Warwick New York Hotel - New York

Cozy hotel. Nice big room with good beds but a bit pricy. The gym is a bit small but operational. The lobby is smaller than you expect for a hotel of this standard. Friendly service always with a smile :)

Warwick er et gammelt New Yorker Hotel. Charmerende, klassisk, og fashionabelt. Beliggenheden er i "den dyre ende" af Manahttan. Værelserne er holdt i den gammeldags stil. Vi havde et fint ophold.

Warwick Hotel New York er central placeret og har en stor grad af service.Et værelse med udsigt til en baggård blev øjeblikkelig ændret til et værelse med udsigt til 6 avenue. Vinduer er godt støjisoleret - man mærker slet ikke den store trafiktæthed i området.

et dejigt hotel tæt på alle de store handelsgader, Central Park og teaterdistriktet samt Times Square. Hotellet har fin service og dejlige værelser med god plads og walk in closet, samt en aircondition, der ikke larmer!! der er ikke langt tiol metroen og dermed et godt udgangspunkt for også at besøge andre bydele.

Fantatisk placeret midt i Midtown, Manhatten med ALT inden for gå-afstand. Hotellet er som sådan fint nok og betjeningen er venlig og effektiv. Men det er lidt i den dyre ende i forhold til kvalitetsoplevelsen. På vores værelse stank der af sved. Næsten som et omklædningsrum. En hørm man virkeligt blev ramt af, straks man trådte ind i værelset. Lidt […] surt. Ved ind-checkning fremhævede personalet, at vi var blevet opgraderet fra Deluxe til Superior. Jeg ville nødigt se et standard værelse. Aircon larmer som om man har et jetfly parkeret ved sengen. Alt i alt opvejes det hele dog af den fantastiske placering - men der jo også andre hoteller i Midtown. Læs mere

Vi har har været i New York af flere omgange. Hver gang har ønsket været at bo på Manhattan i nærheden af Times Square. Vi har tidligere boet på Helmsley hotel, som absolut ikke kan anbefales. Derudover har vi boet på Ameretania, som havde en utrolig god service, men værelserne var desværre lidt slidte og små. Warwick Hotel er til dags dato det bedste […] hotel, vi har boet på.Servicen er i top, værelserne er særdeles flotte og store og beliggenheden er god, hvis man gerne vil bo centralt. Vi havde lidt bøvl med varmeanlægget, men der blev handlet med det samme, som vi gjorde dem opmærksom på problemet - Vi blev samtidig tilbudt nyt værelse. Alt i alt et rigtig godt hotel, som varmt kan anbefales. Læs mere

Tæt på 5th. Avenue, Times Square, Central Park. Rengøringen var temmelig overfladisk. Der lå en marshmellow fra forrige gæster synligt ved den ene seng hele ugen. Skøn service fra Bellboys og dørmænd.

We had an amazing time at the Warwick. The location is perfect and the service was great! Our first room had problems with the aircondition and they immidiately upgrated us to a bigger an newly renovated room. We left the hotel feeling it had exceeded our expectations.

Warwick is situated close to everything you want to do in New York, theatre, shopping, sightseeing etc. and their staff are making you feel welcomed. Ask for something, and it is done before you get back to your room. Fantastic breakfast. Fantastic concierge and frontdesk-staff.

The hotel itself was excellent, lovely room, good size, clean and excellent service. Concierge more than helpful. Perfect location in Manhattan very near central park. Being New York it was expensive but we would have had to pay out a lot more per night to get a room with daylight. We stayed in a delux room at the Warwick. The room was very spacious with a king bed and views out to 6th ave- exactly what we had wanted and were not dissapointed in any way with the cleanliness or comfort of the room. We were on the 4th floor so heard some car horns but the general noise was not too bad. The hotel it's self has beautiful historic […] aesthetic, the location to sights and subway was awesome and the staff were lovely and let us compare a couple of available room types when we got there and let us chose which we would prefer. The only negative was the lack of free wifi in the hotel, if we had budgeted in the $10-17 extra a night to the overall cost it might not have seemed like such a daily inconvenience. Læs mere

As always, the Warwick is superb. The only thing about the hotel that I wish were different: the kitchen for Randolph's closes at 11:00 P.M. and since we usually have dinner after seeing a Broadway show or the opera, when the performance runs late we can't have dinner at Randolph's. I wish the kitchen would stay open till 12:00 midnight.

The location of this mid-town hotel is great. The service however is tired, lazy or arrogant. On checking in the receptionist looked up only once from her computer and talked to me while staring at her screen during the whole check in process, to the ectent that I had to ask her if she was directing her questions at me or talking to someone else. Not […] the end of the world but not a great start. When I got to my room I had been given twin beds albeit I was on my own and haf requested a king. I was given another room with a king bed, the view wad a brick wall 6 feet from my window making the room very dark.The temperature of the water from the shower ran cold or hot without touching the controls.i had to ask three times to replenishe d the bottled water in the mini bar. We had to switch rooms 3 times. First time for room with a bath, then AC out in room and next room was a downgrade to a worse room so they moved us to another. The manager was very nice and accommodating but it was a circus altogether . They do not have AC in the hallways so it is like a sauna until you enter your room. I was lucky to get a great deal, I think the location is a great plus for the hotel. The only inconvenience was the use of only one elevator out of three during the busiest time ( Sunday morning). Waiting time was 10-15 minutes.I hope the management will resolve the problem, will stay there again.

Perfect location near Central Park, MoMA, Met, theatre,Times Square, restaurant row and subway to everything else. Staff very attentive and price point good for quality hotel. Only slight negative is bathroom small, in need of storage shelves, but room was large for NYC standards.

Great location....helpful and friendly staff.....lovely rooms....very clean and nicely appointed....4 elevators but they were on the small side so sometimes people with luggage had to wait for the next one....lots of eating choices neaby from take-out to fine dining....limited menu in the hotel bar and dining room but not a problem since there were […] many choices outside and nearby...close to Broadway shows yet just 2 blocks from Central Park. This hotel was very welcoming and accommodating in every way....service was friendly and excellent. The dining room could perhaps use a more varied menu but there are many alternative eating locations of excellence within a few feet of the hotel so this was not really an issue.

The Warwick was a very nice hotel, close to moma, theaters, times square, rockefeller center etc. Also two subway stations very close. Only drawback was that our room was on the third floor on the sixth avenue side, so there were some noise from the street.

Very good location in a central, busy and safe area. Short walk to subway, Central Park, Times Square and Broadway. Very friendly and helpfull staff. Our room on the 4th floor was great. Helpful friendly reception. Large bedroom with very comfortable bed, walk-in wardrobe and safe. Although looked out on 6th Avenue, the room was quiet. Breakfast was very good. Bar was busy and buzzing.

I loved the hotel and it's style and history. I tend to ike the older, European-style hotels. However, the neighborhood, in the past 15 yrs, has become overwhelming with the blocks of square, high steel and glass buildings they have constructed between 6th and 8th Avenues. I found this oppressive, compared to the past. My other remark was the costliness […] of room service with add-ons. A regular pot of coffee and cereal came to 27 dollars! Had a great weekend weekend trip to NYC, and thought our stay in the Warwick was fantastic. Very comfortable room, and quiet- which I wasn't expecting, given the Midtown location. Receptive staff. Would definitely stay there again.

i went and took my mother away for a mini break feb 2013 for 5 nights. having never stayed here i went on reviews and i wasnt disappointed. Everything about the hotel was lovely from the location to the bar and espeically the cleanliness of the rooms were kept to a high standard. We recently stayed at the Warwick. I loved to learn about the history of the hotel.... The location was excellent. Room was clean. Bathroom was small. Concierge very helpful. Doormen were not helpful with bags when we arrived but very helpful as we left. Awesome hotel for price and location! I would stat there again.

Loved the location. We wound up in a room (checked in late at night) that turned out looked out on a brick wall. NO LIGHT whatsoever. The staff was indifferent during the stay. Pleasant when we checked out. Had to pay daily for internet!! In this day and age. Hated the hallogen lights which gave the room a green tone.
