The hotel is lokated near a freeway. 25 minuts from downtown Houston and 25 minuts from IAH. Yiu just call the schuttle and they will come pick you up, as fast as posible. The hotel is great, and the staff is very helpfull. Nice rooms and a great breakfast. if you go out the hotel and to the left, there is a bus that will take you direktly to Houston Downtown.

"Necessary Stay"
Older Hampton Inn..possibly converted from another hotel. Old decor, old window A/C units and no fridge in the room. Freeway too close for comfort and could hear noise all night.

My whole family and I stayed about a week. Served us hot breakfast and everything was fresh all the way down to the fruits and different foods everyday. The rooms were very elegant,fresh and clean. We had intended to stay at another Hampton Inn closer to our place of business. Our experience at this location was so positive, we were still pleased! We loved the very hospitable staff and our room was cozy and comfotable. We were amazed at how well laid out it was in spite of being quire small. "Watch out for the automatic $50 charge"
When you check in the Hotel ask for a CC incase of extra charges, but what they do is charge $50 to your card and do not tell you and then when you catch it they say they do this to secure the charges and will refund in a couple of days so now I have to watch for a refund. "Hampton NW-great Houston location"
We really enjoyed out stay here. Every staff member we interacted with was so friendly and helpful. Our room had everything we needed plus the forgotten razor was very much appreciated. as was the sack breakfast available at the front desk as we were heading out to the airport before the 6am breakfast room was ready. Pool area was very clean.
Staff were outstanding. The facility showed their diligence in caring for the facility.

One day we found a dead cockroach beside the bed and another night there was a power cut that left us without cable on the tv... Everything else was good. Thank you!

"everything was fine except one"
I enjoyed staying at this hotel. room was clean, staffs are kind, breakfast was good but the sound from the airconditioner was loud. anyway if i had a chance to visit that area i will use this hotel again. thank you.

"Would have been a nice stay if the AC had worked."
Nice new hotel, good breakfast, comfortable room expect the AC could not cool the room well enough.
The hotel appeared to be fairly clean upon arrival but there was an odor that seemed to linger in the lobby. The second night my room had a smell that was not pleasant.

This hotel was in a good place in town (close to restaurants and hops). The staff was EXTREMELY professional and helpful. Room was very nice. The only thing that bothered me a little was being so close to the freeway which made it a little nosey.

"Good Value"
Good place to stay if you need a place in that part of Houston. Very clean. Modern. Very courteous staff. I really liked the bed - my wife didn't. Good temperature control. No fridge or microwave in the room.
"Hampton Hotel "Wonderful Experience""
Our family stayed here while visiting my in-laws. It was very clean and comfortable with a great breakfast. I loved all the space in the bathroom since I am a woman and bring alot with me. Plenty of shelves and storage areas to put your toiletries. Close to any shopping and restaurants. I will definitely stay here anytime we visit!

"Execellent Hotel To Stay"
Nice to stay, a little noisy b/c close to the highway, but the rest is excellent. Thanks for the staffs very friendly and nice service. Tons for breakfast with waffel and fruits, juices. Highly recommend to stay. Very clean room and comfortable. I love this hotel.

"Hampton Inn Houston Northwest in Cypress TX"
Room and comfort was great, until around midnight when the air conditioning wasn't working anymore. Room got very stuffy. Bed was very comfortable and everything was very clean. Would stay here again, but would have to check the A/C first.

"Average Hotel Only"
For the price I expected more. I could have found a nicer place to stay for the money. Fairly basic hotel should charge a basic price.
