Customer service was great! I wish I would have noticed the front desk clerks name. Very professional and helpful. The housekeepers were very cordial and professional.

Our room was surprisingly clean and the rest of the building seemed fine, too. We enjoyed the breakfast and the staff we came in contact with were friendly. We would stay there again.

Room was a decent size and appeared to be well maintained. Newer lcd tv with hdmi input was nice for watching movies off my laptop.

I thought this place was all right. Good service at the front desk. Clean, comfortable room. Breakfast was a little skimpy. Convenient to the Interstate. Looked like new carpet in the hallway, and the baseboards were being replaced as well. Okay place for a budget traveller.

Hotel was clean and in a decent location. Would probably stay here again but was disappointed that the continental breakfast wasn't like other Days Inn's.

The toilet didn't flush in our 1st room so they moved us to another room. The toilet chain was unattached in the 2nd room so they repaired that. The next morning, the continental breakfast room didn't have any milk. So the room was full of cereal bowls full of dry cereal. They had to send someone out to buy some. Made arrangements through hotel.com told them I had two adults and one child, ended up with a one bed room that was small, and they offered me a cot for my son. When I talked to the management they blamed our arrangement on hotels.com, so I called them, and though the girl spoke broken english, she talked to management and we were given a two bed room. […] Room was adequate but not real clean. mattress was cheap, old, uncomfy. otherwise we had a good stay. reasonable cost, bathroom was clean. accepted pets. for our purpose - a simple overnight to avoid commuting 2 hours for a conference - it was ideal.

Hotel staff was great, very friendly. I enjoyed the biscuits and gravy each morning as well as the hot, fresh coffee and hard boiled eggs. The room was clean with what appeared to be fresh paint thought he carpet was a bit dated. Housekeeping was efficient - I was gone all day on business and returned to a clean and re-stocked room each evening. I didn't […] use the hot tub or fitness area, so I cannot comment. I did observe the hotel was full each night with sports teams and was concerned about the noise level. I was on the second floor, away from the parking lot and found the room I was in to be quiet. I liked the fact the window opened so I could get fresh air and the heat / ac / fan was fully functional with no odd noises or inability to keep a constant temperature - a rarity as I travel a lot and seldom get along well with these heat/cool units. On the second floor there was a soda machine and the room had a mini-fridge and microwave. The ice machine was located on the first floor near the front desk, which was a little inconvenient but not awful. This is a relatively small property but didn't feel crowded, though I'm sure that depends on the time of day you are using various areas, such as the breakfast room. The rate was affordable and the location was convenient to everything - convention center, Cabela's, Rimrock Mall and many dining options. Læs mere

The people at the Motel are wonderful. We have a very large dog and they have no problems letting us stay there. They do need to make sure they have coffee made more often. That is my only complaint. Everything else is really good.

Friendly hotel staff. Breakfast of waffles, biscuits and gravy, rolls, and cereal. Located off interstate but difficult to get to. Lots of places to eat nearby.

I think if you have rational expectations for a Days Inn, this one does very well-- it's clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly. The breakfast is decent, nothing spectacular by any means, but workable. Coffee available all the time. it is the staff's friendliness and the general cleanly condition of the room makes it a great value. For the (very) […] reasonable price I doubt it could be beat. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is a little dated, but very clean. Parking is a closed end lot and can be tight if full. We were in Billings for 3 nights. Room and hotel was clean. Room is very small. The customer service was exceptional. At one point, when we were still in our room, I ask the housekeeper to just change out our towels for today. I then remembered I needed coffee for tomorrow morning. We have been staying at the Days Inn every time we go to Billings. Which is about every other month. We have family and friends that live in Billings. We have to bring our dog which is a 125 lb. Airie-dale. Most hotels don't allow dogs of that size. They have a great breakfast in the mornings. We will continue to stay at Days Inn in other cities al […] so. Læs mere

I was there for three nights. It was comfortable and generally clean. There are train sounds throughout the night but I find that comforting. I'd stay here again.

Ours was an adjoining room through which we could very clearly hear our neighbours. The room also had a slight smell of urine. Our rating would have been higher but for these two deficiencies.

I was glad I had a GPS that listed local hotels. Going back and forth between the Days Inn and the Metra required a lot of turns and funny side streets. I was at the NILE as a vendor, and the best hotels were already full. I didn't think much of the service at the front desk, but the hotel looked nice enough. When I got to my room, it looked nice too. […] Then I discovered I had been placed in a handicap room, complete with a bath chair. NOT NEEDED! So I went to the desk to inquire. They told me that anyone who books a queen room when they have a lot of reservations gets placed in handicapped rooms. What???? This was NOT listed when I booked the hotel! As I looked around, I saw that the bedding and bathroom were not as clean as I would like. I did some of my own cleaning as I decided I couldn't trust the staff. I would have switched hotels if all the ones remaining in town weren't so expensive. This hotel was fully booked due to the event. I won't stay here again if I can help it. The shower was hard to use as it had a low-hanging removable shower head for handicapped people and water leaked into the rest of the bathroom as the shower was a walk-in. The tv channels I wanted to watch were fuzzy too. At least it had a fridge. The coffee pot was awful - one of those cheap one-cup deals, and the breakfast was pretty sparse. Læs mere

Nice quiet motel. Nice room. Nice TV, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, iron & ironing board, blow dryer, etc. Breakfast My friends stayed at a nearby motel and wished they had stayed at this motel. Will stay here whenever I'm in Billings.

The prices charged were way too high! I have stayed at hotels/motels around the country. I may not return to Days Inn again! The rate should have been half of what I paid!

We checked in about 11:30PM after a 10 hour drive, ready to get to some sleep. Pulled back the covers to find dirty stained sheets. The room had not been cleaned. There was food in the fridge and dirty washcloths in the shower. My husband went to the front desk to let them know. They offered to move us or remake the bed but it was faster and easier […] to do it ourselves than to wait for them to do it. The linens were standard cheap quality as well as the room. A good, clean hotel for the price and location. A warm welcoming. Good service. The hot chocolate chip cookies at evening check-in was a nice touch. The quality of the breakfast was a surprise. Recommended for someone traveling on a budget.

What a disappointment. First of all, I requested a king size bed, non-smoking room in my reservation. I got neither. I waited a few minutes for the staff, as the front desk was empty. When the person finally arrived, they were very short with me. When I got to my room, it had a queen bed, and REAKED of smoke. I went down and waited once again to get […] someone's attention. When they came back, I showed them my reservation for a king size bed, non-smoking room. They replied they didn't have any king size beds left, and they can't stop people from smoking in the rooms...even though it's the law. The only thing they offered was 2 double beds, which I declined. The hotel only had a hot tub, no pool. The bed was very uncomfortable. The only good thing about my experience there was the breakfast, which was very nice. However, when I was going to brew a cup of coffee in the one-cup maker, there was already a used tea bag sitting in there. Gross. I would never stay there again, nor recommend to anyone I know. We enjoyed our quick stay, which was also pet friendly. Only negative was that at the continental breakfast an individual had taken up a table of 4 with papers and business stuff which I thought was in appropriate.
