The staff at this hotel really knows what service is all about. Besides the bed and linnen was very comfortable, a delicioius breakfast and with running routes really close by not to mention the location in general. I had a wonderful stay at Fairfield and will definetely recommend.

"Nice place, great deal"
Nice appearance, clean rooms, breakfast looked good but did not have a chance to stop for it, friendly staff I would stay there again.

"Good for the location I was visiting"
Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. I was in town for classes and was out of the hotel most of the time. The room was clean and was really used just to sleep. Breakfast was good and the area kept clean.
Handicap room had well designed bathroom but no one in a wheel chair could have manuevred around the room.
Comfortable bed, close to where we needed to be at the next day.

An impressive extended breakfast. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Convenient to several good restaurants. An exceptional value for the money. I would definitely stay there again.

"dont waste ur money"
room was misleading in description beds were not a queen just a hair over a full at best no way was it a queen i have had a queen bed before. internet was working when it wanted too. could not get extra pillows they were out of them. pool area smelled of bleach so bad u could not stay in there very long.

The biggest problem I had is that the door to the room wouldn't lock without being slammed. The handle was loose and wouldn't latch properly. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was small and had salt water..and I was not at all pleased with that. "FAMILY GETAWAY"
WE LOVE GOING TO THIS HOTEL!!! THE LOCATION IS GREAT, AND IT'S PET FRIENDLY. THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME WE WERE ABLE TO TAKE OUR DOG WITH US AND WE LOVED IT. THE POOL WAS NICE. PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE.

Nice hotel for the price... The staff gets a little edgy if you are not out of your room right at check out... I think they staff should take some hospitality lessons and learn how to be more understanding of peoples schedules and travel needs. I do understand they have a job to do but its very rude to pressure somebody out of the room.

I was skeptical because of the low price, but figured it was only for an overnight stay. I was quite surprised. Now don't expect a 5 star but well worth the money.
"Good to come back to"
We stayed at this hotel the week before traveling to Ohio, and stopped again on our way back. Everything was just as our last stay. We would stay there again.

Newly updated room was spacious enough to put two cribs for babies. Plus nice staffs and free breakfast. Perfect for the price.
This La Quinta is in a good location. There are several good restaurants in the area and some shopping. This was my second stay here because I liked it enough to come back.
"Back home again"
I stayed in February of 2012 while visiting family. For the most part, I found my stay pleasant. A got a great rate and felt the hotel was on par with that rate. My only suggestion would be if the staff, particularly the staff at the counter, could be a little more welcoming. More often than not, they were otherwise occupied and had to be "interrupted" […] in order to help (watching either the TV in the lobby or content on a laptop at the desk). Once, when I mentioned my key didn' t work (toward the end of my 5-day stay), the staff person on duty asked, "Did you have it near your cell phone?" When I responded that I might have as I was walking to my room (with arms full), his response was "Mmm hmm." Not a big deal, but I could've done without the accusatory tone that accompanied it. We were very pleased. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. I loved the big, soft fluffy bath towels. The room included a small fridge, microwave, coffee maker, iron, ironing board, hair dryer etc. The bed was comfy. Wi fi worked fine. Plenty of places to eat close by. Breakfast was ok, I prefer a hot meal […] but didn't mind having a bagel before we hit the road. The furniture and TV was older, but adequate for the time we spent there. It wasn't horrible. Just blah. No one at front desk when we arrived and we waited 5-10 minutes before anyone showed up. Couldn't regulate the heat in our room. No matter what we did, the air blew out cold.

MY HUSBAND WAS HAVEING SURGERY THE NEXT MORNINGAT ST VINCENT AND NEEDED TOBE THERE AT 5:00 AM. WE LEFT THE HOTEL AT 4:30 AND WAS THERE, PARKED, AND BEING GREATED BE 4:45. "Clean, comfortable and quiet place to stay"
We ocassionly spend a Friday night in Indianapolis when we go down to visit our son and family. This was our first night in this hotel. I choose hotels buy price and reviews. We were not disappointed with our stay. The breakfast was good, they have a waffle maker. This is not the closest hotel to our son's home but I would consider it again.
"Enjoyed my stay"
They have really put a lot of money into the rennovations, the beds were so comfy, the room was quite and the updates were awsome. We stayed there before when it was the Comfort Inn it was nice then but with the updates, the room was really nice, clean especially the bathroom where you was not afraid to use it. The hotel is in a great location within […] walking distance to resturants, shopping, we alway enjoy that area just on short get aways from home. The lady at the front desk when we left was not very polite. Had to get her attention because she was writing in a notebook instead of paying attention to her customers. The shower rod in our bathroom was about ready to fall off the walls. Could become a hazard for someone and cause someone to get hurt. Cheap motel and you get what you pay for. The spacious room, in-room refrigerator and microwave, and spectacular complimentary breakfast made the LaQuinta Inn Indianapolis North at the Pyramids an excellent choice for a couples' getaway.
"Okay for a night"
This hotel is correctly rated with 2 stars. While the room appeared to have new flooring, the hotel was showing its age. Our rooms were too close to the pool, housekeeping and ice which made for extra noise - but not excessive. I would not want to stay here for an extended stay but it was fine for one night. If you're looking for a place to stay without bleeding your wallet this one will work. nothing fancy but did the trick. Clean, in good order but nothing over the top. Near Restaurants and Hwy 65

"Nice Simple Hotel"
This is a nice simple clean hotel right off of 465 and has a great little pool with warm water. A perfect place if you are going to be in Indy with kids but won't be in the hotel much. The only downfall is that the 3rd floor hall smells of smoke and they need to buy a bottle of fabrize
"La Quinta - Very nice, clean room."
Clearly this hotel has recently renovated in preparation for the 2012 Superbowl or to maintain the look of the place. Brealfast was just okay, the boiled eggs and waffles were the highlights of an otherwise very continental breakfast selection. The pool looked clean, even though we didn't swim. If you don't like chlorine smells, stay off the first floor! […] We were on the second floor and enjoyed 2 quiet nights. The neighborhood is a little rough with lots of vagrants and car and truck traffic. The hotel sits on a short avenue off of Michigan on the south side of I-465. Just a minute away from the interstate and 86th street, this is an ideal place for shopping and restaurants at a decent price. Læs mere

Hotel was close to 465, several restaurants, and shopping. Hotel was clean, though sound does travel easily and the bed/pillows were not very comfortable. Breakfast was good and staff was friendly.

The access from the highway was GREAT. The front desk clerk was very nice and accomodating with a room next to the pool. The price was very good. The breakfast was very nice. There was no meat, but I think we should all do without meat once in awhile. The commode in the washroom was loose on the floor or something, but it did not leak just moved slightly. Clean and quiet. Good location. Excellent value for the price. Only one thing is that I got a double queen bedroom instead of a king bedroom I researved. The receptionist insisted that I reserved a queen bedroom, which was of course not.
