traveling with us, so the suite with the separate living room w/sofa bed and kitchenette […] was comfy. Check out at noon worked perfect for us after hot air ballooning. We enjoyed our stay nice and clean friendly staff, the complimentary breakfast delicious.

This was a lovely hotel and very centrally located- room was nice, comfortable beds and quiet. Also they serve buffet breakfast and happy hour....all in all a great experience and highly recommended :-)

We reserved a non-smoking room, only to arrive and be placed in a smoking room that was disgusting. When we went to get changed to a new room, they told us they were completely full and had no options for us. Only after we fought with the front desk for a while did they finally admit that they had another room, which they finally gave us. We got stuck […] with 2 double beds instead of a king (as booked), but at least the room didn't smell. Once inside the new room - even though it was clean - it was still really unimpressive. The whole hotel is very dated, and needs to be updated badly. But it served its purpose. The location is great and you can walk everywhere downtown from here, but for the money you're spending, it's not a great experience. Læs mere

The hotel has a beautiful courtyard with a pond, swans, a pool, fountain, and luscious vegetation. The hotel rooms are basic and clean and accommodated my wife and two children just fine. This is not a high end hotel but is comfortable and very well located at the entrancen to the Napa Valley.

The check in clerk was outstanding. Our room was well located and nicely appointed. The cocktail hour and breakfast were both super. We have stayed there before and remember it well. I would like to have more Embassy Suites available in locations where we travel.

very expensive... and they charge for wireless.. at least they dont charge for parking! breakfast n happy hour was nice...

Good overall experience with a few caveats: 1. Overpriced, to say the least. 2. The "Manager's Reception" in the late afternoon is really quite a joke. There is a bar with limited wine available (this IS NAPA, after all) and the food served would be better left in the bags - cheap chips and salsa and salty popcorn. This is a waste and a disappointment. 3. […] The restaurant on site is marginal in food selection and atmosphere. Extraordinary, however, is the Breakfast ! It is a great job and very organized.
