Would have been nice if the safe in the room had batteries in it so the lock worked! Why don't hotels get their staff to thoroughly check things out so guests are not inconvenienced when they arrive. Nice having microwave and fridge in room.

Staff was nice. let me check in early after a red-eye flight. about 15 min from airport. VERY QUIET.which was a plus. there is a 5-guys hamburger joint across the street. great continental breakfast.

Very nice hotel, comfortable, clean room, good continental breakfast, affordable rates, friendly, helpful staff.

This place is fine if you need to stay 1 night. The room was a little dirty, there was a large stain on the comforter and the microwave was bashed in. They did allow us to check out an hour late which was nice.

When we arrived in our room we quickly noticed the bed spread had 3 stains on it. Housekeeping gave us a clean replacement but we were disgusted by the dirty linens. Also, the hallways could use a better vacuuming job. Although the staff was courteous we wouldn't stay here again.

the room dirty,old, gross. A smell i just could not figure out what it was. cigarette/ mold/ wet dog/ indian food smell all mixed up. Did not even stay there went across the street and got a room at another hotel. You really do get what you pay for.

The staff was friendly and helpful and the rooms clean. The breakfast was great....eggs and waffles, etc. We wanted a queen bed room. The rooms with queens are on the same floor as smoking rooms and you can smell smoke coming from that end of the hall. This is how a hotel ought to be run. The front desk attendant was friendly efficient and well dressed, the three rooms my staff stayed in were immaculate, the mattress and pillows were extremely comfortable, the breakfast was hot and tastey and the high def tv was much appreciated by the sports fans in my group.

Hotel rooms heavily smelled of urine and had dog food scattered all over the floor. Front desk was notified to no avail; no other rooms available. Feel like we should be refunded our money. Highly discourage staying at this hotel.

The room and hallway were a bit dated but the only thing that bothered me was that the room smelled. The smell mostly went away when I turned on the air but it is a sign of either the room not being cleaned properly or water damage.

non smoking room smelled of smoke as I entered and noticed what looked like ash burns on drapes and bed spread. Also, the television picture was discolored and tired looking. Room was deffinately overpriced

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Clean rooms, great for the value. Breakfast was well attended and just what was needed to start the day. Enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was fine for our purposes. It was clean and convenient. We did not have time to use the pool, but it looked good. We also did not have time to enjoy the breaktast, but there were plenty of restaurants available.

We were trying to find a reasonably priced hotel near Brown University. This hotel fit the bill. It is only 15 minutes to Brown and is in a great location with lots of restaurants nearby. The continental breakfast is great. Rooms were comfortable. i would definitely recommend and will be back next year.

ALTHOUGH I WAS THERE ONE NIGHT I DIDN'T HAVE A COMPLAINT. IT WAS QUITE AND CLEAN, MY HUSBAND AND I GOT THERE AND PAST OUT! WE WERE LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO SLEEP, TO MOVE ON THE NEXT DAY.

well maintained place and clean comfortable room, with free WiFi friendly staff and good breakfast.

Nice room and hotel. Bathroom was clean and modern. Really the SD outdated TV was the only drawback other then that everything was good and worked. The heater was not nosiy and worked well.

I found the hotel to be adequate for the price. A great location. It meet my needs just fine. I've stayed their more then once.

The room was very clean and the bed and the numerous pillows were very comfortable. The staff was cutiuos and extremely helpful. The continental breakfast was terrific, it included a make-your-own waffle maker (hadn't seen that anywhere else)...fresh waffles in the morning...mmmmm. Hotel lobby was nice and the staff was wonderful. The room we got was pretty far from the parking lot so we had to carry our stuff a long way and the hall ways were dark and smelled really bad. Once inside the room the room smelled fine and was nice for the price.

This is a good hotel located in a convienent location, for us anyhow. While visiting relatives in near-by Riverside the hotel location offers easy access to near-by restaraunts and is close to downtown Providence. For the price, it was wonderful. It was very clean. The room was large, with a refrigerator and microwave. There was free internet connection in the room. The breakfast was very nice, in a nice room. it was cold and rainy...i forgot to make the reservations or get directions anywhere...just decided to wing it. drove around and around...and around. finally we saw hotel signs off the highway. the lady at the front desk was really nice - i explained that i had a hotels.com account and would like to sign up through them (working towards those 10 nights […] is precious...each one counts) and she was all for it. she let me sign up on the lobby computer and instantly we got our room...plus the one night in the bank <:-P the surrounding area was nothing but traffic lights dotted along a 4 lane road with strip malls as far as the eye can see. thought we were in rhode island but actually we were in mass! haha who would have known! This is an older motel showing some age. Room was stuffy and the AC unit never really did cool the room sufficiently. Room was clean, but carpeting, wallpaper, and bathroom fixtures were all worn. Staff was very welcoming and helpful, and the complimentary breakfast was adequate.

Breakfast not up to par, but hotel was clean and comfortable.

Nice room, good rate, very friedly staff. I asked for an extra blanket and they got one for me right away. The buffet breakfast had a better selection and was much nicer than what I expected.

Don't know if there had been someone smoking in the halls or in the roomsbut, you could smell an odor. Motel did shampoo the carpets in the hall but, the odor was still there.
