Everything was great, right on the beach, free breakfast, and cocktails drinks in the afternoon a plus. But the only complain I have is with beach rental one day they charge 24.60 for 2 chairs and a umbrella and the second day they try to charge 12 dollars for each one. So be warn...

The staff was friendly and helpful. Everyone went an extra mile to help me, since my hands were full with two kids. The breakfast buffet was a life saver if you have kids, they have everything they like. It was not over crowded during the week. Very disappointed. The first 2 nights up all night due to parties in the hotel in the rooms next to ours. Called several times about the noise and told they would ask them to leave the hotel - but they never did. Hotel should ensure that parties do not disrupt other guests - especially since you pay a lot to stay at a quality hotel -

Hotel seemed old and smelled musty. Beach is not as nice as a Gulf beach.Had suite with ocean view, but really was partial view at best. Room layout was odd shape.

The staff was very friendly, hotel room very clean and love the location. It's quiet but yet not so far to resturants & little shopping. Walking along the beach on a walk way was a plus!

We purchased an "ocean front room". The initial room we received was so low that trees blocked our ocean view. The room we settled for had a very narrow view of the water due to columns and a wall. It was not the room we thought we were buying though it was very comfortable. Overall we did not receive value for price paid.

This resort was perfect! The rooms were clean and very nice, complimentary breakfast was unlike any other hotel breakfast and the pool area was beautiful. Staff was amazing. I would recommend this resort to anyone!

We stayed here as we had to catch a plane home in Ft. Lauderdale the next day. It was only about a 25 min. trip. Wonderful staff and hotel is in excellent location.

Our stay was very nice. The staff and guests we're friendly. The pool was heated so that made it even better for us seeing how the Atlantic was cold. The hotel had a Very good breakfast. It was a buffet style and the options were endless. Our room wasn't cleaned very well. The Tub in the larger bedroom had hair on the wall and some very small mildew […] stains on the shower liner. we stayed here for one night but made the most of our time there. we enjoyed the resort feel and pool! The location was very convenient and you can walk right out the gate to the beach.Only a few minor things that brought down my rating, the air conditioner didn't seem to be working but it was not overly hot so we sere okay with out it and I need internet […] access to my room , asked about it just as we arrived and was told that I would have t pay per unit used and then asked about it again later in the evening and was given a coupon code to use it for free.Would have been nice had that have been offered right from the start as I really appreciated that gentleman's service and made my stay so much more comfortable. Great location with beautiful beach just across the street - large rooms. Unforunately the rooms were not what I would expect for such an esteemed hotel. There was mold on the bottom of the shower curtin and around the bathroom vent and the carpet was bubbling up and unraveled at the seams - otherwise it was spacious, well-appointed and was well taken […] care of. Our complimentary breakfast was good, The bedding was of exception quality and staff was nice. We had noted that parking was expensive but did not realize that it would be $10 per car to have our guests park their cars to visit us. Læs mere

Arrived at 10pm after big travel day. Room booked and paid for sold to other guests. Downgraded. Assigned room not serviced after previous occupants. Further downgrade. No bedding for fold down couch bed. Make do. The room we booked not ready till 4pm next day. Breakfast included (good) - but its a zoo - shortage of plates and cutlery. Cereals empty. […] Milk gone. No use hanging by pool as most of the available poolside is shaded from the building. We hung out with friends at the Boca Waldorf. Second worst hotel stay I have ever endured. Didn't like having to pay for wireless internet, but room was top notch, ocean view on highest floor. Staff was friendly but one particular breakfast waitress was a snob and ignored our request for a high chair for baby, staring straight past us and shrugging her shoulders. Breakfast staff is stressed to the max and it shows as no one smiles (except […] the door greeter) and is rushed. Bypass the huge line-up at the breakfast buffet because it's only if you want to wait for an omelette; there are trays of scrambled eggs hot and available further inside and you don't have to wait. We loved our stay and will book again in Deerfield Beach. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean, conveniently located, and relaxing. Even the employees in the gift shop were friendly and helpful with their suggestions. The service given felt personal and put a smile on my face. We stayed at the Embassy Suites because other family members were also staying there. It was really larger than 2 people needed, but nice to have 2 full baths when getting ready to go out. The pool was really nice, and the full breakfast, especially the omelets and waffles, was excellent.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We have family in Florida and travel to see them several times a year. Now that we have stayed at this hotel, we will put this on our list to return. We liked having the availability of the breakfast and the Manager's reception. We look forward to our next stay.

Hotel is pleasing because it is on a gorgeous beach (with lifeguards) and has a nice pool. We find the beds disappointing, actually impossible to sleep well on. The king bed is too soft, extremely too soft. The pull out couch has a thin mattress and is not comfortable. The two bathrooms are pleasing though. One has a double sink and the other a large […] walk in shower. I was not able to sleep the 4 nights I was there, although I caught up on sleep by the pool and on the beach. The room has a fridge. This hotel far exceeded my expectations. The rooms were great and well-maintained. The breakfast buffet was spectacular. Chef Jean makes you want to order an omelet just for an opportunity to watch him as he makes it, and to chat with him. The Managers Reception was awesome and the drinks/refreshments were pretty good. great location and staff were extremely helpful. the pool had been completely updated - I stayed at the hotel almost exactly one year ago, and the pool was so much better. The compimentary breakfast is so convenient and very good.

all great except 530pm manager cocktailreception, etc. liquor was awful, advertised octoberfest but beer or appetizer didnt reflect it. , the carrots and pretzel sticks looked like it was some college party with over 70's hording the snacks and double dipping, a big turnoff, certainly not a something you would expect from a upscale hotel

The Embassy Suites Deerfield Beach is our hotel of choice in the Boca/Fort Lauderdale area of Florida. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Real value in this hotel! Beautiful view, free breakfast, free drinks at happy hour, GREAT location...the employees were very pleasant, a great place for families, although we were a couple. You pay daily for underground parking, but it's not any inconvience really, & you just have to include the 18 or 20 dollars as part of your budget. The pool is […] free of course, but the umbrellas and chaise lounges on the beach aren't. The hotel doesn't own them. If you want to lay there instead, consider that cost too. I was very satisfied with everything in the hotel, staff (Kim from the little store was such a sweet lady), restaurant (wonderful omelets for breakfats) and bar! Had a very nice view of the beach wich is just across the street.. Went to florida for the first time to enjoy especially the hot weather, so it was kind of sad that expedia didn't tell us […] that the pool was under construction, but in exchange the hotel offered us the umbrella, chairs and the towells for the beach for free.. by the way the hotel guys on the beach did a great job, we really appreciated their kindness to serve us so nicely! Everyday they were also offering 5 minutes massage on the lobby, from the 950 spa (Sue has angel's hands!) Even though I couldn't enjoy the manager's reception any day of the week I stayed, I got say that was very nice that they were serving free drinks from 5:30pm to 7:30pm! Læs mere

Did not have a great experience. When we first checked in the reception was not courteous or professional. Although, it was a long weekend holiday (Labor day) stay, it could have gone smoother for a Hilton establishment. I had to clean my windows (they were dirty and grungy) to see the oceanfront view.

Unfortunately, every day of our stay we had to ask at the front desk for housekeeping to please clean our room. They did, when asked. We thought we were on the do not clean list!! The people that worked the front desk were very nice, accommodating and helpful. One man, I wish I had gotten his name, went out of his way to be wonderful. He should get […] a raise!
