We stayed here for two nights. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the pool (although we would have liked it a little warmer) and hot tub. The breakfast had many more items than I expected. The room was perfectly clean and modern and the towels were very soft instead of the usual bleach smelling stiff ones you get. the stay at the hampton was great ,compared to other hotels we've stayed at, all was great, the only problem was the mattresses were too soft and uncomfortable, and also the buffet was not very good, food was cold ,area was als too small for amount of people at the buffet,gravy was cold, real thick, had lots to be improved. but in all honesty, will […] stay there again. We arrived at the hotel at 5:30 pm. After traveling several hours with a small child, we were ready to check in and rest before we had to attend family activities. There was a sign posted at the desk that they were " assisting other guests" we waited 20 min. and no one ever came to the desk.. NO ONE AT THE FRONT DESK? So we left. We returned to check […] in later that night with no appologies from the clerk. We went to our room which was very HOT no air on in the room. Room never got very cool, AC leaked water which soaked our suite case on the floor. Free Internet service was NOT available, in the morning our room smelled very musty and still not cool. The hotel was clean and the staff was terrific. I became ill and they allowed me to stay a little longer and helped me with my luggage. Very nice people. The hot tub was being replaced at the time, but the pool was open and the gym was nice. I would stay there again.

Staff was friendly, rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and breakfast buffet was pretty good. The only complaint was that the indoor pool was very cold. My 4 year old could not stay in it for very long.

They had the best breakfast buffet I have seen in a while. The dinning area is really nice and new and the indoor pool was the perfect temp. even in the dead of winter. Overall my stay was excellent, my only complaint is that I couldn't purchase the blow drier from my room that was the nicest travel blow drier I have ever used.

I was really pleased with our stay and was really grateful with the friendliness of the workers

WE WERE GREATLY PLEASED WITH THE HAMPTON INN. WE HAVE STAYED IN SEVERAL DIFFERENT PLACES IN SAN ANGELO OVER THE LAST 30 YEARS AND THE HAMPTON INN WAS BY FAR THE BEST. I WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO ALL OUR FRIENDS.

Nice location and easy to get to all other areas of the city. Would stay there again.

Good hotel. The comforter was lumpy. Probably time to replace..Great staff.

The hotel was newly renovated and they did an great job! Comfy, fresh smelling beds. Indoor pool was very nice and relaxing. Everything was great!

We had a great stay at Hampton Inn, it's one of my favorite places to stay. Took kids to the carnival and got to our room totally exhausted, Love the beds and the kids loved the swimming pool.

Went there on business for the Lucas Oil Drag Boat races at Lake Nasworthy. Hotel was extremely clean and well kept. All of the hotel employees were very polite and courteous !!! The bed was awesome. Don't normally sleep very well the first night, but this bed was great for me & my husband. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel to ANYONE staying in the […] area. Læs mere
