Staff was very polite & courteous. Hotel is located close to beach & walking distance to food chains!

I booked my reservation over the phone because I wanted to ask if the hotel had porta-cribs. I have 2 yr old twins and this was a must for me. I was told that they do have them and they would have 2 put in our room for us. When we arrived at the hotel to check-in, the lobby stunk. There is a coy fish pond built in the floor and a parrot in a cage at […] the desk. I'm glad our room did not smell like this. We were sent to our room only to find that they were just starting to clean it. We waited in the car until they loaded up their cart and moved down to another room. We started bringing our things in and I noticed that the floor was filthy(rubber bands from someone's braces and a shrimp tail) and they left cleaning supplies everywhere. They came back about 10 minutes later and we had to leave so they could finish our room. When we folded back the bed cover, it looked like someone had ate crumbly food in the bed, YUK! When we asked where were the porta-cribs, they looked like we were crazy and said they have NEVER had porta-cribs there. (thanks to this, my babies did not go to sleep until 11:30 that night. When they are in a crib, they know it's bedtime and go right to sleep) The Wi-Fi did not work from our room(we had a laptop, ipad and 2 ipods, and none of them would pick it up) making my online school assignment late. We did not have any bath towels at all until about 1 hour before check out time. For the rate we paid to stay for one night, this should have been a much better stay than this. To start with, the front office people were great. We stayed for 7 days and our room was cleaned onle once. We had to go to the office everyday to ask for towels. Room had a bad smell. Not in great shape. Dirty outside room too. My advice. Not worth the price. Pay more some where elae

Clean, but room stank of dog when I checked in. Housekeeping friendly, sprayed carpet for me. Cleaned AC filter myself, helped odor of heater. Prompt, courteous staff though. Dated room - tv old school (not flat screen), local cable channels. No ice bucket in room. Showerhead terrible. Central Destin location, close to everything.

The hotel was a good price. The room could have been cleaner here and there, but overall it was very nice. The staff was EXCELLENT and very helpful!

The hotel room is clean enough and comfortable enough, but the rate is outrageous considering you are not even in walking distance to the ocean. In fact, you're not really within walking distance of anything decent. Don't hold out any hope of a glimmer of scenery because one side you are exposed to construction lot - and the other side you have a putt-putt […] course to stare at - right beyond the garbage dumpster. Its old and dated but I can deal with that! The heat index was 104 degrees and the AC had a TIMER ON IT!! Are you kidding me?!?! It wouldn't shock me if they had a place to put in quarters! Never again!

the location of the hotel was great, but when we checked in the first room, it had not been cleaned. in the next room none of the power outlets worked, the headboard of the bed was dirty, the air conditioner did not work properly. we were miserable and frustrated concerning this stay.

If you decide to stay on this hotel, keep in mind that you are paying for location and location ONLY! You can walk to the beach but there's no easy access to it, meaning you have to go through other hotel's parking lot to get to the beach. The hotel room is ok but not well kept. There are stains everywhere and every area outside of the room is utterly […] disgusting, including the breakfast area. Like I said, you will be paying for "location" only. Læs mere
